Abstract

The aerobic endurance capacity of PJKR progdi students must be above the average of the aerobic endurance capacity of other students. Observing this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the capacity of aerobic endurance (VO₂Max) using the Bleep Test in first semester students of the PJKR study programme. The method in this study is quantitative non-experimental with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population used in this study were first semester students of the PJKR study programme, the number of samples was 70 people. The research was carried out at the PJKR study programme. Data analysis using statistical analysis includes preparation, tabulation and data application. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the level of physical fitness of Physical Education study programme students is categorised as very less (95.51%) and 4.28% of students are categorised as less. It can be said that more than 95% of physical education study programme students have a very poor level of physical fitness. Students need to manage their diet, rest and exercise activities regularly. The study programme is recommended to monitor and improve physical fitness for students through training and evaluation programmes.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an instructional model based on outdoor activities to develop leadership skills at the college level. The research and development methodology followed the Borg and Gall model. The instructional model was designed by reviewing literature on leadership theories, outdoor education and experiential Training. Activities were selected based on targeted leadership skills, debriefing protocols, and sequences. The model was piloted in a field test involving 40 students. Leadership skills were measured before and after implementing the model. Quantitative results showed a significant improvement in all leadership practices for both small-group pilot testing and field testing. Qualitative feedback highlighted the development of communication behavior among team members, behavior of accepting suggestions and criticism, behavior of showing appreciation, behavior of showing respect, helping behavior, and patience behavior. Additionally, there are behaviors related to relevant knowledge, cooperation, motivation, self-confidence, discipline, and responsibility. This study validated that an intentionally designed outdoor activities-based instructional model can be an engaging and effective approach to developing leadership capacities in higher education. and responsibility. Abstract

Learning physical education sports and health in schools should emphasise providing direct learning experiences to achieve good skills in improving learning completeness, students can gain a variety of experiences to reveal personal impressions that are fun, creative, innovative, and skilled which are planned, implemented and evaluated systematically in order to achieve learning objectives effectively and efficiently. The method of implementing service activities includes: the preparation stage, the socialisation stage and the implementation stage. Data collected using observation sheets for running with the game model that has been prepared. The results of the implementation of the zig-zag running model carried out by GMIT Bolok Elementary School students obtained 62.5% (15 people) with Excellent criteria and 37.5% (9 people) with Good criteria, the implementation of the cone jumping and zig-zag cone jumping models obtained 100% (24 people) with Excellent criteria in accordance with normative reference guidelines. This shows that the socialisation of the game creativity model in running learning for elementary school students has succeeded in achieving learning objectives.

Abstract

RINGKASAN Permasalahan pada program pengembangan Pemuda di GMIT Filadelfia Oematnunu Desa Oematnunu, Kecamatan Kupang Barat yakni terkait dengan latihan dasar kepemimpinan yang diselenggarakan baik secara internal di lingkungan gereja maupun secara eksternal yang diikuti oleh pemuda sebagai calon pemimpin lebih berorientasi ada materi konvensional atau ceramah. Namun sesusungguhnya latihan dasar kepemimpinan (LDK) dapat di lakukan dalam bentuk outdoor activity.Mencermati uraian masalah di atas dan analisis situasi terkait bentuk program latihan dasar kepemimpinan secara umum dan khususnya lokasi mitra Pemuda GMIT Filadelfia Oematnunu yang secara pragmatis dan kontekstual belum diterapkannya Pelatihan Leadersip berbasis Outdoor Aktvity untuk pemuda sebagai calon pemimpin bidang kategorialdan fungsional dimasa yang akan datang.Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah pengenalan dan pelaksananaan pelatihan Leadership dalam bentuk outdoor game aktivitas sehingga pemuda GMIT secara praktis mempersiapkan dan membekali diri sebagai calon pemimpin melalui aktivitas nyata dalam bentuk permainan di lingkungan gereja.
