Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine how to foster students' creativity and innovativeness through entrepreneurial activities. Using observation, documentation, and interviews as data collection methods, this study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology involving school principals, teachers, and students. The findings of this research are the management of entrepreneurial activities in fostering the creativity of students at SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, namely: 1) Students are creative in generating new ideas, 2) Students are creative in developing ideas, 3) Students are creative in create business opportunities. And the management of entrepreneurial activities in growing innovation at SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, namely: 1) Students learn innovation from existing experience, 2) Students can create new products, 3) Students can increase productivity, product/service quality and profit. This research reveals how managing entrepreneurial activities fosters creativity and innovation in students.    Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Innovative Abstrak: Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovatif siswa melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan. Menggunakan pengamatan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan data, studi ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Adapun temuan penelitian ini ialah pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas peserta didik SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, yaitu: 1) Peserta didik kreatif dalam melahirkan ide baru, 2) Peserta didik kreatif dalam mengembangkan ide-ide, 3) Peserta didik kreatif dalam menciptakan peluang usaha. Dan pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan inovatif SMK Sinar Husni 1 BM L Deli, yaitu: 1) Peserta didik mempelajari inovasi dari pengalaman yang ada, 2) Peserta didik dapat menciptakan produk baru, 3) Peserta didik dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas produk/layanan serta keuntungan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana pengelolaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inovatif peserta didik.Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas, Inovatif

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of extracurricular management on non-academic achievement at SMA BUDI SATRYA. The dependent variable in this research is extracurricular management (X), the dependent variable is non-academic achievement (Y). The research population and sample is a sample of 32 teachers who will participate in this research, there are 14 male teachers and 18 female teachers. The teachers selected as respondents are those who have the capacity and are the main keys to the school. The data obtained were analyzed using the PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square via SmartPLS Software. Based on the research results it can be concluded that: (1) Extracurricular Management has a positive and significant effect on Non-Academic Achievement at SMA BUDI SATRYA through partial testing, where scores were obtained The calculated t for Extracurricular Management is 5.203 ≥ t table, namely 1.654, so it can be concluded that Extracurricular Management has an effect on Non-Academic Achievement. Thus, hypothesis H1 in this study is accepted.Keywords: Extracurricular Management, Non-Academic AchievementAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajemen Ekstrakulikuler Terhadap Prestasi Non Akademik di SMA BUDI SATRYA Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Ekstrakulikuler (X), variabel dependen yaitu Prestasi Non Akademik (Y). Sampel penelitian adalah Sampel sebanyak 32 orang guru yang akan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, terdapat guru laki-laki berjumlah 14 orang dan guru perempuan berjumlah 18, guru-guru yang dipilih sebagai respondent adalah mereka memiliki kapasitas dan menjadi kunci utama pada sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square melalui Software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen Ektrakurikuler berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Non Akademik di SMA BUDI SATRYA melalui pengujian secara parsial, diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk Manajemen Ektrakurikuler adalah 5,203 ≥ t tabel yaitu 1,654, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Manajemen Ektrakurikuler berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Non Akademik. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H1 dalam penelitian ini diterima.Kata kunci: Manajemen Ekstrakulikuler, Prestasi Non Akademik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of student character development in a coastal madrasah at MA Al-Washliyah in Nagur Village, Tanjung Beringin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The focus of the study includes four main aspects: the management of character development through the introduction of moral concepts and character education values, the management of character habituation through repeated practices, the management of reflective activities, and the management of the integration of moral actions in a natural and consistent manner. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, with the main informants consisting of the head of the madrasah, vice principal, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that character development at MA Al-Washliyah in Nagur Village has been managed in a planned and contextual manner in accordance with the characteristics of the coastal environment. The introduction of moral values is carried out through integration in the learning process, the exemplary behavior of educators, and the utilization of religious learning resources. Character habituation is implemented through consistent daily routines and continuous supervision. Reflection is conducted through dialogical approaches and counseling that help students understand the moral meaning of their actions. Furthermore, the integration of moral actions is reflected in students’ behavior, which becomes increasingly independent and consistent and is embodied in the school culture. This study concludes that the management of character development at MA Al-Washliyah in Nagur Village is implemented systematically and sustainably through the stages of introduction, habituation, reflection, and integration of moral values. However, the effectiveness of character development is still influenced by external factors, such as family and community environments. Therefore, strengthening the synergy between schools, families, and communities is necessary to ensure the sustainability of character education reinforcement for students in coastal madrasahs

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the principal's supervision in improving teacher performance at SMP IT Ad Durrah Medan. Teacher performance is very important to improve the quality of education in schools. One way that can be done to improve teacher performance is through supervision carried out by the principal. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that supervision is carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the planning stage, the principal prepares a supervision program, determines the focus of supervision based on data, and prepares assessment instruments. At the implementation stage, supervision is carried out by visiting classes, observing learning, checking lesson plans, and seeing student learning outcomes. Furthermore, at the evaluation stage, the principal meets with teachers to discuss the results of supervision and carry out follow-up in the form of coaching or training. Supervision that is carried out regularly and openly has a positive impact on improving teacher performance. Teachers become more enthusiastic, focused, and assisted in carrying out their duties. Kinerja guru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah melalui supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, kepala sekolah menyusun program supervisi, menentukan fokus supervisi berdasarkan data, dan menyiapkan instrumen penilaian. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, supervisi dilakukan dengan cara mengunjungi kelas, mengamati pembelajaran, memeriksa RPP, dan melihat hasil belajar siswa. Selanjutnya, pada tahap evaluasi, kepala sekolah melakukan pertemuan dengan guru untuk membahas hasil supervisi dan melakukan tindak lanjut dalam bentuk pembinaan atau pelatihan. Supervisi yang dilakukan secara teratur dan terbuka ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru.
