Abstract

Pemecahan permasalahan Pythagoras seringkali tidak dianalisis oleh guru sehingga siswa tidak mengetahui kesalahan yang telah dilakukannya. Melalui penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini dapat dianalisis kesalahan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah Pythagoras. Sebuah kelas di Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang terdiri dari 32 siswa menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Dari subjek penelitian tersebut terkumpul data pemahaman masalah Pythagoras menggunakan tes pemecahan masalah. Menurut hasil tes, siswa dikelompokkan menjadi siswa berkemampuan pemecahan tinggi, siswa berkemampuan pemecahan sedang, dan siswa berkemampuan pemecahan rendah. Dua siswa dalam setiap kelompok dipilih untuk diwawancarai. Berdasarkan pemeriksaan data dokumentasi tes melalui wawancara ditemukan kesalahan siswa dalam pemecahan masalah Pythagoras. Kesalahan yang dialami siswa dalam pemecahan masalah meliputi kesulitan dalam menemukan kata kunci, tidak mampu menuliskan permasalahan Pythagoras, kesulitan dalam mengkontekstualkan permasalahan, kesalahan menuliskan informasi secara lengkap, permasalahan Pythagoras yang disebutkan siswa tidak tepat, kesulitan dalam mengubah permasalahan kontekstual dalam konsep Pythagoras, tidak tepat memahami rumus Pythagoras, kurang tepat dalam menuliskan simbol matematis, tidak mampu menyusun strategi pemecahan, tidak tepat melakukan operasi hitung perpangkatan atau akar pangkat kuadrat, dan tidak tepat menuliskan kesimpulan berkaitan pemecahan permasalahan yang diberikan

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melaksanakan pelatihan software aplikasi AnBuso di MI Muhammadiyah Puluhan Trucuk Klaten. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Desember 2021. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan ceramah. Analisis tingkat pemahaman peserta dibagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Hasil dan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta pengabdian terhadap software aplikasi AnBuso meningkatkan untuk kategori tinggi dari 12.50% menjadi 62.50%. Kesimpulannya pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terkait penggunaan software aplikasi AnBuso dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan penilaian pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to train MTs Muhammadiyah PK Bayat teachers how to create learning videos with Ms. PowerPoint and Fastone Capture. Face-to-face training in the form of material for making learning video content using Ms. PowerPoint and screen recording using Fastone Capture was used in this program. Participants be able to make learning videos using Ms. PowerPoint and Fastone Capture as an outcome of this training session.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian korelasi yang bertujuan (1) untuk melihat adanya keterikatan antara evaluasi belajar matematika siswa terhadap aspek-aspek dominan belajar siswa dan (2) untuk menganalisis keterikatan evaluasi belajar matematika terhadap aspek-aspek dominan belajar siswa. Dari analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh simpulan bahwa : (1) Adanya tiga aspek dominan yang berpengaruh signifikan dan mempunyai keterikatan secara linier terhadap evaluasi belajar matematika, yaitu X1 = aspek psikologis dan waktu belajar, X2 = aspek minat dan jenis belajar, dan X5 = aspek belajar konsep. (2) Dari ketiga aspek dominan belajar yang berpengaruh signifikan tersebut membentuk model regresi linier Y = 3,831 X1 + 3,365 X2 + 1,593 X5 + 3,028 dan ketiga aspek dominan tersebut memberikan proporsi pengaruh terhadap evaluasi belajar matematika sebesar 70,4%.

Abstract

Mathematics is an important subject whose applications were widely used in life. However, many students have difficulty in learning mathematics, including elementary school students. This study aimed to examine the depth of Jean Piaget's cognitive development and Lev Vygotsky's sociocultural theory and their implication for mathematics learning at elementary school age. This study used a qualitative approach with the literature study method. Sources of data in the form of books, journals, and the results of previous research related to research problems. Data collection in this study was carried out using online searches. Data analysis was done by content analysis. The results of this study indicate that according to Piaget's theory of cognitive development, the thinking stage of students in elementary schools was generally in the concrete operational stage. So that the recommended mathematics learning was in the form of student-centered active learning such as discovery learning and contextual learning methods. Meanwhile, based on Vygotsky's sociocultural theory, he recommends cooperative and collaborative mathematics learning as well as optimizing the existence of scaffolding and social interaction in learning.

Abstract

Naturies Indonesia is one of the UMKM for spice drinks in Macanan, Klaten, Central Java which is developing. As one of the growing UMKM, Naturies Indonesia is experiencing problems related to the distribution of its products. Naturies Indonesia has incurred transportation costs of Rp.442,100.00 per week in distributing its products to 5 distributors (Kudus, Jakarta, Shopee, Bandung, and offline). Due to human resource constraints, Naturies Indonesia does not yet have a thorough plan to reduce shipping costs in allocating products from production sites to customers or distributors. Through this applied research, this research aims to find the optimization of product delivery costs. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, then analyzed using the Northwest Corner and Vogel's Approximation methods. Analysis using the Northwest Corner method found a shipping cost of IDR 431,600.00, while the Vogel's Approximation method found a shipping cost of IDR 427,900.00. Abstract

