Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic educational philosophy in shaping the religious character of students in the digital era that is full of information technology flows. The main focus of this study is how the basic values ​​of Islamic education, such as monotheism, morality, and spirituality, can be implemented effectively in a modern learning environment dominated by technology. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach, through analysis of classical and contemporary Islamic educational philosophy literature, as well as a study of digital-based education phenomena. The results of the study show that Islamic educational philosophy has a strong foundation in shaping a complete and religious personality, even amidst the challenges of the digital era. The integration of Islamic ethical principles and the use of educational technology is the key to creating a generation that is intellectually intelligent and spiritually strong. However, the main challenge lies in the dominance of secular digital content and the weak control of parents and educators in guiding the use of technology wisely. This study is expected to provide a new direction in the formulation of Islamic curriculum and learning methods that are adaptive to the development of the times without losing the spirit of Islam

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan praktik manasik haji sebagai strategi pembelajaran kontekstual dalam mata pelajaran fikih di Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah Al Mahabbah. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menghubungkan konsep-konsep fikih dengan pengalaman nyata siswa agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru fikih, dan siswa kelas enam sebagai responden utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manasik haji dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terstruktur, dimulai dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan yang menyerupai rangkaian ibadah haji sesungguhnya. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap rukun dan wajib haji, memperkuat motivasi belajar, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai religius dan sosial. Pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman ini memberikan dampak positif dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan melalui pendekatan yang aktif dan partisipatif. Dengan demikian, praktik manasik haji terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran fikih secara kontekstual, relevan dengan kehidupan siswa, dan mendukung tujuan pendidikan Islam di tingkat dasar.

Abstract

The strengthening of the Secretariat apparatus of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) is a strategic issue in the governance of legislative administration at the regional level in Indonesia. However, studies on the DPRD Secretariat remain relatively limited and tend to emphasize structural and regulatory aspects, without comprehensively addressing institutional dynamics. This study aims to strengthen the DPRD Secretariat apparatus through an institutionalist perspective, using the Institutional Three Pillars Theory framework proposed by W. Richard Scott. This study is a conceptual paper developed through a narrative literature review approach, examining both classical and contemporary literature in the fields of institutionalism and public administration. The analysis focuses on how the regulatory, normative, and cognitive pillars interact to shape the institutional practices of the DPRD Secretariat as an institution supporting the legislative, budgeting, and oversight functions at the regional level. The study's findings show that the strengthening of the DPRD Secretariat apparatus cannot be understood solely as a consequence of formal regulation, but rather as an institutional process involving a balance between legal rules, professional values and norms, and collective meaning-making regarding the role and institutional identity. This study is not intended to empirically assess performance but offers a conceptual framework that can be used to understand the dynamics of regional legislative administration more holistically. Theoretically, this research contributes to enriching institutionalism studies in public administration by positioning the DPRD Secretariat as a complex and contextual institution. The conceptual framework offered is expected to serve as a reference for future empirical research and conceptual reflection for strengthening legislative administration institutions in Indonesia.
