The results of this activity found that classes filled with students aged 3 to 3.5 years were only given demonstrations about STEAM and parents needed to be given education so they could provide support in the learning process with STEAM. The conclusion of this activity was that early childhood teachers in Desa Pasirtanjung became more aware that STEAM learning was very easy to implement using teaching materials that could be found in their everyday environment and became enthusiastic in applying them in the classroom. Suggestions related to this activity is the execution for intensive training thus they will be doing more practicum in order to improve the skills of the teachers. Also, there is a follow-up and evaluation needed regarding the application of the STEAM learning model in Paud Desa Pasirtanjung so that they can see the significance and development of the skills of the teachers in implementing this learning. In order to have similar perception about STEAM learning we suggest to educate parents about it thus they can give fully support to teachers at school and their kids at home. Abstrak STEAM adalah pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan ilmu Science, Technology, Engeenering, Mathematic, dan Arts yang sejalan dengan kebutuhan keterampilan abad 21. Abstract

Romantic relationship is one of the most important assets for individual’s self esteem, health and happiness or their subjective well-being (Reis, Collins, & Berscheid, 2000). By that fact, the broke-up of the romantic relationship can decrease the level of happiness and subjective well-being of individuals whether the subjective well-being itself is relatively stable for the entire life (Park & Sanchez, 2007). Sometimes an individual responded their broke-up by doing some maladaptive acts such as an endless emotional distress and obsessive act just to get back their ex-partner. The purpose of this research is to give Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) in order to enhance people’s happiness. The research design is using one group pretest-postest design. As a partisipant, young adult should be in 20 until 40 years of age. This intervention contains 5 (five) session which held once in a week and the duration is ± 90 minutes per session. Based on the quantitative evaluation with Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and Core Bereavement Item, and also the qualitative evaluation from observation and interview, the main result pointed that Acceptance Commitment Therapy is effectively proven to increase subjective well-being in Young Adults’ post relationship dissolution.

Abstract

Mental health problems in young adults continue to increase in Indonesia, especially problems related to relationships with others. This study aims to examine the effect of adult attachment on mental well-being in young adults. Data collection was conducted in the form of a survey using the Adult Attachment Style Questionnaire and The Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale. Participants in this study were 302 people aged 18 to 40 years who lived in Jabodetabek. The data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that overall attachment style has a significant effect on mental well-being. Secure attachment (χ²(1) = 272.02, p <.001) and dismissing attachment (χ²(1) = 15.08, p <.001) both significantly contributed to predicting mental well-being, while fearful attachment (χ²(1) = 11.37, p = .001) and preoccupied attachment (χ²(1) = 4.58, p = .032) had a significant negative influence on mental well-being. These findings will provide implications for improving the mental well-being of young adults by considering their attachments in adulthood and can be a reference for professionals to develop psychological interventions for mental well-being.

Abstract

The stage of early adulthood in human development is to establish romantic relationships with the opposite sex. Therefore, having a romantic relationship is important for individuals at that age. Out of these four types of violence, emotional violence is the one that cannot be seen in real life, and even the victims don't really feel that what they are experiencing is a form of emotional violence. In emotional violence, the perpetrator will play a role by manipulating the victim, so that the victim does not even realize what he is experiencing, but gradually the impact of the violence is felt in everyday life. Meanwhile, the position of victims who are manipulated and unaware of the violence they experience, makes them feel that their perception of the situation they are experiencing is unrealistic, victims usually do not recognize or recognize emotional violence, and they develop coping mechanisms such as denial and minimize the violence they experience. With this condition it is difficult for victims to seek help for what they are experiencing. There are predictors that can influence the behavior of seeking help, including the regulation of the victim's emotions, the intensity of the search for help itself, and so on. In order to seek help from a manipulative, emotionally abusive state, the victim must have trust in others. Conditions that are astonishing and difficult to understand and believe are like victims of natural emotional abuse, forcing them to only want to open up to people they truly trust.

Abstract

Pasirtanjung Village residents tend to have a positive attitude towards getting married at a very young age. However, being at a young age is often accompanied by a low level of education, minimal income, and emotional immaturity, making it vulnerable to triggering conflict in marriage. Therefore, this community service program aims to provide psychoeducation to create healthy, happy relationships to minimize negative impacts on individuals, couples, and families. The main target of this program is unmarried adolescent girls aged 13-19 years. The implementation method refers to the results of the Healthy Relationship Series program, which explains that the psychoeducation program related to healthy romantic relationships has an impact on participants' in-depth understanding, especially regarding setting boundaries, communication, conflict resolution, as well as discussing additional issues such as mental health and gender-based violence. Based on the pre-test and post-test evaluation results, the average post-test score increases, concluding that the psychoeducation carried out effectively provides understanding regarding healthy, happy relationships.
