Abstract

Research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of integrity, quality of human resources, work engagement, organizational characteristics and work targets partially and simultaneously on the work effectiveness of employees of the Tanjung Enim Market Regional Technical Implementation Unit. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. Integrity has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Tanjung Enim Regional Technician Implementation Unit employees. The quality of Human Resources has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Tanjung Enim Market Regional Technician Implementation Unit employees. Work Engagement has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Tanjung Enim Market Regional Technician Implementation Unit employees. Organizational characteristics have a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Tanjung Enim Regional Technician Implementation Unit employees. Work targets have a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Tanjung Enim Market Regional Technician Implementation Unit employees. Integrity, Quality of Human Resources, Work Engagement, Organizational Characteristics and Work Targets have a significant effect together on the work effectiveness of employees of the Tanjung Enim Market Regional Technician Implementation Unit.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service procedures, transparency and security individually on the quality of PT.FTI Muara Enim Branch Umrah travel services. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed to 79 respondents who were determined using random techniques. Test the instrument using validity tests, reliability tests. The results of the validity test show that the three independent variables and one dependent variable are declared valid. Meanwhile, the reliability test shows that Cronbach alpha for the four variables is declared reliable. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of the four variables show very high results. The highest variable is the service quality variable (Y). Inferential statistical analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test and T test (partial). The results of the normality test showed that all data were normally distributed. The results of the multicollinearity test did not occur and the heteroscedasticity test showed that there was no heteroscedasticity. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed that service procedures (X1) influence service quality, transparency (X2) influences service quality, security (X3) influences service quality. The results of the T test (partial) show that the service procedure (X1) H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Transparency variable (X2), H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Security variable (X3), H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it shows that there is a significant influence of service procedures (X1), transparency (X2) and security (X3) on the quality of PT.FTI Muara Enim Branch's Umrah travel services (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine, analyze, and demonstrate the influence of work planning, work quality, supervision, and education, individually and collectively, on the work performance of employees at the Lahat Regency Inspectorate. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality was tested using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination. The analysis results showed that work planning significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Lahat Regency Inspectorate. Work quality significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Lahat Regency Inspectorate. Supervision significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Lahat Regency Inspectorate. Education significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Lahat Regency Inspectorate. Work planning, work quality, supervision, and education significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Lahat Regency Inspectorate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Work Discipline, Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Accountability on the Work Performance of Satlantas (Traffic Unit) personnel at the Pagar Alam Resort Police. The background of this research is driven by the importance of professionalism and optimal performance of police officers in carrying out their functions of service, protection, and law enforcement in the field of traffic.The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 48 respondents (all personnel of Satlantas Polres Pagar Alam). Data analysis involved validity testing using the Pearson Product Moment formula, reliability testing, and classical assumption tests. Statistical analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to test the influences both partially and simultaneously.The results of the study indicate that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on work performance; (2) Leadership plays a crucial role in directing motivation and achieving personnel work targets; (3) High Organizational Commitment contributes linearly to loyalty and productivity; (4) Accountability, as a form of task responsibility, strengthens work performance achievements. Simultaneously, these four independent variables significantly influence the Work Performance of Satlantas Polres Pagar Alam personnel. These findings imply that improvements in work performance can be achieved through strengthening discipline, effective leadership patterns, and integrity in public accountability.
