Abstract

this study aims to determine the conditions of household consumption, living conditions, health conditions, educational conditions and income conditions. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population and sample in this study were 51 workers. Sampling uses the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique using descriptive statistical analysis is the percentage formula put forward by the data. The results of this study indicate that the socio-economic conditions of workers at the PT. Kemilau Permata Palm Factory in Nagari are already good, because they are able to provide all food and non-food needs. minimum area is 47.1%, health conditions are good, if you suffer from minor illness, 80.40% go to a health center, and if severe illness is treated as much as 94.12% at the hospital, the condition of education mostly already covers high school level, and income workers ranged from Rp.2,600,000-Rp.3,500,000 which was 43.14% of all respondents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan lingkungan alam sebagai sumber belajar oleh guru geografi di SMAN 3 Kota Padang Panjang pada pembelajaran kelas XI semester I tentang ketersediaan dan relevansinya dengan KD kelas XI semester I, pemanfataan lingkungan alam sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran geografi kelas XI semester I, hambatan dan upaya guru geografi kedepannya dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan alam sebagai sumber belajar pada kelas XI semester I. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru geografi SMAN Kota Padang Panjang, yang menggunakan KTSP. Jumlah informan diperoleh 2 orang guru geografi kelas XI dan informan pelengkap. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, analisis dokumentasi dan observasi. Peneliti menemukan bahwa : Pemanfaatan Lingkungan Alam Sebagai Sumber Belajar oleh Guru Geografi Kelas XI semester I di SMA Negeri Kota Padang Panjang Pada KD 1.1 Siswa mampu menjelaskan fenomena biosfer, 1.2 Siswa mampu menganalisis sebaran hewan dan tumbuhan, 2.1 Siswa mampu menjelaskan pengertian Sumber Daya Alam, 2.2 Siswa mampu mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis Sumber Daya Alam, 2.3 Siswa mampu menjelaskan pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara arif adalah sebagai berikut : (1) pada aspek ketersediaan lingkungan alam pada lapisan biosfer sebagai sumber belajar berupa lembah anai, batang anai, bukit-bukit, hutan, tumbuhan, tanah, hewan, energy, matahari, dan angin relevan dengan KD kelas XI semester I; (2) Pada aspek pemanfaatan, bentuk pemanfaatan lingkungan alam yang tersedia disekitar wilayah Kota Padang Panjang belum dimanfaatkan oleh guru geografi kelas XI semester I; (3) Pada aspek hambatan, bentuk hambatan berupa terbatasnya waktu jam pelajaran, akses, izin dari orang tua, rekan kerja dalam membantu untuk mengkoordinir siswa ; (4) Pada aspek upaya kedepannya dalam pemanfaatan lingkungan alam oleh guru geografi kelas XI semester I berupa memprogramkan pembelajaran diluar sekolah pada waktu libur diluar PBM dan membuat siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran dengan pemberian system reward.

