Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the reality of the use of learning media in improving student learning outcomes at Santa Bernadeth Kembes Catholic Junior High School and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the use of audiovisual learning media in improving student learning outcomes and efforts to use audiovisual learning media in improving student learning outcomes. technique/type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in qualitative research are Observation, Interview and Documentation. In this study, the main instrument is the author himself. The conclusion of the study consists of three parts. First: teachers realize that the use of audiovisual learning media is very important, but because of the obstacles that exist from teachers and students so that the use of audiovisual learning media is not optimal. second: Factors supporting the use of audiovisual learning media in improving student learning outcomes at Santa Bernadeth Kembes Catholic Junior High School, namely by utilizing the internet and the Whatsapp application so that teaching and learning activities continue. third: Efforts to use audiovisual learning media in improving student learning outcomes at Santa Bernadeth Kembes Catholic Junior High School, namely by utilizing existing supporting media in schools in the form of printed books so that teaching and learning activities continue.

Abstract

Servant Leadership is a leadership concept oriented towards serving others. The practice of Servant Leadership is also carried out by teachers in schools, with each having their own unique characteristics. This research aims to understand the reality of Servant Leadership and teacher characteristics, as well as to analyze whether there is an influence of servant leadership on teacher characteristics at Catholic Junior High School Stella Maris Tomohon. This research is of the quantitative type, with the research variables being Servant Leadership (X) and Teacher Characteristics (Y). Data were collected using questionnaires. The analysis technique used was simple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Servant Leadership variable (X) has a significant positive influence on the Teacher Characteristics variable (Y). This is because the significance value 0.014 < probability 0.05 and the calculated T value is greater than the tabled T value 2.034 (3.138 < 2.034). For leaders at Catholic Junior High School Stella Maris Tomohon, it is important to consider input from others, especially teachers and staff. For teachers at Catholic Junior High School Stella Maris Tomohon, it is important to always pay attention to their characteristics as teachers, which include being humble, skilled at managing time, respecting the process, being open-minded, and being confident as important indicators in shaping teacher characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di era digital. Kajian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis jurnal serta artikel terkait yang relevan dengan topik supervisi pendidikan dan teknologi digital. Fokus kajian meliputi peran supervisi dalam transformasi pembelajaran, tantangan implementasi supervisi digital, dan strategi untuk mengoptimalkan penerapannya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan inovasi pembelajaran. Teknologi seperti aplikasi monitoring, dashboard evaluasi, dan platform kolaborasi digital memungkinkan pemantauan kinerja guru secara real-time dan memberikan umpan balik berbasis data. Namun, pelaksanaan supervisi digital menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan guru dan pengawas, serta isu keamanan data. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, diperlukan penguatan infrastruktur, pelatihan intensif bagi pengawas dan guru, serta regulasi yang menjamin perlindungan data. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa supervisi berbasis digital dapat menjadi katalisator utama dalam menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang responsif, inovatif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Kajian ini juga merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan yang mengintegrasikan data empiris dari berbagai wilayah dan kebijakan pemerintah untuk memperkuat penerapan supervisi digital secara optimal. Dengan langkah tersebut, supervisi pendidikan berbasis digital berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelayanan pastoral paroki terhadap partisipasi umat dalam sakramen tobat, menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2024 di Stasi St. Johanes Ranoiapo Paroki St. Paulus Tompaso Baru, penelitian ini melibatkan 132 responden yang dipilih secara acak dari 198 umat yang memenuhi syarat untuk menerima sakramen tobat. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara pelayanan pastoral paroki terhadap partisipasi umat dalam sakramen tobat, dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 14,261 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,005). Meskipun demikian, nilai korelasi yang diperoleh adalah 0,314, dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 9,9%, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh ini tergolong rendah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun pelayanan pastoral paroki memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, tingkat partisipasi umat dalam sakramen tobat masih dapat ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pengurus paroki untuk mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pastoral, guna memfasilitasi partisipasi umat secara lebih optimal dalam sakramen tobat di Stasi St. Johanes Ranoiapo Paroki St. Paulus Tompaso Baru.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVIAM VALUES IN STUDENT CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT AT THEODORUS CATHOLIC MIDDLE SCHOOL, KOTAMOBAGU This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of Serviam Values ​​in developing student character at Theodorus Catholic Junior High School, Kotamobagu. The focus of the study includes the application of Serviam values ​​in school life, supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation, and efforts made by teachers and students to instill these values. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of students and teachers at Theodorus Catholic Junior High School, Kotamobagu. The results indicate that the implementation of Serviam values ​​in developing student character has been implemented through learning activities, spiritual development, school regulations, service activities, and teacher role models. Serviam values ​​help students develop character that is more disciplined, responsible, caring for others, and respectful toward teachers and the school environment. Supporting factors for the implementation of Serviam values ​​include collaboration between teachers and parents, a religious school culture, and the presence of character-building activities. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include the influence of students' social environments, lack of student awareness, and technological developments that influence student behavior. Schools address these obstacles through ongoing character development, motivation, student mentoring, and strengthening collaboration with parents.
