Abstract

Working capital is a property that is used to finance day-to-day company. Working capital is usually in the form of cash, receivables, inventories, all of which were included in the current asset balance sheet structure. The relationship of working capital dengankegiatan everyday very closely, for example, to purchase raw materials, bahanpembantu, salaries / wages of its employees must be present to support the activities of the company. Besides modalkerja have enough will benefit the company, with an efficient working capital are also companies will not experience losses. Based on the writer´s observation of production decline at the Cooperative Tofu and Tempeh Tofu and Tempe Manufacturer Indonesia (Kopti) in the Municipality of Yogyakarta from year to year (2006-2009) Based on analysis of activities, menunujukkan activities that are not stable. Assessment of working capital efficiency shown by the activity ratio menunujukkan assets decreased efficiency, but increases inventory efficiency, which in 2008 amounted to 207.8 x 92.5 x 2009. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the condition of Batam City with the status of free trade zone and also to look at the achievement of that status with economic defense persepctive. This study used qualitative method. The result is Batam City with the status of free trade zone are changed such as their rules, the facilities of infrastructure to support the status, while Batam’s economic growth has so far remained stagnant, investment in foregin direct investment has been achived as expected, but must be observed so that there is no dependence on foreign parties. Exports have decreased, while import have increased, export and import activites of Batam City are depended on the port system, while the exsiting system is still not good. In addition, the growth of labour is not accordance with the amount of employment available in Batam City, it is feard to be a threat.Keywords: Free Trade Zone; Economic Defense; Batam City.

Abstract

This research was conducted from May to July 2018 in Tulang Island, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province.The purpose of this study is to understand the activities of community ports on Tulang Island and the economic driving factors of the Tulang Island community. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Activities found from both people's port is the movement of people, goods and services. Economic driving factor in terms of trade slightly hampered in the process of loading and unloading goods, for service delivery factors there is no on the Tulang island, while fisheries and marine factors, in Tulang Island, it is in need of a decent port so that the process of loading catches such as shrimp, fish, and other commodities can be maximized.

Abstract

This research will open up a new discussion regarding the resilience of a region in facing the Covid-19 Pandemic. Aim of this researcher is to depict vulnerability of the region towards pandemic Covid-19. The analysis of this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with spatial identification and literature review. From the literature review, there are 5 factors of defense geography that can be used to identified regional vulnerability, which are secure location, topographical depression, population density, land use and distribution of health services. Based on the results obtained, it is known that there are some regions that have Tinggi vulnerability and yet still struggling in facing the Pandemic Covid-19 such as Karimun and Kundur. But there are also regions that have Tinggi vulnerability but can push down the spreading such as Moro, Durai,Meral, Meral Barat and Tebing Subdistricts. Some other regions that have Sedang and Rendah vulnerability also can deal with pandemic very well.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem penegakan hukum terhadap penyalahgunaan izin visa kunjunga di wilayah kerja kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Tanjung Balai Karimun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi diantaranya yaitu; overstay, penyalahgunaan izin tinggal kunjungan, dokumen tidak lengkap dan masuk tidak melewati (Tempat Pemeriksaan Keimigrasian). Catatan pihak Imigrasi Kelas II Tanjung Balai Karimun untuk tahun 2019 samapai 2020 menunjukkan kasus pelanggaran hukum yang sering terjadi diwilayah kerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Tanjung Balai Karimun yaitu overstay yakni melebihi batas waktu yang telah diberikan oleh pejabat Imigrasi Tanjung Balai Karimun. Adapun jumlah kasus yang tejadi dari awal tahun 2019 samapi April 2020 sebanyak 7 kasus. Berdasrakan permasalahan yang ada, pelaku tindakan pidana di jatuhi hukuman pendeportasian dari wilayah Tanjung Balai Karimun. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Tanjung Balai Karimun dalam hal pengawasan di lapangan berkerja sama dengan intansi-intansi terkait yaitu; Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan, Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan, Bea dan Cukai, Polri, TNI, Kementrian Agama, Dinas Perhubungan, serta dibantu seluruh lapisan masyarakat Tanjung Balai Karimun.

Abstract

Laut memilki sumber daya dengan nilai ekonomis yang tinggi, akan tetapi tidak lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Spill oil ialah satu dari sekian permasalahan yang disebabkan oleh manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis spill oil terhadap volume dan nilai produksi perikanan di laut Kepulauan Riau dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah volume dan nilai produksi perikananan di laut Kepri masih tergolong rendah, jika ditambah permasalahan laut, seperti spill oil maka akan memperburuk tidak hanya hasil ekosistem laut, namun juga rantai perekonomian lainnya.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masuknya warga Negara asing (WNA) ke suatu Negara memiliki berbagai tujuan. Ada tiga tujuan yang paling dominan, diantaranya adalah unutk bekerja, berwisata dan melanjutkan pendidikan. Indonesia merupakan salah satu Negara yang terbuka akan hal tersebut, dapat dilihat dari berbagai kemudahan akses dan kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tujuan masuknya warga Negara asing (bekerja, beriwsata dan melanjutkan pendidikan) terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, apakah memperkuat perekonomian Indonesia atau malah menjadi bentuk ancaman baru. Metode yang diguankaan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan kajian literatur (studi pustaka). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, ada berbagai dampak positif dan negatif yang dihasilkan dari masuknya WNA. Dampak positif tentunya memperkuat perekonomian Indonesia, sednagkan dampak negatif berasal dari bentuk ancaman yang ada disetiap tujuan tersebut. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah wajib mewaspadai setiap WNA yang masuk ke Indonesia dari tujuan-tujuan tersebut, agar tujuan utama yakni meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci:Warga Negara Asing, Ekonomi Pertahanan, Bekerja, Berwisata, dan Pendidikan

