Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kepemimpinan dan meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris anak-anak dan remaja di kampung Wisata Adat Sengkoah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris ini adalah metode communicative language teaching yang menekankan pada interaksi baik pada proses maupun tujuan pembelajaran dan memfokuskan pada exposure yaitu memberikan kesempatan lebih besar kepada pembelajar untuk berbicara Bahasa Inggris. Tahapan dalam pelaksanaan ini terdiri dari survey kelompok sasaran, analisis kebutuhan kelompok sasaran, persiapan materi, pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM), evaluasi kegiatan PPM, dan penyusunan laporan dan pembuatan artikel publikasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Bahasa Inggris anak-anak dan remaja di Desa Wisata Adat Sengkoah menjadi lebih baik dan meningkat dibuktikan dengan para pembelajar mampu mengungkapkan introduction, numbers, part of body, animals dan public places.Abstarct:This training aims to foster a leadership skill and to improve the English skills of children and young people in the Sengkoah Traditional Tourism village. The method used is communicative language teaching that emphasizes on interaction with both the process and learning objectives and focuses on exposure, which is to provide greater opportunities for learners to speak English. The stages in this implementation consist of survey of target groups, the needs analysis of target groups, preparation of materials, implementation of Community Service (PPM), evaluation of PPM activities, and preparation of the reports and preparation for publication of the article. The results showed that the English skills of children and adolescents in the Sengkoah Indigenous Tourism Village are better and increased proven by the students being able to express introduction, numbers, parts of body, animals and public places.

Abstract

The dynamics of significant and sudden changes from the current pandemic have made many educational institutions experience challenges in fully adopting technology into the teaching and learning process. This condition makes every educator required to do work so that it is oriented to innovative work behavior. The consequences of an innovative work culture will encourage increased teacher performance during the current pandemic. This study aims to determine how big organizational culture and self-efficacy contribute to innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. The research design uses a causal quantitative approach. For the acquisition of research data using an online questionnaire distribution instrument. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using partial least squares (PLS) is used to test organizational culture and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior and its impact on teacher performance. Following the results of research data analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Then it is concluded that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. For the results of data analysis, further research proves that innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Permasalahan pakan di Indonesia adalah kekurangan pakan pada musim kemarau. Salah satu potensi lokal yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah jerami padi yang merupakan salah satu sumber hijauan yang gampang diperoleh. Namun memiliki pembatas yaitu kurangnyanya kualitas nutrisi seperti rendah protein dan tingginya kandungan serat kasar. Silase merupakan metode pengolahan pakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas nutrisi pada jerami padi dengan menambahkan daun kelor sebagai sumber protein pada pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas fisik dan kimia silase jerami padi dengan penambahan daun kelor. Dengan perlakuan penambahan daun kelor pada jerami padi dengan berbagai level yaitu 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan enam  ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan daun kelor pada silase jerami padi secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas nutrisi, terutama kandungan protein kasar, dan menurunkan kandungan serat kasar. Serta, penambahan daun kelor juga memperbaiki kualitas fisik silase, seperti warna, aroma, dan tekstur. Hasil ini dapat menjadi salah satu cara memanfaatakan potensi limbah pertanian untuk menjadi bahan pakan ternak.Kata kunci: Bahan Lokal; Hijauan; Kualitas; Silase

Abstract

Abstract Job satisfaction is the level of pleasure a person feels regarding their role or work in an organization. The degree to which an individual feels satisfied that they are getting a defined balance of various aspects of the job situation of the organization in which they work. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of job characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics on employee job satisfaction at AL-Islahiyah Singosari Integrated Vocational School, Malang Regency. The quantitative research method uses multiple linear regression with a sample size of 41 people. Based on the research results, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And simultaneously job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and individual characteristics together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of AL-Islahiyah Singosari Integrated Vocational School, Malang Regency. Abstract

The role of organizational climate in an organization is very important, if the organizational climate does not support the work motivation will be lost, and it will result in imperfect work results and the results in providing services to customers (consumers) become unsatisfactory. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of organizational climate factors consisting of psychological dimensions, structural dimensions, social dimensions, and bureaucratic dimensions in increasing the work motivation of PDAM Giri Menang Mataram employees. This type of research is included in associative research which uses a sample survey method in data collection. The analytical tool used is t test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that organizational climate factors consisting of psychological dimensions, structural dimensions, social dimensions, and bureaucratic dimensions have a significant effect on increasing the work motivation of PDAM Giri Menang Mataram employees.