AbstrakGuru masih mengalami kendala dalam membuat video pembelajaran terkait dengan kemahiran, bahasa dan ketidaksesuain antara objek video dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Calon guru matematika perlu disiapkan untuk dapat membuat video pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik materi, peserta didik serta sesuai dengan tututan di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kendala calon guru matematika dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini termasuk studi kasus yang berfokus pada analisis kendala calon guru matematika dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran ditinjau dari aspek isi, aspek penyajian, aspek bahasa, dan aspek grafika. Subjek penelitian diambil dari 14 mahasiswa yang telah menempuh kuliah Inovasi Pembelajaran pada Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika, Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode pengambilan data yang meliputi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen utama peneliti sendiri yang mengambil data penelitian serta instrumen bantu dalam bentuk lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi yang membandingkan data hasil observasi terhadap video pembelajaran dengan hasil wawancara sehingga didapatkan data yang valid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kendala yang dialami oleh calon guru matematika dalam membuat video pembelajaran matematika terletak pada indikator ketepatan isi materi, konstruksi konsep atau rumus matematika, kelengkapan informasi, kejelasan suara, dan kesesuaian antara ilustrasi dengan materi. Abstract Teachers are still experiencing problems in making learning videos related to skills, language and discrepancies between video objects and student characteristics. Prospective math teachers need to be prepared to be able to make learning videos that are in accordance with the characteristics of the material, students and in accordance with the demands of the digital era. The purpose of this research is to analyze the constraints of future mathematics teachers in making learning videos. This research includes a case study that focuses on analyzing the constraints of prospective mathematics teachers in making learning videos in terms of content, presentation, language, and graphic aspects. The research subjects were taken from 14 students who had taken the Learning Innovation course at the Mathematics Education Study Program, Widya Dharma University, Klaten. In this study, three data collection methods were used which included documentation, observation and interviews. This study uses the main instrument of the researcher himself who collects research data and auxiliary instruments in the form of observation sheets and interview guides. This study uses a triangulation technique that compares observational data to learning videos with interview results so that valid data is obtained. The results of this study are that the obstacles experienced by prospective mathematics teachers in making mathematics learning videos lie in indicators of accuracy of content, construction of mathematical concepts or formulas, completeness of information, clarity of sound, and suitability between illustrations and material.

Abstract

Tidak semua media pembelajaran matematika berbasis android telah layak (media dan materi) maupun tidak praktis penggunaannya. Penelitian ini merancang suatu media berbasis android menggunakan microsoft powerpoint, ispring suite, dan website apk 2 builder pada pembelajaran perbandingan yang dapat diakses tanpa jaringan internet dengan kapasitas penyimpanan yang rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan prosedur analisis, desain, development (pengembangan), implementasi, dan evaluasi, kemudian dianalisis kelayakannya. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi guru, siswa, pakar media, dan pakar materi, yang dikumpulkan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Setelah data terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan (dokumentasi dan wawancara), media pembelajaran ini berhasil dirancang dalam pembelajaran perbandingan di SMP. Dalam mengukur tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran, data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dari pakar media dan materi. Tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran dianalisis dengan menghitung persentasenya, kemudian dianalisis kualitatif. Secara kualititatif, pakar media memberikan penilaian sangat layak, begitu juga dengan pakar materi. Dari pengukuran ini, media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kelayakan media, materi, dan praktis untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran perbandingan. Penelitian ini memberikan simpulan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis android yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran perbandingan. Not all Android-based mathematics learning media are feasible (media and material) or impractical to use.  This study designed an Android-based media using microsoft powerpoint, ispring suite, and the APK 2 website builder for ratio learning that can be accessed without an internet network with low storage capacity. This research is the development of instructional media with analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation procedures, then analyzed for feasibility. The subjects of this study included teachers, students, media experts, and material experts, whose data were collected using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. After the data collected were analyzed using qualitative analysis. Based on needs analysis (documentation and interviews), this learning media was successfully designed in ratio learning. In measuring the feasibility level of learning media, data was collected using a questionnaire from media and material experts. The feasibility level of learning media is analyzed by calculating the percentage, then analyzed qualitatively. Qualitatively, media experts gave a very proper assessment, as well as material experts. From this measurement, the developed learning media has met the eligibility of the media, materials, and practice to be implemented in ratio learning. This research concludes that the developed android-based learning media is very feasible to be implemented in ratio learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the difficulties of students in developing student worksheets (LKS) and interactive mathematics learning media. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were students of the Mathematics Education Study Program at Widya Dharma University, Klaten. The data collection method used in this research is documentation, observation, and interviews. Method triangulation techniques are used to obtain valid data by comparing the results of observations with the results of interviews. The data analysis process in this study was carried out based on the model of Miles, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that students experience difficulties in developing worksheets and interactive learning media. The types of difficulties are (1) difficulty in arranging findings or formula construction on certain materials, (2) difficulty in compiling worksheets and learning media that require students to provide varied responses, (3) difficulties in developing contextual and challenging initial problems and (4) difficulty in constructing apperception.

Abstract

Learning becomes less interactive when students are learning to build space because they focus more on the teacher's explanations. Students' mathematical character and problem-solving skills cannot be developed by this learning. An alternative for helping pupils improve their mathematical character and problem-solving skills is the TGT learning approach. The two cycles of this classroom action research project are designed to enhance students' mathematical character and problem-solving skills. Group intelligence was used in conjunction with the TGT model at SMP Negeri 4 Klaten class VIII. Students take a pretest to ascertain their starting abilities before class action starts. With only 3% of pupils completing the pretest, the outcomes were still quite poor. Students' ability to solve mathematical problems improved when they took action.Likewise, students' mathematical character has improved, namely in cycle I only 59% of students have mathematical character in the moderate category, while in cycle II as many as 78% of students have mathematical character in the good category.
