In addition, the research participants were 263 respondents that were obtained using the Convenience Sampling technique, with the criteria young adult, (20-40 years old), married for at least 2 months, and living on Java Island. The instruments that were used were the Relationship Flourishing Scale (RFS), Marital Commitment Inventory (MCI), and Attachment Style Questionnaire (ASQ). The results showed that marital commitment (p = .000) and a secure attachment style (p = .000) significantly predict marital flourishing. Meanwhile, the fearful (p=.09), preoccupied (p=.78), and dismissing (p=.81) attachment styles do not influence marital flourishing. This study concludes that young adults who develop secure attachment patterns and a strong sense of marital commitment are more likely to experience high-quality marriages.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement Child Friendly School psychoeducation in the Pasirtanjung area. This psychoeducation will focus on discussing children's rights to build discipline, character and positive communication between school members. It is expected that with this psychoeducation, teachers can fulfill, guarantee and protect children's rights, and ensure that schools are able to develop children's interests, talents and abilities. In addition, schools are expected to not only give birth to a generation that is intellectually intelligent, but also to give birth to a generation that is emotionally and spiritually intelligent. In seeking to increase this awareness, teachers are involved in this community service activity, which has several activities in it. Activities in the form of psychoeducation delivered in the form of seminars through material presentation, video screening, practice and questions and answers related to the material. Child Friendly School psychoeducation activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Man'baul Islamiyah, Pasirtanjung Village, Bogor Regency run according to the specified schedule and this activity is right on target because the school has never received Child Friendly School socialization from the government. This psychoeducation is also proven to add a new understanding for teachers about the concept of Child Friendly Schools and how to implement it, as evidenced by the improvement results from the pretest and posttest.

Abstract

This year's community service was given in a village assisted by Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) located in Jatibarang Indramayu called Bulak Village. This village is a village that contributes quite a lot in sending Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) abroad. This makes many teenagers who have parents who work as PMI. Analyses conducted by UNJ's Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) found that the education level in the village is quite low. Most residents in Bulak Village are primary school graduates and up to the latest data only about 5-10% of residents are college graduates. Many teenagers prefer to work directly as Indonesian Migrant Workers who have not been accompanied by education or the desire to develop skills as preparation. Therefore, this community service is given so that adolescents understand their potential so that they know the fields that are their strengths. This self-understanding will be accompanied by knowledge about achievement motivation so that they can encourage themselves to have the desire to have further education or develop their abilities as preparation for the future. Modules will be compiled by experts in the field of psychology which will be adjusted to the needs and age of participants. It is hoped that with this activity teenagers can recognise themselves and encourage themselves to get a higher education.