Abstract

The Korean Wave has become a prevailing trend around the world in recent years. Many people has begun to recognize South Korean culture through movies, drama series, and music. South Korea has its own music genre called Korean Pop as known as K-Pop. One of the most popular K-Pop groups in Indonesia is Treasure. The purpose of this research is to discover and explore the linkages between celebrity worship and impulsive buying of Treasure album products by fans. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a netnographic approach. Therefore, this study observed the behavior, discussion, and interaction of Treasure fans on Twitter. Especially on @ygent_official and @treasuremenfess accounts. The results of this study found that celebrity worship and impulsive buying are closely related, as enthusiastic fans welcome their idol groups who release new albums after a long hiatus. Fans who did impulsive buying are mostly fans who pre-order spontaneously without planning.

Abstract

Several problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the weak of knowledge and quality of human resources, and production tools, which are still very traditional. The aim of this service is to assist the small entrepreneur to solve their real problems used Training Problem Solving for Rengginang Opak Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in central Lombok. The method used in this service is a descriptive qualitative method. In this method, to realize the implementation of activities, it is carried out several stages, starting from preparation by holding meetings and discussions related to the initial conditions of the partners, then the results of the initial meeting, the implementers conduct production management training for partners and the final stage evaluates the community service activities. The result of this service activity is an increase in production quality which can be seen from the increased management capability of Rengginang Opak managers. Furthermore, the quantity and quality of the products produced become increasingly varied in terms of size and taste, The society can package the production to be better so that they can compete in the national market. The impact of this activity is the society has additional financial support from the business.

Abstract

This article investigates the Project Management Skill of human resources at PT Ecart Webportal Indonesia, this research Studied related to Lazada Social Sharing Qualitative Research which contains awareness and engagement of Lazada users on game platforms such as Share Pocket, lazget, lazcuan. and digitization, exploring current practices. challenges, and future trends. This article starts with project management skills at Lazada, emphasizing the important role of IT projects, IT project management in managing technology transformation. Coupled with the importance of management's role in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in the context of modern organizations. Comprehensive insights on Lazada Social Sharing Qualitative Research containing Lazada users' awareness and engagement towards gaming platforms such as Share Pocket, lazget, and lazcuan, models, and success metrics are provided through an extensive literature review. Challenges such as not innovating against change in the era of globalization, Interoperability, resistance to change, along with strategic solutions. The article also outlines best practices, emphasizing collaborative stakeholders, agile methodologies, and continuous evaluation. Future trends, including Lazada users' awareness and engagement of gaming platforms such as Share Pocket, lazget, and lazcuan.offer a forward-looking perspective. In conclusion, Project Management Skill human resources, the importance of the role of management in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in the context of modern organizations. Abstract

Art Coffie Lago bukan termasuk coffee shop yang mewah tetapi bukan pula termasuk warung kopi biasa. Jenis bahan yang digunakan untuk menu unggulan Art Coffie Lago adalah es kopi susu gula aren yang mempunyai ukuran kopi arabika sebesar 70% dan robusta 30%. Proses penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode wawancara terstruktur (tertulis). Teknik analsis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data dan verifikasi, dan Penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Art Coffie Lago sudah menerapkan strategi bisnis yang secara keseluruhan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Hal tersebut diaplikasikan secara menyeluruh baik dari segi produk, promosi, pelayanan, dan lain sebagainya. Hasil implementasi strategi tersebut mampu menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan yang terbukti dari respon pelanggan terhadap produk dan pelayanan kedai dan dari pendapatan kedai yang selalu memenuhi target.

Abstract

Sektor farmasi pada 2015-2018 mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya pada 7 perusahaan. Penurunan ini disebabkan berbagai faktor, salah satunya karena melemahnya mata uang rupiah terhadap mata uang dollar sehingga menyebabkan menurunnya harga saham dan berdampak pada nilai perusahaan. Pada tahun 2019-2021 mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh covid-19, kemudian tahun 2022 mengalami kenaikan tetapi tidak signifikan, karena kebutuhan dan permintaan akan obat pada masa pandemi covid-19 meningkat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan variabel profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian secara teoritis memperoleh bukti empiris bahwa profitabilitas, likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan secara praktis kepada para pemangku kepentingan dalam perusahaan khususnya investor lebih memperhatikan profitabilitas, likuiditas dan leverage pada perusahaan karna hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh pada nilai perusahaan.
