Abstract

Environmental issues, particularly the increase in waste volume, have become a global problem that requires decisive action from all sectors of society. In education, the challenge lies in raising environmental awareness and equipping the younger generation with relevant knowledge for the 21st century from an early age. The objective of this study is to explain how the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model is applied in non-organic waste recycling activities at MI Tahfizh Al Falakiyah and to examine how it impacts students' environmental awareness and skills in the modern era. To support the research findings, a qualitative-descriptive method supported by quantitative data was employed. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and student project assessments. Data validity was tested using source triangulation. The model used by Miles and Huberman for data analysis included presentation, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The research results showed that the implementation of PjBL in the waste recycling project was successfully carried out and helped students learn contextually. Students' environmental awareness increased as a result of this process. This was demonstrated by changes in their perceptions of waste and their understanding of the 3R principles (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle). Additionally, this approach effectively instilled modern skills, such as innovation in transforming waste into valuable items and collaboration in projects. Project assessment results showed that most student groups were able to create recycled items effectively; this indicates that the project was successful. Thus, the PjBL model with waste recycling activities is an effective and sustainable way to teach MI Tahfizh Al Falakiyah students important skills and environmental awareness.   Keywords : Learning Implementation, Waste Recycling, Environmental Awareness, 21st Century Skills.

Abstract

Illegal online lending fintech has created civil law problems that extend beyond individual consumer losses and threaten family economic resilience. This article aims to analyze the construction of default and defective agreements in illegal online lending, examine civil legal protection for injured consumers, and formulate a protection model responsive to household vulnerability. This normative legal research employs statutory, conceptual, case-based, and limited comparative approaches. The data sources consist of primary legal materials, including the Civil Code, Consumer Protection Law, EIT Law, Personal Data Protection Law, OJK regulations, and DSN-MUI fatwa, supported by secondary materials from journals, books, and institutional reports. The analysis is guided by civil liability theory, consumer protection theory, personal data protection, family economic resilience, and Islamic fairness in muamalah. The findings show that illegal lending may involve default, defective consent, unfair clauses, unlawful acts, and personal data misuse. Policy reform should integrate civil remedies, data recovery, digital supervision, family financial literacy, and coordinated enforcement.

Abstract

Sambung pucuk (grafting) merupakan salah satu perbanyakan secara vegetatif yang dikembangkan untuk perbanyakan tanaman alpukat. Beberapa faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam memproduksi bibit dengan metode grafting yaitu, (1) Faktor tanaman (genetik, kondisi tumbuh, panjang entres). (2) Faktor lingkungan (ketajaman/kesterilan alat, waktu pelaksanaan grafting (pagi, siang, sore hari). (3) Faktor keterampilan orang yang melakukan grafting. (4) Panjang entris berkaitan dengan kecukupan cadangan makanan/energi untuk pemulihan sel-sel yang rusak akibat pelukaan dan (5) kondisi iklim dan cuaca. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kayulompa, Kecamatan Basidondo, Kabupaten Toli-Toli. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2022. Alat yang digunakan yaitu gunting, pisau atau cutter, plastik sungkup, tali plastik, blender, kertas lebel, penggaris, timbangan, saringan, wadah, gelas plastik, gelas ukur, jangka sorong, kertas millimeter blok, kamera dan alat tulis. Bahan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah batang bawah tanaman alpukat, entris alpukat varietas mentega, taoge kacang hijau dan air. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor yaitu penggunaan ekstrak taoge. P0 = tanpa ekstrak taoge, P1 = ekstrak taoge (10ml/tanaman), P2 = ekstrak taoge ( 20 ml/tanaman) P3 = ekstrak taoge (30 ml/tanaman) dan P4 ekstrak taoge (40 ml/tanaman). Terdapat 5 perlakuan, masing-masing perlakuan diulang tiga kali sehingga terdapat 15 unit percobaan, setiap perlakuan terdapat tiga bibit tanaman sehingga diperoleh 45 bibit tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada perlakuan P1 ekstrak taoge (10ml/tanaman) cenderung memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter panjang tunas, jumlah daun dan diameter batang.
