Abstract

The development of financial literacy is very rapid because of digital technology which makes it possible for all groups to access various kinds of financial services. Even though the OJK regulator has implemented quite strict age limits and requirements in accessing these financial facilities, many of the general public, especially students who already have ID cards, ignore the terms and conditions in accessing these financial services, this has an impact on the phenomenon of many students who entangled in online loans, and even e-commerce transactions that make it easier for people to get into debt, this service tries to provide counseling or outreach to the public, especially students, to better understand financial literacy and to thoroughly examine the impacts and benefits. The student chosen as the object of this service is MAN 1 Pulau Harapan, Kep Seribu, Jakarta. The methods used in this community service activity are training, lectures and questions and answers, and discussions. The result of this activity is to increase knowledge of digital financial literacy for teachers and students/I MAN I Pulau Harapan Kep Seribu.. The conclusion of this activity is very useful for students in understanding digital finance in terms of advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu sektor yang memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Generasi muda, dengan kreativitas, inovasi, dan pemahaman teknologi, berperan penting sebagai penggerak utama sektor ini. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong generasi muda dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong keterlibatan mereka, serta tantangan yang dihadapi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peminatan generasi muda pada sektor bisnis sangat dominan. Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan akses pembiayaan, regulasi yang kurang mendukung, dan minimnya pendidikan kewirausahaan masih menjadi hambatan utama. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mencakup perlunya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan institusi pendidikan untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi kreatif yang dipelopori oleh generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya, nilai rata-rata pada pre dan post-test memiliki hasil yang sangat baik ketika sudah diberikan edukasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Lazatto Chicken & Burger Karawang Barat, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 60 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melalui data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y = 51,401 + (-0,259)X1 + (-0,234)X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh adalah disiplin kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) 70,5%, motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) 22,3% dan disiplin kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) 70,8%. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan hasil uji t hitung > t tabel (-2,506 > -1,671), sehingga Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Demikian pula, motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan hasil uji t hitung > t tabel (-2,624 > -1,671), sehingga Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung > F tabel (8,170 > 3,16), sehingga Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology has ushered in a new era of tax administration, characterized by the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This research investigates the impact of AI implementation on taxpayer compliance, examining both the technical efficiency of tax authorities and the behavioral shifts among taxpayers. Using a comprehensive literature review and a conceptual framework based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Deterrence Theory, this study analyzes how AI-driven tools—such as automated auditing, predictive analytics for fraud detection, and AI-powered chatbots—influence voluntary and enforced compliance. The findings suggest that AI significantly enhances compliance by reducing the "tax gap" through precise monitoring and by lowering compliance costs for taxpayers through simplified procedures. However, the study also highlights critical challenges, including data privacy concerns, the "black box" nature of AI algorithms, and the potential for digital inequality. This paper concludes that while AI serves as a powerful catalyst for transparency and efficiency, its success depends on the establishment of robust legal frameworks and ethical guidelines to maintain public trust. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pemberian insentif terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai BagianUmum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin. Sampel sebanyak 42 responden dipilih dari total populasi 490 pegawai menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan pemberian insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, baik secara independen maupun kolektif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan dan penyempurnaan struktur insentif dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai di BagianUmum Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pemberian Insentif, Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai, Sekretariat Daerah, Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand personality on brand trust in the case of Hanasui cosmetic products. Brand personality refers to human-like characteristics associated with a brand, which can shape consumers' emotional perceptions and loyalty. Meanwhile, brand trust reflects the level of consumer confidence in the consistency, honesty, and benevolence of a brand. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents who are active users of Hanasui products. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that brand personality has a positive and significant effect on brand trust. The most dominant dimensions of brand personality are sincerity and competence, while ruggedness was rated the lowest. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.513, indicating that 51.3% of the variation in brand trust can be explained by brand personality. These findings demonstrate that a strong and consistent brand personality can effectively build consumer trust, particularly for local cosmetic brands such as Hanasui.
