Abstract

This study investigates the impact of irrigation systems, pesticide use, and human resource management (HRM) on the productivity growth of oil palm plantations in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 respondents, representing various plantations, using a Likert scale (1–5). Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26 to assess the relationships between the independent variables (irrigation systems, pesticide use, and HRM) and the dependent variable (productivity growth). The findings reveal that efficient irrigation practices, responsible pesticide use, and effective HRM significantly contribute to productivity growth. Among these, HRM was found to be the most influential factor. These results highlight the need for plantation managers to prioritize resource management and workforce development to achieve sustainable productivity gains. The study provides valuable insights for enhancing oil palm productivity and promotes the adoption of sustainable practices in Indonesia’s palm oil industry.

Abstract

This study explores the transformation of traditional waqf into productive waqf and its role in enhancing cost efficiency for health infrastructure development in Bogor Regency. Using a qualitative approach, the study draws on data from four key informants and document analysis, with findings analyzed through NVivo software. The research highlights how innovative waqf management strategies, such as leasing waqf land and reinvesting revenues, have contributed to sustainable financing of healthcare projects. Despite its potential, challenges such as regulatory constraints, limited management capacity, and cultural perceptions of waqf hinder its full implementation. The study emphasizes the need for regulatory reforms, capacity-building initiatives, and community engagement to optimize the use of productive waqf in public infrastructure. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, waqf institutions, and healthcare planners in leveraging Islamic financial instruments for sustainable development.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of application development, data security, and infrastructure availability on the economic performance and cost savings of companies in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 180 companies across various industries using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3. The results indicate that all three factors—application development, data security, and infrastructure availability—positively and significantly influence economic performance and cost savings. Infrastructure availability emerged as the most influential factor, underscoring its critical role in supporting technological advancements and efficient operations. These findings provide valuable insights for business leaders and policymakers, emphasizing the importance of strategic investments in technology to enhance financial outcomes and competitiveness in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

This study employs a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer to visualize the authorship network within the domain of precision agriculture, identifying key researchers and their collaborative relationships. By mapping the connections based on publications from a specified time period, the analysis highlights the central figures like Erickson, B, who play pivotal roles in the network and reveals the interlinkages among various contributors. The study provides insights into the structural dynamics of research collaborations and elucidates the influence patterns among the scholars. Despite the inherent limitations such as database selection bias and the static nature of the bibliometric snapshot, the results offer valuable implications for enhancing research collaboration, academic planning, and strategic positioning within the scholarly community. This approach not only aids in recognizing influential entities and emerging talents but also assists institutions and funders in making informed decisions that could drive impactful research in precision agriculture.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Entrepreneurship Education and Curriculum Innovation on Entrepreneurial Motivation and Student Performance in private universities in East Java. Using a quantitative research design with a sample of 180 students, data were collected using a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that Curriculum Innovation significantly affects Entrepreneurial Motivation and Student Performance, with Entrepreneurship Education also positively influencing both Entrepreneurial Motivation and Student Performance. These findings highlight the importance of innovative curricula and entrepreneurial-focused education in fostering entrepreneurial attitudes and enhancing academic performance among students. The study provides practical implications for educational institutions, suggesting that continuous curriculum innovation and entrepreneurship education are critical to preparing students for entrepreneurial ventures and improving their overall academic success.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Environmental Credit Innovation, Government Regulation, and Green Microfinance on the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Using data from 140 MSMEs, the research employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to analyze the relationships between these factors. The results show that all three variables—Environmental Credit Innovation, Government Regulation, and Green Microfinance—positively influence MSME productivity. Specifically, Environmental Credit Innovation, Government Regulation, and Green Microfinance significantly contribute to improving MSME performance. The model explains 71.3% of the variance in MSME productivity, indicating substantial explanatory power. Additionally, the predictive relevance of the model highlights its practical utility for policy recommendations. The findings suggest that fostering environmentally responsible practices, simplifying regulatory processes, and expanding access to green finance are key drivers for boosting MSME productivity in the region.
