Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the social entrepreneurial approach in utilizing Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for the Poor during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Kukin Village, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative. The methods used to collect data are interviews and literature study. Informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Treasurer, Chair of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), Village Professional Facilitator, one of the beneficiary communities during the Covid-19 pandemic which was used for entrepreneurial activities by recipients of village funds. The data used in this study is qualitative data which is used as field data that tries to observe, know and describe factual conditions in the field. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis. The results of the study showed that the use of village funds during the COVID-19 pandemic had been carried out in accordance with the rules, namely prioritizing the use of village funds, especially BLT-Village Funds used for Covid-19 countermeasures and the welfare of the community receiving BLT Village funds assistance, namely the poor through efforts to increase morale social entrepreneurs in the recipient community so that they can become new entrepreneurs so that the assistance received can increase the income of the poor recipients of assistance. The use of village funds in the Villages of North Moyo Regency itself is more focused on COVID-19 response villages and direct cash assistance from village funds (BLT-DD in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic).

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah organik tidak hanya membantu mengurangi timbunan sampah, akan tetapi juga dapat menghasilkan produk yang memberikan nilai tambah bagi rumah tangga sebagai peluang usaha kecil. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat perkotaan dalam memanfaatkan limbah organik berbasis prinsip keberlanjutan melalui pendekatan ekonomi sirkular. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif yang meliputi tahapan observasi awal, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Program dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Dasan Agung, Kota Mataram, dengan sasaran utama Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) sebagai aktor strategis dalam pengelolaan sumber daya rumah tangga. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami proses pembuatan eco-enzyme, kemudian secara teknis mampu membuatnya secara mandiri, serta dapat memahami dari sisi ekonomis serta lingkungan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah kecil bagi masyarakat untuk mengurangi sampah organik sekaligus mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya secara berkelanjutan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, praktik ini mencerminkan konsep maslahah melalui upaya menghadirkan kemanfaatan dan mengurangi dampak kerusakan lingkungan. Implikasinya, pelatihan eco-enzyme berbasis partisipasi masyarakat dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendukung pengelolaan limbah organik berkelanjutan di wilayah perkotaan sekaligus memperkuat peran masyarakat sebagai agen perubahan.

