Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, customers have a lot of literacy in knowing, accessing and easily comparing information about products and prices from various competitors so that customers can search for and decide which products to buy according to their wishes at the lowest price. In accordance with its mission, Kopi Janji Jiwa aims to introduce the quality taste of local Indonesian coffee to the public. One of the characteristics of Kopi Janji Jiwa is its relatively pocket-friendly prices. This is because Kopi Janji Jiwa itself targets the middle class as its main target. Apart from that, Kopi Janji Jiwa also implements production for the mass market so that product prices are adjusted to standards that apply to the wider community, not to certain groups. The problem that often occurs in every UMKM in Indonesia is that many UMKM do not calculate production costs and are inaccurate in determining selling prices. As a result, it causes losses and has to sell products at a loss. Therefore, UMKM must pay attention to choosing the type of pricing strategy that will be implemented. This research is intended to determine the extent of the influence of implementing pricing strategies in business management in UMKM (Case Study of Kopi Janji Jiwa). Abstract

Permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi UMKM di Desa Tanjung Lesung adalah inovasi produk dan kreativitas dalam mengembangkan UMKM Gula Aren. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan inovasi dan kreativitas pada UMKM Gula Aren mulai dari produksi gula Aren, serta strategi pengembangan produksi gula Aren dan pemasaran gula Aren pada industri gula milik beberapa anggota kelompok di Desa Tanjung Lesung. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian masyarakat dengan penyuluhan dan observasi. Hasilnya, rata-rata nilai pada post test lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata nilai pada pre-test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Digital Marketing terhadap Penjualan Bisnis Retail. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digital Marketing terhadap Penjualan Bisnis Retail. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Retail dan Grosir dalam rentang tahun 2021-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif antara Digital Marketing dan Bisnis Retail.

Abstract

In line with the development of current trends, not only is meeting needs made easier, but in terms of payment transactions, it is also increasingly developing where people no longer have to provide physical money. People need convenience in terms of fulfilling their needs, as well as in terms of payment transactions, both from the consumer and seller side, so the current convenience requires people to use cashless more in every payment transaction. Therefore, the use of QRIS technology as Digital Payment is a positive trend for business actors in Indonesia and consumers. The research results show that QRIS has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions in using QRIS transactions. However, there are obstacles faced, namely that not all consumers understand how to use QRIS and not all business actors also use QRIS. So there are difficulties for consumers who do not understand the ease of cashless payment transactions. The method used in the research uses quantitative data targeting MSMEs in Indonesia. From this background, the author conducted research with the title Digital Payment Development as Business Unit Moderation (Case Study of MSMEs in Indonesia).

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven Decision Support Systems (DSS) in Human Resources Management (HRM) has become crucial for optimizing workforce management and enhancing decision-making processes. This bibliometric analysis investigates the research landscape of AI-driven DSS in HRM from 2015 to 2024, using data from the Dimensions database and analyzed through VOSviewer. Key trends, influential authors, and significant publications are identified, revealing the dominant roles of the United States, China, and India, with institutions like MIT, Stanford University, and IIT Delhi leading in productivity and impact. Notable contributors such as Dwivedi, Lowry, and Bose are highlighted for their practical and theoretical advancements in the field. Influential journals including "Decision Support Systems", "Information & Management", and "Sustainability" are identified as shaping the research landscape. The findings emphasize the transformative impact of AI-driven DSS on HRM practices, offering insights into future research opportunities and applications. This study provides a comprehensive framework for understanding the current state and future directions of AI-driven DSS in HRM, contributing to both academic and practical advancements.

Abstract

Baduy handicrafts, produced by the indigenous community in Kanekes Village, Banten, represent a unique blend of cultural heritage and sustainable craftsmanship. Despite their aesthetic and symbolic value, these products struggle to access wider markets due to limited digital literacy, informal marketing channels, and lack of export readiness. This study explores how retail management and digital adaptation strategies can enhance the competitiveness of Baduy crafts while respecting cultural norms.Using a participatory qualitative approach, the research involved interviews, observations, and group discussions with 25 Outer Baduy artisans on June 26-27, 2025. Findings reveal that artisans face challenges in pricing, product standardization, packaging, and platform usage (e.g., Amazon, Etsy). However, short-term interventions—such as branding, digital training, and basic e-commerce exposure—improved production quality, raised market awareness, and engaged youth as agents of innovation.The study concludes that culturally contextualized retail strategies can enable indigenous crafts to enter global markets without compromising identity. Strategic recommendations include capacity building in export logistics, platform onboarding, storytelling-based branding, and cooperative-based distribution systems. Empowering the younger generation and fostering collaboration are key to sustaining transformation. The Baduy case illustrates that tradition and technology can coexist to foster inclusive, ethical trade.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM saat ini adalah tidak melibatkannya Digital Marketing sebagai strategi dalam pemasaran sehingga banyak UMKM yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produk dan menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan bisnis retail pada UMKM melalui Digital Marketing untuk memasarkan produk yang lebih luas sehingga penjualan lebih meningkat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya, nilai rata-rata pada post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil nilai rata-rata pada pre-test.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu sektor yang memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Generasi muda, dengan kreativitas, inovasi, dan pemahaman teknologi, berperan penting sebagai penggerak utama sektor ini. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong generasi muda dalam mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong keterlibatan mereka, serta tantangan yang dihadapi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peminatan generasi muda pada sektor bisnis sangat dominan. Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan akses pembiayaan, regulasi yang kurang mendukung, dan minimnya pendidikan kewirausahaan masih menjadi hambatan utama. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mencakup perlunya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan institusi pendidikan untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi kreatif yang dipelopori oleh generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, menggunakan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya, nilai rata-rata pada pre dan post-test memiliki hasil yang sangat baik ketika sudah diberikan edukasi.
