Abstract

Technological progress is reshaping traditional markets, bringing improvements in speed, convenience, and reach to day-to-day trading. Digital payment platforms such as QRIS and All Payment along with e-commerce channels allow merchants to process transactions more quickly and give customers flexible, cash-free options. Although these innovations promise greater operational efficiency, widespread uptake remains uneven. Two persistent hurdles are low digital literacy and anxieties over data security, issues that often breed resistance and mistrust among stallholders. Findings from surveys and in-depth interviews suggest that tailor-made education and hands-on training are pivotal in changing perceptions. By demonstrating practical advantages like simplified bookkeeping, real-time sales tracking, and broader customer access training sessions help traders see technology as an ally rather than a threat. Equally important is the coordinated support of local governments, market management bodies, and technology vendors. Their collaboration can produce policies that lower adoption costs, provide subsidies for devices, and establish on-site help desks to address technical problems swiftly. Such institutional backing both incentivizes merchants and accelerates the diffusion of digital tools throughout the market ecosystem. Furthermore, guaranteeing reliable internet connectivity and user-friendly interfaces reduces friction in daily use, reinforcing trader confidence. Early adopters already report smoother workflows, faster customer turnover, and better record-keeping accuracy. These outcomes highlight the need for a multifaceted strategy combining capacity-building, stakeholder engagement, and infrastructure enhancement to modernize traditional commerce while safeguarding its cultural vibrancy and social relevance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the application of electronic service quality and digital payment service integration using Islamic principles in the Kitabisa.com system. The research method used in this study is qualitative, employing observation analysis and literature study techniques. The results of this study indicate that the electronic service quality available on the Kitabisa.com application greatly facilitates users and enhances their satisfaction. Regarding payment service integration using Islamic principles, it also strongly supports donors in making digital donations. The result also states that kitabisa is a medium for strengthening social solidarity and trust between users and beneficiaries. The combination of quality technology services, ease of digital transactions, and alignment with religious values makes Kitabisa.com a successful example of Sharia-based crowdfunding that can be used as a reference for the development of social digital services in the future The obstacles in this study were the limited primary data involving active respondents from the Kitabisa.com user community, making it difficult to describe the variability of donors' attitudes and motivations comprehensively.

Abstract

This community service was conducted to conduct a Business Model Canvas (BMC) design study for a partner project, namely residential property development in the Pamulang area, South Tangerang. The study focused on the integration of economic, social and environmental values. The methods used include descriptive case study techniques, interviews, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the partner's BMC can align profitability with sustainability through strategically located eco-friendly housing, clear customer segments, integrated distribution channels, and the establishment of key partnerships. The primary revenue streams come from sales and rentals, with the overall cost structure focused on construction and operational expenses. The designed BMC is expected to serve as a strategic guide capable of enhancing the profitability of the partner's projects while contributing to environmental.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah berbagai sektor, termasuk industri kuliner, dengan memperkenalkan inovasi digital yang mendukung efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang website Nasi Campur Kapuas88 dengan fitur pemesanan makanan dan minuman berbasis online, menggunakan pendekatan UI/UX untuk menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan wireframe, dan implementasi desain antarmuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan website dengan fitur interaktif dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam mengakses layanan, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, serta memperkuat daya saing bisnis di era digital. Website ini diharapkan menjadi solusi strategis untuk mendukung transformasi digital UMKM kuliner.

Abstract

As an important part of character and individual ability development, creating an active, interactive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere is crucial in the world of education. One of the methods implemented at SD Ciherang 2 is field observation aimed at analyzing the computer skills of 5th-grade students, particularly in preparation for the Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) or Computer-Based National Assessment. Computer usage training has become very important to help students master the basic skills needed during ANBK. This research aims to increase students' confidence and readiness through structured training. The computer usage training was conducted by forming small groups consisting of five to six students, with a total of 28 students participating. This training is designed to help students master the basic computer skills needed during ANBK. This research aims to enhance students' confidence and readiness through structured training. The measuring instrument used is the measurement of students' self-confidence using the General Self-Efficacy Scale, which assesses students' belief in their ability to operate computers. ABSTRAK Sebagai bagian penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan kemampuan individu, menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan sangatlah krusial dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu metode yang diterapkan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Ciherang 2 adalah observasi lapangan yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan siswa kelas 5 dalam menggunakan komputer, khususnya dalam rangka mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK). Pelatihan penggunaan komputer menjadi sangat penting untuk membantu siswa menguasai keterampilan dasar yang dibutuhkan saat ANBK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kepercayaan diri dan kesiapan siswa melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur. Pelatihan penggunaan komputer ini dilaksanakan dengan membentuk kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari lima sampai enam siswa, dengan total 28 siswa yang berpartisipasi. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu siswa menguasai keterampilan dasar komputer yang dibutuhkan saat ANBK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kepercayaan diri dan kesiapan siswa melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah pengukuran Kepercayaan diri siswa menggunakan General Self-Efficacy Scale, yang menilai keyakinan siswa terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam mengoperasikan komputer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how mobile applications can improve User Experience (UX), E-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention in the Pojok Bersih sanitation service. The methods used in this study are descriptive qualitative through interviews, service process observation, and user needs analysis. The target users were specified as young workers aged 25–35 years in the Pontianak City area. The results of the study show that digitizing services with features such as a simple interface, intuitive navigation, quick booking features, staff tracking, and price transparency can increase customer satisfaction and improve e-service quality. This improvement in service quality has a direct impact on high customer satisfaction levels, which in turn strengthens user retention for the Pojok Bersih service. All research findings support the hypothesis that UX has a positive effect on E-Service Quality, which increases Customer Satisfaction and strengthens Customer Retention. This study recommends the development of a Pojok Bersih mobile application with more responsive, clear, and secure features to meet the needs of people who require fast and practical cleaning services.