Abstract

Keuangan adalah salah satu aspek krusial dalam sebuah rumah tangga. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik akan membantu keluarga mencapai tujuan mereka. Namun, hasil penilaian awal menunjukkan bahwa mitra dalam hal ini tunanetra mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keuangan, terlihat dari ketidakmampuan memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhan meskipun pendapatan keluarga meningkat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya manajemen keuangan rumah tangga demi mencapai kondisi keuangan yang sakinah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research) melalui empat siklus yang mencakup observasi, refleksi, perencanaan aksi, dan pelaksanaan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu edukasi tentang pengenalan perencanaan keuangan syariah dan sakinah finance dan evaluasi atas pelaksanaan kegiatan serta proses perubahan yang dialami mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis dalam pengelolaan keuangan, kesadaran untuk menerapkan manajemen keuangan berbasis syariah bagi penyandang disabilitas di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Mitra berhasil menyusun daftar pendapatan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan berdasarkan skala prioritas, serta merancang anggaran dan rencana investasi yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Maraknya judi online, pinjaman online, dan pinjaman berbunga tinggi telah menjadi masalah besar bagi generasi muda, khususnya di Desa Babussalam, Kecamatan Gerung. Praktik ini sering kali disertai dengan dampak sosial dan finansial yang merugikan, seperti peningkatan stres dan kecanduan. Salah satu penyebab utama adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai perencanaan keuangan yang sehat. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan perencanaan keuangan syariah untuk pemuda MT Nurul Musthafa dirancang sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mmberikan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah yang dapat membantu pemuda mengelola keuangan mereka dengan bijak, menghindari praktik merugikan, dan memanfaatkan produk keuangan yang halal. program ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang terdiri dari empat siklus: observasi, refleksi, perencanaan aksi, dan pelaksanaan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran dan pemahaman pemuda tentang bahaya judi online dan pinjaman berbunga tinggi, serta kemampuan mereka dalam merencanakan keuangan secara syariah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemuda MT Nurul Musthafa.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of development administration at the Department of Transportation of West Lombok Regency, focusing on public services and technical policies in the transportation sector. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study employs the Balanced Scorecard and the FEE (Fédération des Experts Comptables Européens) A performance measurement model for local government work units developed by the Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics at Ahmad Dahlan University (FE-UAD) and the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) Regional Office III Yogyakarta, model to measure organizational performance from various perspectives, including customer satisfaction, financial management, internal processes, and growth and learning. Primary data were collected through interviews with echelon 2 and 3 officials, while secondary data were obtained from official documents and performance reports. The findings reveal variations in employee productivity levels across different units, with the Secretariat and Technical Implementation Unit achieving "Highly Optimal Workload," indicating high efficiency. Meanwhile, other divisions achieved "Optimal" or "Moderately Optimal" productivity, highlighting the need for improved coordination, task distribution, and time management. The study concludes that enhancing inter-unit coordination, strengthening employee commitment, and improving monitoring and evaluation systems are essential for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource management at the Department of Transportation of West Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the fiscal performance and capacity of the Regional Government of Bima City over the period from 2019 to 2023. To achieve this objective, a quantitative approach was employed using financial ratio analysis based on secondary data, including financial reports of the regional government and data from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). The analysis focuses on key indicators such as the effectiveness of locally generated revenue (PAD) management, the proportion of operational expenditures, the degree of fiscal independence, and budget realization. The findings of this research are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of regional financial management and to offer strategic recommendations for enhancing sustainable fiscal performance. Furthermore, the results are anticipated to serve as a valuable reference for policymakers and researchers in advancing evidence-based and efficient practices in regional financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, facilities, and human resources on the realization of general service retribution revenue in West Sumbawa Regency. The realization of general service retribution in West Sumbawa Regency remains fluctuating and has not yet been optimal, while service quality, facilities, and human resources are important factors in driving an increase in the realization of general service retribution revenue. This research uses a quantitative associative approach with primary data and multiple linear regression analysis through IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results show that, partially, service quality and human resources have a positive and significant effect, while facilities do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, service quality, facilities, and human resources have a positive and significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality, facilities, and human resources to optimize general service retribution revenue and support the increase of locally generated revenue (PAD) as well as sustainable development in West Sumbawa Regency. Therefore, it is expected that the local government will develop appropriate strategies to improve these aspects in order to achieve more optimal regional development goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing labor absorption in tofu and tempeh businesses in Jonggat District, Central Lombok Regency. The study focuses on wage, age, education, and gender as independent variables. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a census method involving all 44 tofu and tempeh business owners. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, simultaneously, all four independent variables significantly influence labor absorption. Partially, wage has a positive and significant effect, meaning that higher wages increase labor absorption. Age has a significant negative effect, suggesting that older workers have lower chances of being absorbed. Gender also has a significant positive effect, with male workers dominating labor-intensive sectors like tofu and tempeh production. Meanwhile, education does not significantly affect labor absorption, as practical skills are more critical than formal education in this industry. The adjusted R² value of 66.64% indicates that the model explains more than half of the variation in labor absorption. These findings offer valuable implications for business owners and policymakers in formulating strategies to improve labor absorption in small-scale industries.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of education, income, and business capital on labor absorption in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research. This study used 87 respondents who were taken randomly from a total population of 677 SME units using a random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS software. The findings of this study indicate that the variables of education (β = 1.046; p = 0.036) and income (β = 1.207; p = 0.025) have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption, while business capital does not show a significant influence (p = 0.639). The results of simultaneous testing (F Test) show that the overall regression model is significant in predicting the dependent variable Y, as evidenced by the F value reaching 21,658 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05). This indicates that at least one of the independent variables (X1, X2, or X3) has a significant effect on Y. The result of the coefficient of determination (R²) test is 0.714, indicating that the independent variable can explain 71.4% of the variation in labor absorption. This finding confirms that improving the quality of human resources through education and increasing business income is more effective in supporting labor absorption than simply increasing business capital. This study also emphasizes the importance of skills training programs and business support for SMEs as well as the development of relevant policies to support business expansion and job creation in the area.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of inflation, minimum wage, economic growth, and labor absorption on unemployment in NTB in 2014-2023. By using qualitative research methods, and using multiple regression analysis tools with several variables, namely X1inflation, X2 Minimum Wage, X3 Economic Growth, X4 Labor Absorption, and Y Unemployment Rate, The results of the study are as follows where X1 inflation has a significant effect on unemployment with a significant value of 0.04, X2 Minimum Wages does not have a significant effect on Unemployment with a significant value of 0.78, X3 Economic Growth has no significant effect on unemployment with a significant value of 0.68 and X4 has a significant effect on the unemployment rate with a significant value of 0.00. Where of the 4 variables affects Y by 94%.
