Abstract

White oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) have nutritional content, are high in protein and low in fat. Oyster mushroom storage depends on physical factors such as temperature, humidity, light, pH of the growing medium, and air. Fresh harvested mushrooms contain a fairly high water content, making it easy for the mushrooms to rot quickly and not last long. This research was structured based on a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 3 replications. Ozone is flowed to the mushrooms with varying concentrations of 0 ppm and 150 ppm within 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. The results of the research show that administering ozone at a concentration of 150 ppm for 30 minutes can break down the H2O molecule so that the metabolic process is hampered or even stopped so that the water content in the mushrooms is reduced and can reduce the activity of microorganisms in the mushrooms so that the mushrooms can survive for 6 days after harvest in this condition. fresh. Key-words: White Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus Ostreatus), Ozone, Plasma Technology INTISARIJamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) memiliki kandungan nutrisi, tinggi protein, dan rendah lemak.  Penyimpanan jamur tiram tergantung pada faktor fisik seperti suhu, kelembaban, cahaya, pH media tanam, dan udara. Jamur segar hasil panen mengandung kadar air yang cukup tinggi sehingga memudahkan jamur cepat busuk dan tidak dapat bertahan lama. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. Ozon dialiri ke jamur dengan variasi kosentrasi 0 ppm dan 150 ppm dalam waktu 10 menit, 20 menit dan 30 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Ozon dengan konsentrasi  150 ppm selama 30 menit dapat memecahkan molekul H2O sehingga proses metabolisme menjadi terhambat bahkan berhenti karena kadar air pada jamur menjadi lebih berkurang dan dapat mengurangi kegiatan mikroorganisme pada jamur sehingga jamur dapat bertahan selama 6 hari setelah panen dalam keadaan segar.  Kata kunci: Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus Ostreatus), Ozone, Teknologi Plasma

Abstract

Mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.) is a type of marine fish widely consumed. Several factors influencing it include affordable prices, delicious taste, and the ability to be processed into various dishes. However, mackerel fish has a weakness: it quickly declines in quality if not managed properly. In the face of increasing demand, it is crucial to meet the need for fish with an optimal level of freshness. Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.            Keywords: fish; curing; ozone

Abstract

Silau River is a river that flows for 13.3 kilometers across Kisaran City, Asahan Regency. The rapid development of Kisaran City as the district capital has caused many land conversions around the Silau River Watershed. The large number of land conversions causes environmental damage to rivers. This research aims to determine the development of width, depth and scour that occurs around the river basin. Applying contour maps to river basins will reveal the area of ​​buildings and plantations that are being converted into land use. Contour maps can be built in the ArcGis application version 10.3. With the ArcGis 10.3 application, you will get the area that is being converted into land. The treatment carried out is controlling and normalizing areas that have changed function and replanting protected plants around river banks

Abstract

Kelompok Budidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) Harapan Baru di Desa Manemeng, Sumbawa Barat, menghadapi kendala tingginya mortalitas benih akibat kualitas air yang rendah dan serangan jamur. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan memperkenalkan teknologi ozonisasi untuk memperbaiki kualitas air dan meningkatkan kelulushidupan ikan. Kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan alat ozonisasi, serta bimbingan teknis uji kualitas air yang diikuti oleh 23 peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui studi komparatif antara kolam bioflok dengan perlakuan ozon dan kolam kontrol. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi ozon menurunkan mortalitas ikan dari 36% menjadi 28%, meningkatkan oksigen terlarut (DO) dari 3,8 menjadi 4,6 mg/L, serta menurunkan konsentrasi amonia dari 1,0 menjadi 0,65 mg/L. Suhu (27 °C) dan pH (7,9–8,2) berada pada kisaran ideal, namun nitrat (25 mg/L) dan fosfat (1 mg/L) masih melebihi standar baku mutu sehingga memerlukan pengelolaan tambahan. Secara keseluruhan, teknologi ozonisasi terbukti efektif memperbaiki kualitas air, menekan kematian ikan, dan mendukung produktivitas budidaya, meskipun masih dibutuhkan strategi lanjutan untuk mengendalikan akumulasi nitrat dan fosfat.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era requires vocational high school students to have strong technological literacy (Budiman & Ramdhani, 2022). However, limited hardware is a barrier, especially in the practice of Arduino microcontrollers (Lestari & Putra, 2020). This study aims to improve students' technological literacy through seminars and simulation training using Proteus software. A qualitative descriptive method was applied to 40 students majoring in Computer Engineering (TKJ) and Electronics at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Tiram. Activities included a basic Arduino seminar, simulation training on an Arduino Uno project using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, and evaluation through observation, tests, and questionnaires. The results showed that students were able to understand input-output, write simple code, and design virtual circuits (Santoso et al., 2023). They also experienced improvements in analysis, problem-solving, and learning motivation. The majority of participants considered the simulation easier to understand and encouraged interest in innovation (Karim & Yuliana, 2023). Thus, the use of Proteus effectively improves students' understanding and skills, while also being a solution to the limited practical facilities in vocational schools (Yusuf & Anwar, 2024).

Abstract

Pembelajaran kosakata Bahasa Inggris di tingkat sekolah dasar merupakan kegiatan yang menyenangkan sekaligus menantang. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai kosakata melalui pendekatan pembelajaran kreatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, memperkuat daya ingat kosakata, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif di kelas. Guru juga dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih dinamis dan interaktif meskipun terdapat keterbatasan sarana. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran kosakata dapat dijadikan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang menyenangkan di sekolah dasar
