Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Perkembangan Obligasi Syariah (Sukuk) Di Indonesia). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perkembangan Obligasi Syariah (Sukuk) di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Negara yang pertama kali menerbitkan sukuk adalah Malaysia, dimana sukuk corporat pertama diterbitkan pada tahun 1990. Sedangkan untuk sukuk Negara, Bahrain merupakan yang pertama kali menerbitkannya, yaitu pada tahun 2001. Di Indonesia, sukuk yang banyak digunakan adalah sukuk ijarah dan mudharabah. PT. Indosat, Tbk. merupakan perusahaan pertama yang mengeluarkan sukuk korporat pada tahun 2002

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Motivation on the Investment Interest of students of FEBI UIN Mataram at the UIN Mataram Islamic Investment Gallery. This type of research is associative with a quantitative method approach. This study employs descriptive research where the researcher wants to explain how to analyze the Effect of Motivation on the Investment Interest of Students of UIN Mataram in the Islamic Investment Gallery of UIN Mataram. The results of this study is based on data analysis and discussion that has been done previously, the motivational variable influences but is not positive and significant for investment interest. This can be seen from the results of the t-test which has a tcount of -. 203 with sig. t were 0.839 (p> 0.05). Result of coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value of 0.637, which means the contribution of the variance given by the Motivation variable to the dependent variable of investment interest in FEBI UIN Mataram students in the Islamic investment gallery UIN Mataram is 63.7%, while the remaining 36.3% influenced by variants or other variables outside this research model. This shows that the hypothesis in this study was rejected.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market is one of the financial investment instruments that alsoserves to meet the needs of Muslim investors to invest according to sharia in a country. TheIslamic capital market in recent years has experienced quite good growth in Indonesia,with various instruments in accordance with the needs and desires of the majority ofMuslims, and has the opportunity to create a fair redistribution of the income and wealthecosystem. But there are pandemic cases that occur 19 so that all financial and economicinstruments face obstacles including the Islamic capital market. This study aims to look atthe impact of a pandemic on the movement of Islamic stock indexes in Indonesia using aliterature study approach or looking for primary information from capital marketdevelopment data that is released regularly on the official website and also informationfrom other media. The results of research analysis by looking at data and analysis of othersimple trends conclude that in the following months during the covid pandemic 19 willcontinue to decline in the movement of stock indexes, if the covid 19 pandemic problem isnot resolved properly, stock movements will decline and endanger the Indonesian economy.So there is no concrete need to overcome this problem so that it does not become aneconomic recession.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is one way to determine the business strategy used for planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC) business strategies in the long and short term. From the description above, the researcher tried to examine the "SWOT Analysis of the Dul Rerstaurant And Cafe at Lombok International Airport in an effort to support the World’s Best Halal Award. Honeymoon Destination And World’s Best Halal Tourism Destination". The purpose of the SWOT analysis is to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned and or faced by the company. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, the location of this study was at Lombok International Airport, Praya, Central Lombok Regency, NTB. The results of the strength factor were greater than the weaknesses owned by D’Vul restaurant and cafe and the opportunity factor was also greater than the threat factor. Therefore, with conditions like this, D'Vul restaurant and cafe should be able to compete with other restaurants and cafes around Lombok International Airport and have been able to participate in supporting Lombok as the World's Best Halal Honeymoon Destination and World's Best Halal Tourism Destination

