Abstract

In Islamic shari'ah there are two forms of marriage, namely polygamy and monogamy, of which polygamy is the marriage of a man to several women, commonly called "one husband multy wife", and monogamy is an ideal marriage that all women and men want man. Talking about the problem of polygamy, the thing that gets the most attention and debate is the issue of justice in polygamy, Hamka and Teungku M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqy are two figures who have different ideas about fairness in polygamy, even though they depart from the same passage namely the Qur'an . In this study, researchers used qualitative research with the type of research used was library research. The data collection method is based on primary and secondary data, and the data analysis is deductive and inductive, while the data processing uses the comparative method. The method the writer uses to describe and analyze the thinking of Hamka and Teungku M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqy which includes the concept of fairness in polygamy. From the research conducted, it can be concluded first, that the concept of fairness in polygamy according to Hamka for someone who wants to practice polygamy must be in a state of healthy mind arising from faith and piety. If you are polygamous, a man must be fair, both physically and mentally, but in matters of feelings and affection someone will not be able to be fair. Whereas Teungku M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqy bapatapat, polygamy is permissible when in an emergency, that is, if you believe you will do justice, even if someone cannot do justice in feelings and affections that are inner, then that is forgiven. Second, there are factors in equality and differences in the interpretations of the two figures. Among the equations is in the field of methods of interpretation, presentation of interpretations, forms of interpretation and legal basis in polygamy. While the differences between the two figures differ in terms of usage in terms of interpretation, breadth of explanation, background of interpretation and interpretation in QS. Al-Nisa '[4]: 129.

Abstract

Extremism in the digital space continues to grow through narratives that lead to radicalization, necessitating effective strategies for building counter-narratives based on religious moderation. This study aims to identify and develop mentoring strategies for Fatayat NU Sumenep to enhance their agency in promoting religious moderation reasoning in the digital space. Using a qualitative approach, this research employed Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving members and leaders of Fatayat NU Sumenep to explore their experiences, understanding, and needs in confronting extremist narratives. The findings indicate that increasing digital literacy, strengthening critical capacity in assessing religious content, and collaborating with various stakeholders are strategic steps in constructing effective counter-narratives. With the right strategies, Fatayat NU Sumenep can become key agents in disseminating moderate Islamic values and countering extremism in the digital space.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesian society generally displays the bride and groom in front of guests and the general public. In fact, this has spread in various areas to remote villages. Each region has its own characteristics in celebrating the momentum of this celebration/wedding party. However, almost evenly in all regions, when the guests poured out, the bride and groom were displayed in front of the guests and even the general public. The bride and groom were beautifully made up, sitting on a throne with stunning decorations and reasonable costs. So, what is the law on displaying the bride and groom in front of invitations? What is the view of the Madurese cleric KH Abdul Hamid bin Itsbat Banyuanyar Pamekasan regarding the display of the bride and groom in front of the guests and the general public as written in the Tarjuman Book which is famous among families, students, alumni and sympathizers of the Banyuanyar Islamic Boarding School. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, which is a type of library research. This research was carried out so that the wedding celebration which was recommended by the Prophet Muhammad could be carried out without losing its essence and not going beyond the boundaries of Sharia law. The findings of this research state that displaying the bride's bride in front of invitees and the general public is considered a disobedience that can lead her to the torment of hell in the end, that is what KH stated.
