Abstract The purpose of community service is to improve teacher competence in managing classes in ecology-based target schools. Various student problems can occur because the teacher is less skilled in managing the class. The first problem is that the teacher does not understand the characteristics of children and how to solve problems so that the class becomes ineffective. The service was carried out for 6 meetings involving teachers around the Insan Elementary School. The training method starts with problem identification using the interview method with both the teacher and the principal. The training is carried out by the head of the foundation and the principal as well as teachers and parents of students. Based on the results of the teacher training evaluation instrument, it can increase knowledge about the characteristics of children and how to approach various children according to their learning mode. The teacher can identify the child's learning modality. Implementing community service activities to increase teacher competence in managing ecological-based classrooms can be carried out properly. Based on literature review that discusses the measurement of student cyberloafing, a 20-item scale form created. The data were collected from 506 undergraduate students at a large university in Jakarta who have online distance learning experiences. Data were analysed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the JASP program. The results of this study indicate that the student cyberloafing scale model is in accordance with the theory where three dimensions are indicated, namely social purpose cyberloafing, academic cyberloafing, dan gaming purpose cyberloafing. The scale has a good fit model based on CFI, TLI, RMSEA, SRMR and GFI. Keywords: confirmatory factor analysis; cyberloafing; student cyberloafing; student cyberloafing scale

Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement Child Friendly School psychoeducation in the Pasirtanjung area. This psychoeducation will focus on discussing children's rights to build discipline, character and positive communication between school members. It is expected that with this psychoeducation, teachers can fulfill, guarantee and protect children's rights, and ensure that schools are able to develop children's interests, talents and abilities. In addition, schools are expected to not only give birth to a generation that is intellectually intelligent, but also to give birth to a generation that is emotionally and spiritually intelligent. In seeking to increase this awareness, teachers are involved in this community service activity, which has several activities in it. Activities in the form of psychoeducation delivered in the form of seminars through material presentation, video screening, practice and questions and answers related to the material. Child Friendly School psychoeducation activities at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Man'baul Islamiyah, Pasirtanjung Village, Bogor Regency run according to the specified schedule and this activity is right on target because the school has never received Child Friendly School socialization from the government. This psychoeducation is also proven to add a new understanding for teachers about the concept of Child Friendly Schools and how to implement it, as evidenced by the improvement results from the pretest and posttest.
