Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine how Cash on Delivery (COD), Service Quality, Delivery Accuracy, and Trust influence customer decisions when utilizing J&T Expeditions. The research adopts an explanatory approach with a quantitative method, establishing causal relationships between variables. The research model involves hypothesis testing to assess the researcher's proposed theoretical connections. The data used consists of primary and secondary data, gathered from 100 research participants who are consumers of J&T Expeditions. Multiple linear regression analysis is employed as the data analysis technique. The findings indicate that cash on delivery (COD), service quality, delivery accuracy, and trust positively and significantly influence customer decisions to utilize J&T Expeditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital. This research is a quantitative study, so the data collection that will be used in this study is done using a questionnaire that will be filled out directly by respondents. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis, the results of which indicate that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality affect inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital in the Payung Sub-district. The results of the t-test show that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality obtain a significance value of <0.05. The results of the F-test show that the variables of facility completeness, health administration, and service quality collectively have a positive influence on inpatient satisfaction at the Pratama Kriopanting Hospital in the Payung Sub-district. The coefficient of determination (R-Square) indicates that facility completeness, health administration, and service quality influence inpatient satisfaction by 51.3%, while the remaining 48.7% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this research.

Abstract

The growth of competition in the world of e-commerce has required companies to design an effective marketing communication strategy in order to increase the company’s brand awareness. One of the marketing communication strategies that can be used to increase brand awareness is by using Brand Ambassador as brand speakers and also by using taglines as a medium for delivering messages about the company. This study aims to determine and examine the extent of the influence of Brand Ambassador and tagline on brand awareness at Tokopedia Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample of this study was 100 respondents with the criteria Tokopedia e-commerce application and people who have seen and know user of the BTS and Blackpink versions of ads and the tagline “Selalu ada, selalu bisa” from Tokopedia and were respondents who were domiciled in the city of Pangkalpinang. The data collection technique of this research is a survey method using a questionnaire instrument. In processing the data, this research uses IBM SPSS 25 software. This study uses multiple regression analysis. This analysis is used to test the relationship between two or more independent variable and the dependent variable. Based on the research results, it is known that each of the Brand Ambassador and tagline variable partially no and significantly affects brand awareness at Tokopedia Indonesia. The simultaneous calculation shows that the Brand Ambassador and tagline simultaneously have a significantly and significantly affect brand awareness at Tokopedia Indonesia. This shows that the Brand Ambassador and tagline used have been able to increase brand awareness on Tokopedia.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of promotion, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce in Pangkalpinang City. The population in this study are Shopee users who make purchases in Pangkalpinang City with a sample of 75 respondents using the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool and a significance level of 5%. The results of this study were obtained (promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Undang Undang Sisdiknas Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 menjelaskan bahwa manusia membutuhkan pendidikan dalam kehidupannya, karena pendidikan merupakan usaha agar manusia dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya melalui proses pembelajaran. Dunia pendidikan saat ini mengalami transformasi yang luas dan cepat sebagai akibat dari pertumbuhan pesat dalam teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Berdasarkan implementasi kurikulum merdeka saat ini, pemanfaatan teknologi dapat menjadi pilihan guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran diferensiasi di kelas. Adapun dengan berbasis Multimedia Interaktif banyak kita jumpai pada saat ini, diantaranya Kahoot! dan Quizizz, kedua platform ini memungkinkan guru untuk bisa menggunakanya, selain lebih mudah digunakan tampilan pada menu nya mudah di pahami. Namun permasalahan yang masih sering dijumpai di beberapa sekolah adalah masih kurangnya kemampuan para guru dalam mengadopsi perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama komputer, selain itu guru masih kesulitan dalam menemukan sumber atau media pembelajaran yang tepat dan memiliki keefektifan yang tinggi. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini mendapatkan hasil dimana para Guru di SMAN 1 Parittiga dapat memanfaatkan edugame interaktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia.

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, the adoption of digital technology has become a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness and performance of organizations across various industrial sectors. Organizations that do not adopt digital technology risk falling behind in terms of operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. In Indonesia, the implementation of digital technology in the manufacturing, retail, and service sectors still faces several challenges, including infrastructure limitations and insufficient human resource readiness. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital technology implementation on operational performance in three sectors: manufacturing, retail, and services in the Pangkalpinang region. Using a qualitative case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 15 operational managers and IT staff from three companies in these sectors that have implemented digital transformation in the past five years. The findings indicate that the adoption of digital transformation has improved operational efficiency by up to 30%, employee productivity by 18%, and customer satisfaction by 22% in the retail and service sectors. However, in the manufacturing sector, technological infrastructure limitations hindered optimal results. Digital transformation has a positive impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction, especially in the retail and service sectors. However, additional investment in technological infrastructure is needed in the manufacturing sector to achieve maximum results.

Abstract

kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM di Desa Sungkep, Kecamatan Sungai Selan, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran modern. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kegiatan penyuluhan ini melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM dalam workshop interaktif dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman digital marketing peserta, dengan rata-rata skor pemahaman meningkat dari 40% menjadi 85% pasca pelatihan. Seluruh peserta berhasil membuat akun media sosial bisnis dan mulai menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Dalam satu bulan setelah kegiatan, beberapa peserta melaporkan kenaikan penjualan hingga 20%. Namun, tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur internet dan literasi digital dasar masih perlu diatasi. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa digital marketing memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM, terutama di daerah pedesaan, dan direkomendasikan untuk diteruskan dengan program pendampingan yang lebih intensif dan dukungan infrastruktur yang memadai

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of product quality on purchase decisions through cash on delivery in the fashion industry. The research was conducted through a survey with 228 respondents who had made purchases through cash on delivery in the past six months. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results showed a significant and positive effect of product quality on purchase decisions through cash on delivery in the fashion industry. This finding suggests that consumers who perceive high product quality are more likely to make a purchase decision through cash on delivery in the fashion industry. The study also indicates that the moderating effect of cash on delivery should be considered in future research on the relationship between product quality and purchase decisions in the fashion industry. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the effect of product quality on purchase decisions through cash on delivery in the fashion industry. Fashion retailers can use the results to improve their product quality and cash-on-delivery services, potentially increasing consumer purchase decisions and satisfaction.

Abstract

The use of technology in education has become an essential need in modern learning. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Kahoot and Quizizz as interactive learning tools to enhance student learning quality at SMAN 1 Parittiga. The research employs a qualitative approach with observation and interview techniques to explore student and teacher experiences in using these platforms. The findings indicate that Kahoot and Quizizz significantly improve students' motivation, engagement, and comprehension of learning materials. Kahoot is more effective in creating a competitive learning atmosphere, while Quizizz provides flexibility for students to learn at their own pace. However, some challenges arise, such as reliance on a stable internet connection and the need for teacher training to optimize platform features. Therefore, it is recommended that schools improve digital infrastructure and provide training for teachers to support the optimal implementation of technology-based learning.

Abstract

Technological advancements have significantly impacted education, including more interactive learning methods. Kahoot and Quizizz are two platforms that utilize gamification to enhance student engagement in learning. This study aims to analyze and compare these interactive media in terms of ease of use, student engagement, and effectiveness in providing feedback. Using a qualitative method and a case study approach, data was collected through interviews and observations of teachers and students utilizing both platforms. The study's findings indicate that Kahoot is more effective in boosting student motivation through a competitive system, whereas Quizizz excels in independent learning flexibility and providing more detailed result reports. Therefore, the utilization of these platforms should be adjusted according to the learning objectives to be achieved..