Abstract

Consistency of planning and budgeting in programs and activities is a process of integrating and strengthening the preparation of plans and budgets in achieving development goals. Assessing the consistency of programs and activities between planning and budgeting at the PUPR Office of Karimun Regency, an analysis was carried out through the 2017-2019 RKPD and PPAS documents. The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the consistency of programs and activities in the RKPD and PPAS of the Karimun Regency PUPR Service in 2017-2019. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the consistency of programs and activities in planning and budgeting documents at the PUPR Office of Karimun Regency in 2017-2019 is in the very good category and there are only a few programs and activities that are not consistent between planning and budgeting, this happens because the results the evaluation did not achieve some of the planned objectives, there were budget limitations, lack of coordination between regional apparatus, adjustment of central government policies with regional governments, (emergency) circumstances that determine budget shifts between organizational units, between activities and between types of spending. The advice given is to increase the intensity of information and communication with higher levels of government, improve the quality of HR officers/planners in carrying out each proposed activity, improve knowledge of the apparatus involved in budgeting and increase commitment to maintain planning and budgeting consistency and increase the use of e-information technology. planning and e-budgeting. Keywords: Consistency, Planning, Budgeting Abstrak Konsistensi perencanaan dan penganggaran dalam program dan kegiatan merupakan proses keterpaduan dan penguatan penyusunan rencana dan anggaran dalam pencapaian tujuan pembangunan. Menilai konsistensi program dan kegiatan antara perencanaan dan penganggaran di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Karimun dilakukan analisis melalui dokumen RKPD dan PPAS tahun 2017-2019. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi konsistensi program dan kegiatan dalam RKPD dan PPAS Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Karimun tahun 2017-2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Konsistensi program dan kegiatan dalam dokumen perencanaan dan penganggaran di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Karimun pada tahun 2017-2019 berada pada kategori sangat baik dan hanya ada beberapa program dan kegiatan yang belum konsisten antara perencanaan dan penganggaran, hal ini terjadi karena Hasil evaluasi tidak mencapai beberapa tujuan yang direncanakan, ada batasan anggaran, kurangnya koordinasi antar perangkat daerah, penyesuaian kebijakan pemerintah pusat dengan pemerintah daerah, keadaan (darurat) yang menentukan pergeseran anggaran antar unit organisasi, antar kegiatan dan antar jenis belanja. Saran yang diberikan yaitu meningkatkan intensitas informasi dan komunikasi dengan pemerintah yang lebih tinggi, meningkatkan kualitas Petugas SDM/perencana dalam melakukan setiap usulan kegiatan, perbaikan pengetahuan aparatur yang terlibat dalam penganggaran dan peningkatan komitmen untuk menjaga konsistensi perencanaan dan penganggaran serta meningkatkan pengunaan teknologi informasi e-planning dan e-budgeting. Abstract

This study aims to dig deeper into the use of technology that can be used by grocery shop entrepreneurs using the literature study method. The results obtained from this study indicate that grocery stalls still use manual or conventional methods, in order to be able to compete in modern times, there are four things that can be done in a form of digitizing grocery stalls. The four things, included are as follows; 1). Making a grocery shop web, 2). Grocery shop application design, 3). Technology-based sales data processing, 4). Payments or transactions are made using digital wallets. Digitalization is expected to be able to increase buying and selling activities at grocery stalls, to make them more effective and efficient, so that it can boost the people's economy.

Abstract

The phenomenon of coastal problems facing climate change in the coastal area of the Coastal Area has an impact on natural changes. Climate change has the potential to cause flooding through increased rainfall and increased sea levels due to melting ice at the Earth's poles (Satterthwaite, 2008). The coastal area includes the coastline, beaches and sea waters near the coast. The series is described in the following sectors: Natural resources, infrastructure, tourism economy, socio-culture and natural disasters. According to the National Survey and Mapping Coordinating Agency (BAKOSURTANAL) the boundaries of coastal areas are areas where there is still the influence of maritime activities and as far as concentration (village) ) fisherman. For planners, climate change is a form of uncertainty, so that the issue of climate change is the main focus for all parties (Zandvoort, et al., 2018; in Fekri, 2018). The type of research used is descriptive qualitative method. The location of this research is in the administrative area of the Coastal Area. This article uses a SWOT analysis and a Likert scale.
