Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine criminal psychology towards hypnotherapist malpractice in child fornication cases from a law enforcement perspective. The research method used in this study is normative juridical, namely research focused on examining rules or norms in positive law, using Secondary Data (official documents, books, research results in the form of reports, journals and so on). And the results of this study the author examines that there is a weak mental attitude and conscience of the defendant so that his ego seeks satisfaction and is difficult to control the impulses of an insatiable sexual instinct, in accordance with the theory of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud.

Abstract

This article aims to present an in-depth analysis of the phenomena, problems, and shortcomings in implementing talent management, especially in the context of assessment and psychological test functions. This effort is aimed at increasing understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by organizations in maximizing optimal utilization of talent. This article uses a quantitative approach, which looks for the relationship between existing variables from problems between independent and dependent variables. The population of this study is several leaders in various Umrah and Hajj Travel companies in Depok and Bekasi, with maximum questionnaire distribution and collected answers that returned as many as 35 respondents. Then this data will be processed. Data analysis after getting questionnaire answers returned with data analysis techniques using SPSS 24, by looking for influences between independent and dependent variables. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that both Assessment and Psychological tests have a significant influence on Talent Management. This shows the importance of using holistic assessment methods in managing talent within an organization. Careful assessment of employees not only helps in identifying existing talent but also allows organizations to develop more effective talent management strategies. It is recommended from the results of this article that organizations be advised to involve different types of assessments, including assessments and psychological tests, in their talent management processes. Thus, they can gain a more holistic understanding of employees and maximize the potential of existing talent.

Abstract

Qualitative research concept articles: phenomenology, grounded theory, ethnography, case studies, and narratives are scientific literature articles within the scope of research methodology. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of research methodology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and the journal Sinta. The results of this article are: 1) Phenomenology plays a related role to the concept of qualitative research; 2) Grounded theory is related to the concept of qualitative research; 3) Ethnography is related to the concept of qualitative research; 4) Case studies relate to the concept of qualitative research; and 5) Narrative relates to the concept of qualitative research.

Abstract

Abstract: Article Employee performance improvement strategy at the manufacturing industry within the scope of human resource management science. This article aims to create hypotheses regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The results of this literature research include 1) The influence of self-efficacy on employee engagement; 2) The influence of psychological tests on employee engagement; 3) The influence of work life balance on employee engagement; 4) The effect of remuneration on employee engagement; 5) The influence of self-efficacy on employee performance; 6) The influence of psychological tests on employee performance; 7) The influence of work life balance on employee performance; 8) The effect of remuneration on employee performance; and 9) The influence of employee engagement on employee performance.
