Abstract

Kepuasan merupakan suatu hal yang dapat memengaruhi harapan pelanggan, ketika pelanggan merasa puas maka akan menggunakan produk tersebut, dan ketika pelanggan merasa tidak puas maka pelanggan akan menuntut perbaikan atau komplain terhadap suatu produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh signifikan Reliability, Responsivennes, Assurance, Empaty dan Tangible Tenaga Administrasi Kesehatan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Puskesmas Sigerongan Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Observasional Analitik, yakni penelitian yang mencoba menggali persepsi pasien rawat jalan pada pelayanan kesehatan dengan jumlah populasi 15.259 dari total jumlah kunjungan dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara accidental sampling sejumlah 99 orang pasien yang menjadi responden. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy Tenaga Administrasi Kesehatan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. Sedangkan pada dimensi Assurance dan Tangible Tenaga Administrasi Kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Puskesmas Sigerongan Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel-variabel seperti kompensasi yang memadai, lingkungan kerja, pengawasan yang baik, penghargaan atas prestasi, status dan tanggung jawab, dan peraturan yang relevan terhadap motivasi kerja staf di Hotel Lombok Raya Kota Mataram. Selain itu juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja staf di Hotel Lombok Raya Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik populasi total yang melibatkan 66 staf Hotel Lombok Raya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi yang memadai, lingkungan kerja, pengawasan yang baik, penghargaan atas prestasi, status dan tanggung jawab, dan peraturan terkait secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Ditemukan juga bahwa penghargaan atas prestasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja staf di Hotel Lombok Raya Kota Mataram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dari beberapa faktor yaitu: Keteladanan Pemimpin, Waskat, Ketegasan Pemimpin, Sanksi Hukuman serta mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Puskesmas Se Kabupaten Dompu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas dan teknik sampling dengan menggunakan proposional random sampling sebanyak 76 Pegawai Negeri Sipil Puskesmas Se Kabupaten Dompu. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: keteladanan pemimpin, waskat, ketegasan pemimpin, dan sanksi hukuman secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan diketahui variabel keteladanan pemimpin yang dominan mempengaruhi disiplin kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Puskesmas Se Kabupaten Dompu

Abstract

Sexual violence in higher education institutions is a serious issue that requires special attention. To address this problem, universities have established Task Forces for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (SATGAS PPKS) as part of their efforts to create a safe campus environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support on the commitment of SATGAS PPKS in carrying out their duties of preventing and handling sexual violence. Organizational support is defined as the perception of SATGAS members regarding the attention, appreciation, and resources provided by the organization, while organizational commitment includes affective, continuance, and normative aspects. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by active SATGAS PPKS members from various universities, with a population of 200 individuals and a sample of 67 individuals determined using Slovin's formula. Instrument validity and reliability tests were conducted, while simple regression analysis was employed to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS software. The results indicate that organizational support has a significant influence on the commitment of SATGAS PPKS. This finding suggests that a positive perception of organizational support can enhance the emotional, moral, and sustainable engagement of SATGAS PPKS members in performing their duties. This research implies that universities need to strengthen organizational support through appreciation for members' contributions, the provision of adequate facilities, and attention to their welfare. Optimal support will contribute to a high level of commitment among SATGAS members in creating a campus environment free from sexual violence

