Abstract

Marriage regulations in Indonesia are regulated in Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974. Article 2 states that "every marriage is recorded in accordance with applicable laws and regulations" meaning that every marriage must be recorded in accordance with applicable regulations. However, in practice, marriage registration at the KUA is only assigned to Muslims. Meanwhile, registration of non-Muslim marriages is not regulated in detail. So, the Minister of Religion has a discourse that KUA will be a wedding venue for all religions. From this description, this research focuses on the views or opinions of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah figures in Dringu District in responding to this discourse. The research method used in this research uses empirical research methods, namely a type of research that is oriented to an empirical field approach. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely collecting data to obtain new understanding from sources regarding the issues that occur. The location of this research was carried out in Dringu District, Probolinggo. The results obtained in this research were that NU figures thought that this discourse was a good breakthrough because it made it easier for non-Muslims to register their marriages. Meanwhile, Muhammadiyah figures are of the opinion that the discourse must be reviewed by considering problems that will arise such as technical and implementation readiness as well as non-Muslim experts for non-Muslim minority areas. Abstract

This study aims to normatively analyze the legal provisions on marriage registration in Indonesia and its implications for the legal status of families involved in unregistered (siri) marriages. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Data sources include primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, analyzed descriptively and prescriptively. The findings indicate that marriage registration is a formal legal requirement necessary for a marriage to have legal standing under state law. The absence of registration, as in siri marriages, leads to various legal consequences, including the unrecognized status of wives and children, the loss of inheritance and marital property rights, and the lack of legal protection for women and children. Based on the theories of legal certainty and legal protection, the state holds the responsibility to affirm marriage registration as an essential instrument of legality and the protection of civil rights within the family.

Abstract

Accurate drug quantity predictions are crucial in inventory management at pharmacies or hospitals to ensure sufficientdrug availability and avoid overstocking or stockouts. However, these predictions are often difficult to make due tocomplex and dynamic drug sales patterns. This study aims to predict drug sales volume using Recurrent Neural Network(RNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The dataset was collected from pharmacy sales records in July. Theresearch stages included data preprocessing, normalization, constructing a time series dataset with a window size of 3,and splitting into training (80%) and testing (20%) datasets. The models were trained for 100 epochs with a batch size of10. The results show that the RNN model achieved a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 338.16, while the LSTM modelproduced an RMSE of 433.44. This indicates that RNN outperformed LSTM in predicting drug sales on a simple dataset. The findings suggest that RNN can serve as an alternative method to support drug stock planning to ensure betterdistribution and availability