Abstract

Every company is required to be ready to face increasingly fierce business competition. In business competition, the requirement for a company to succeed and succeed is to try to achieve goals by creating and retaining consumers, many factors that affect it. This study aims to determine the effect of product prices and quality on the interest of woven fabric buyers in Sukarara Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency. This research is a field research (field research), using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all woven fabric consumers in Sukarara Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency. The sampling method uses judgment sampling with a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with IBM SPSS 18.0 as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on buyer interest. This is based on the value of tcount of 3.039 with sig. t is 0.004 (p <0.05). Product quality variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is seen from the results of the t-test which has a tcount of 3.727 with sig. t is 0.001 (p <0.05). While simultaneously, the variable price and product quality affect buyer interest as evidenced by the results of the F-test which produces a calculated F value of 57.605 with sig. amounting to 0,000 (p <0.05). Then, the contribution of product price and quality variables to purchasing decisions is 71.0% which is seen from the R2 value of 0.710, while the remaining 29% is influenced by other variants outside the model.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Midang Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Desa Midang Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan judgement sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 18.0 sebagai alat analisis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Peran BUMDesterhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Midang Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil Uji-t yang memiliki nilai thitungsebesar 6.958 dengan sig. t sebesar 0,000 (p <0,05). Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang memberi kesempatan kepada Dosen untuk belajar dan bekerja bersama-sama dengan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen bukan berarti mengajar masyarakat tentang sesuatu yang terbaik untuk mereka, tetapi  melakukan pemberdayaan sebagai sebuah proses pencarian (research) yang dilakukan bersama-sama untuk mencari jalan terbaik dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Dosen melakukan tugas terhadap apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam menghadapi problem sosial yang ada di tengah-tengah mereka. Salah satu menariknya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada tahun 2022 ini, berdasarkan hasil sensus dalam rangka perapihan data potensi desa khususnya di Kecamatan Batu Layar Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan keberadaan Desa Pemekaran, diperoleh data dari hasil observasi dan wawancara, terdapat beberapa temuan diantaranya, belum dirasakan manfaatnya program Desa salah satunya yakni Pengelolaan Keuangan BUMDes oleh masyarakat setempat serta belum ada pembenahan Desa dimana terdapat 14 Dusun menyiapkan sumber-sumber alam yang belum diolah secara maksimal, mampu menghasilkan selain berbagai jenis buah-buahan, umbi-umbian, kacang-kacangan, berbagai jenis produksi pertanian, perkebunan dan kehutanan lainnya, terdapat juga tempat tongkrongan yang lagi viral sepanjang tepi jalan Desa Lembah Sari. Demi keberlangsungan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, maka digunakanlah metode yang dapat dicerna dan diserap langsung oleh masyarkat yakni: Metode “Counseling and Mentoring”. Tahap pertama dengan mengumpulkan tokoh masyarakat dan Kepala Desa dari 14 Dusun. Kemudian diskusi dan didampingi oleh Bapak Camat Batu Layar, bersama-sama melakukan “Counseling and Mentoring” secara kontinyu di 14 Dusun. Metode ini dapat kiranya melahirkan strategi yang tepat sekaligus menumbuhkan kemauan besar dari masyarakat Desa yakni pembelajaran dalam pengelolaan keuangan, strategi meningkatkan kreativitas, strategi menumbuhkan ide dan gagasan serta strategi membangun lingkungan yang sehat dan kondusif. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terwujudnya Desa Mandiri yang menjunjung tinggi kearifan lokal masyarakat sebagai pelaku partisipatif aktif dalam upaya meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat.

Abstract

The growth and development of technology in everyday life has the potential to improve people's welfare. The level of public understanding of financial literacy is very important because it plays a role in financial management. The people in Kekait Village have utilized the Aren plant as a source of family income. The knowledge level of digital financial literacy in palm sugar farmers still needs strengthening. Therefore, community service activities were carried out in the form of strengthening digital financial literacy for palm sugar farmers in Kekait Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that partners have given positive responses, including: acquiring new knowledge regarding digital financial literacy and digital financial platforms; the community wants to immediately implement good financial planning and management and intend to have digital savings. Sustainability of this activity is needed as a form of monitoring and evaluation of assistance in an effort to provide solutions to problems faced by partners.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Effect of Capital and Labor on Income Level of Weaving Entrepreneurs in Sukarara Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency". The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of capital and labor on the income level of weaving entrepreneurs in Sukarara Village, Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with stakeholders of the weaving industry. The results showed that the independent variables consisting of capital, labor had a significant effect on the income of weaving entrepreneurs at a significance level of 10 percent. Weaving capital affects the income of entrepreneurs, labor affects the income of entrepreneurs. As much as 99.2 percent of the variation of the independent variables as well as the variation of income variables used in this model, while the remaining 0.8 percent is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Population on Unemployment in West Lombok Regency 2012-2021". In this study, researchers wanted to see how the population compared to unemployment in West Lombok Regency from 2012-2021. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are an R-square value of 0.545 with a significance value (α) or alpha of 0.05 (5%). The R-square value in this study has meaning, namely that the influence of the population variable is able to explain the unemployment variable in West Lombok Regency by 54.5%. That is, partially the influence of the independent variable population size on unemployment in West Lombok Regency is not significant. This is indicated by the calculated T value being greater than the T table value. T calculated < T table (T calculated 0.737 > T table 2.306).