Abstract

Vaksin merupakan produk biologi yang berisi antigen berupa mikroorganisme atau zat yang sudah diolah sedemikian rupa sehingga aman dan jika diberikan kepada seseorang akan membuat kekebalan tubuh secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit tertentu. Vaksinasi Covid-19 merupakan salah satu pencegahan penularan Covid 19. Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat akan vaksinasi Covid-19 sehingga mudah terpengaruh dalam isu Hoaks pada informasi tentang vaksinasi Covid 19 yang berdampak pada penolakan akan divaksin. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu observasi pemetaan wilayah, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi tentang vaksinasi covid 19 agar tidak mudah menerima isu Hoaks. Output yaitu masyarakat dapat meningkatkan wawasan terhadap isu-isu hoaks yang muncul di masyarakat terkait vaksinasi COVID-19, serta meningkatkan sikap masyarakat dengan membentuk budaya kebiasan hidup sehat terkait pola hidup baru yang harus dijalani untuk menjaga kesehatan di masa vaksinasi COVID-19. Pengabdian masyarakat ini didukung oleh LPPM Akademi Administrasi Rumah Sakit Mataram.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of leadership roles on the implementation of application-based technology in increasing employee work effectiveness at the Meninting Community Health Center. Puskesmas (Community Health Center) has a vital role in providing community health services at the primary level. This research uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument and simple linear regression data analysis. The research results show that leadership has a significant influence on the implementation of application-based technology. The coefficient of determination shows that around 49.6% of the variability in the implementation of application-based technology at the Meninting Community Health Center can be explained by leadership variables. These results highlight the important role of leadership in influencing employee work effectiveness through the adoption of application-based technology. Therefore, this research provides strong support for the importance of the role of leadership in increasing employee work effectiveness at the Meninting Community Health Center through the implementation of application-based technology.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of Human Resources (HR) development, leadership style, and technology on the work effectiveness of employees at the Meninting Community Health Center (Puskesmas). This research uses quantitative methods with an associative (causal) approach to evaluate the relationship and influence of these variables on employee work effectiveness. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the three variables studied, namely human resource development, leadership style and technology, have a significant influence on the work effectiveness of employees at the Meninting Community Health Center. Human resource development, through training, education and relevant work experience, has a positive impact on employee work effectiveness. An instructional leadership style that includes direction, guidance, knowledge, motivation and support from the head of the Community Health Center also makes a positive contribution to employee work effectiveness. In addition, the use of information technology, such as health information systems, has a significant influence on the work effectiveness of employees at the Meninting Community Health Center. In order to increase employee work effectiveness, this research recommends the importance of developing human resources through training and developing employee skills, implementing an instructional leadership style that provides direction and support, and using appropriate information technology. By paying attention to these factors, the Meninting Community Health Center can effectively improve the quality of health services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Whether there is an influence between X and Y in the Sesela Health Center. This research was carried out for 3 months starting from March to June 2023 using the Correlational Studies method. The number of respondents as a sample is 100 people. The data collected in the analysis used a simple regression analysis. The results of this study show that (1) effective communication between the Medical Record team and the Counter has a significant impact on the level of service speed at the Sesele Health Center. The clarity of information conveyed between the two teams has proven to be a key factor in improving service efficiency. Respondents who felt that the information they received were easy to understand tended to rate the speed of service, indicating that clear instructions can reduce the time it takes to deliver services to patients.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the motivation of BPJS patients and general patients towards services at the Jepun Kuripan Clinic in West Lombok in 2024. And the specific aim of this research is to describe the motivation of BPJS patients and general patients at the Jepun Kuripan Clinic in West Lombok in 2024, to describe the quality of service received by BPJS patients and general patients at Jepun Kuripan Clinic, West Lombok in 2024. Analyzing the relationship between Motivation and Service Quality received by BPJS patients and general patients at Jepun Kuripan Clinic, West Lombok in 2024. The research design that will be used in this study is an analytical observational research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were all patients who sought treatment and received health services, both BPJS patients and general patients at the Jepun Kuripan Clinic, West Lombok. The number of samples in this study was "quota sampling" of 100 respondents, and the sample was taken by accidental sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research is the Univariate Test and Bivariate Test using the Kendall'tau-b Test. The results of this research analysis after carrying out the Kendall tau -b test, the value with a correlation coefficient of 0.469 shows that the direction of the correlation is positive. This means that the higher the patient's motivation, the higher the quality of service felt by the patient. The strength of the relationship between patient motivation and service quality has "medium" strength, and vice versa between service quality and patient motivation.