Abstract

The study aimed to the identify the independence of learning outcomes geography XII IIS in SMAN 1 Bandar Seikijang, 2013 curriculum based on the assement. The methodology used in thi study is the method in the form of descriptive quantitative correlational analysis. Sample obtained by using techniques proportional random sampling the proportion of as many as 60%, 56 students class XII IIS SMAN 1 Bandar Seikijang. Data collection is done by the provision of the survey. Data analysis was conducted using aid program SPSS IBM version 19.0 of analysis descriptive analysis used, that is the test of normality linearity. Based on the research reached the conclusion that is the positive and significant independence between learning and learning outcomes geography. Big the influence of independence of learning for learning outcomes geography of 88,3 % and another variable of 17%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on Students' Spatial Intelligence in Geography Subjects in Class X-IIS SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This type of research is quasi experimental (quasi experimental design). This research was conducted on students of class X IIS 1 and X IPS 2 in SMA Negeri 7 Padang in the semester July-December 2019. The population was students of class X IIS consisting of 4 classes. The research sample was taken by cluster random sampling technique, so that the X IIS 1 class was obtained as the experimental class and X IIS 2 class as the control class. Data collection through observation, documentation and testing. Data analysis is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was an influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on the Spatial Intelligence of Students in Geography Subjects in Class X-IIS of SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This is based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted, obtained tcount of 4.972 with a significant level (α) 0.05 and (α) 0.01 obtained ttable of 1.665 means that the value of tcount is greater than table.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of public knowledge about the management of environmental health Settlements in Nagari Sicincin District 2x11 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman District which includes knowledge about household waste management and knowledge about bathing, washing, and toilet waste management. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is all of the Family Heads in Nagari Sicincin that is 2625 families. The sample in this study was 97 households. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique with a percentage. The results showed that: the level of public knowledge about the management of environmental health settlements is still low. This can be seen from the data obtained, only 13.4% of respondents know about household waste management and only 15.46% know about MCK waste management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the age, education, income, health conditions, number of children and education of scavengers and the reasons for being scavengers. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The study population was scavengers in the Village of Parupuk Tabing. The research sample uses the Snowball Sampling technique, by determining key informants and showing research subjects. 26 scavengers sample. Data collection using observation and questionnaire distribution techniques. Data analysis technique with a percentage. Results: average age of productive waste pickers is 51 years old (34.62%), scavenger education is low because graduating and not graduating from junior high is (38.46%). scavenger income is low because it is below Rp 1,500,000 per month (61.53%). If a person suffering from a mild disease scavengers go to a health center using BPJS (76.93%), the number of scavengers is an average of 4 people (57.69%) children's education is quite good because there are many in the condition of schooling (72.85%) and the reasons become a scavenger because of limited capital to open another business (62.24%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of the Even Semester Final Examination items in terms of Validity, Reliability, Difficulty Level, Distinguishing Power and the Effectiveness of Deceiters in Class X IIS Geography Subjects in 2018/2019 Academic Year 1 of SMA Pertiwi Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was all students of class X IIS at Pertiwi 1 Padang High School, totaling 86 people. Sampling using the Slovin formula obtained by 42 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation by collecting data in the form of exam questions, student answer sheets. This data analysis technique was carried out using ANATES multiple choice software rocks Ver 4. 0. 9. The results of research conducted showed that (1) (1) in terms of validity, item A and B items were declared valid at 36.7% and invalid 63.7%. (2) Reliability of Item A package shows the value of 0.85 is categorized high. In Package B showing a value of -2, 41 are categorized as very low. (3) The difficulty level of Package A items is 10% easy, 50%, and 40% difficult. In Package B that is 16, 5% easy, 56.6% moderate, and 26.7% difficult. (4) Distinguishing Power of Package A items, namely 6.7% is very good, 30% is good, 23.3% is sufficient, and 40% is bad. In Package B, 3.3% is very good, 13.3% is good, 23.3% is sufficient, and 60% is bad. (5) The effectiveness of Deception items on Package A is 76.7% very good, 13.3% is good, 10% is good enough and 0% is not good enough. In Package B, 36.7% is very good, 36.7% is good, 23.3% is good enough and 3.3% is not good.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of ability of Geography teachers in making and developing technology in learning and utilizing technology as a media for mapping, remote sensing and geographic information systems. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method in the form of a percentage. Samples were obtained using the Total Sampling technique, which means that all teachers teaching geography at SMAN in South Solok totaled as many as 14 people. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS version 19.0 program consisting of descriptive analysis, test data analysis requirements and descriptive analysis or percentage descriptive statistics. Abstract

This Study aims to determine students’ perceptions about the pedagogical competence of social studies teachers in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris in odd semester 2018/2019, then to find out students’ perceptions about the social competence of social studies teachers of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year and to know the learning outcomes of social studies students of the VIII grade of SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The type of this research is descriptive correlational, with the subject of the research is the eight grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Regency, totalling 199 people. The number of samples in this study was 83 people, the sampling technique in this study was Proportional Random Sampling technique. The research instrument to determine the effect of students’ perceptions of pedagogical competence and professional competence of teachers using a Likert Scale questionnaire and student learning outcomes data taken from the average value of odd midterm exam results. Based on the result of research and data analysis result show that : (1) The category of students’ perceptions about the pedagogical competence of social studies teachers in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris in the January-June semester of the 2018/2019 school year based on the percentage caregory was good (79%) (2) The category of students’ perceptions of the social studies teachers of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris in the January semester – June 2018/2019 academic year based on the percentage category was good (79%) (3) Social studies learning outcomes for class VIII od SMP Negeri 1 in the January-June semester of the 2018/2019 school year based on the percentage category is good (60.95%) Keywords : Student perceptions about pedagogical competence, professional competence of teachers and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the behavior of the visitor in maintaining the purus beach environment clean and the efforts of the visitor to maintain the purus bay environment .It is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The study is conducted at the purus coast tourist attraction western wilderness town. Research informants are visitors who are asked to submit information to the study. The type of data in this study is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study are done with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis USES (1) data reduction, (2) data exposure, and (3) hypothetical withdrawal. The study resulted (1) in visitor behavior in the cleanliness of purus beach environments enough to ensure the coefficient of the purus coast environment. Researchers believe that much garbage is caused by traders who dispose of waste products in the local area. Researchers also see the awareness that the visitor has of garbage emanating from himself by refraining from littering out of trash (2) the attempts that the visitor gave to maintaining purus coast are less noticeable. Researchers have learned firsthand that efforts to clean up the beach environment are made by hauling out their own beverage and food - free garbage to the garbage. The lack of availability of refuse according to researchers has significantly affected beach cleanliness. With the limitation of a visitor's garbage can, it becomes a litany that he finds effective rather than a dumpster. The availability of trash bins in busy tourist resorts has to be increased so that there are no more excuses or visitors who discard garbage causing personal discomfort.
