Abstract

Renal failure among minors in Indonesia has become a growing public health concern, with increasing evidence suggesting that dietary habits play a significant role in its development. This study investigates the influence of nutrition and diet on the causes of renal failure in minors, utilizing a quantitative analysis of 80 samples. Data were collected using a Likert scale (1 to 5) and analyzed with SPSS version 26. The results indicate significant positive correlations between the consumption of processed foods, sugary drinks, and the incidence of renal failure. Conversely, higher intake of fruits and vegetables was associated with a reduced risk of renal failure. Multiple regression analysis further confirmed the predictive power of these dietary factors, with processed foods and sugary drinks emerging as significant contributors to renal failure. The findings emphasize the need for targeted nutritional interventions and public health strategies to promote healthier eating habits among minors in Indonesia, aiming to reduce the incidence of renal failure and improve long-term health outcomes.

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the literature on government budget efficiency. This bibliometric analysis explores the evolution and integration of themes within fisheries management research from 1959 to 2024. Utilizing VOSviewer for keyword co-occurrence and network visualization, the study identifies dominant themes such as "fishery management system," "conservation," and "sustainability," along with their interconnections and shifts over time. The analysis highlights a multidisciplinary approach, integrating ecological, economic, and technological aspects to address the challenges of sustainable fisheries management. The prominence of terms related to management strategies and environmental conservation reflects a global commitment to sustainable practices. Collaborative patterns among leading researchers and the evolution of research themes underscore the dynamic nature of this field, emphasizing adaptive management strategies that are informed by both socio-economic and ecological dynamics. The findings suggest that the ongoing integration of advanced technologies and interdisciplinary approaches is crucial for developing effective fisheries management practices that can adapt to environmental uncertainties and ensure the sustainability of both marine resources and dependent communities.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of physical and mental health programs and career support on employee wellbeing and loyalty in Jakarta’s creative industries. Using a quantitative approach with 180 respondents, data was collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that both physical and mental health programs and career support significantly influence employee wellbeing, which in turn has a strong positive effect on loyalty. Additionally, wellbeing mediates the relationship between support programs and loyalty, underscoring the importance of a holistic approach to employee support. Career support showed the strongest impact on both wellbeing and loyalty, suggesting that professional development opportunities are crucial in retaining talent within the creative sector. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations aiming to improve employee engagement and loyalty through comprehensive support programs that address both health and career needs.

Abstract

This study explores the transformation of traditional waqf into productive waqf and its role in enhancing cost efficiency for health infrastructure development in Bogor Regency. Using a qualitative approach, the study draws on data from four key informants and document analysis, with findings analyzed through NVivo software. The research highlights how innovative waqf management strategies, such as leasing waqf land and reinvesting revenues, have contributed to sustainable financing of healthcare projects. Despite its potential, challenges such as regulatory constraints, limited management capacity, and cultural perceptions of waqf hinder its full implementation. The study emphasizes the need for regulatory reforms, capacity-building initiatives, and community engagement to optimize the use of productive waqf in public infrastructure. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, waqf institutions, and healthcare planners in leveraging Islamic financial instruments for sustainable development.

Abstract

The growing influence of environmentally conscious generations, particularly Generation Z, has become a pivotal area of research in the context of global sustainability. This study employs bibliometric analysis to systematically map the academic landscape surrounding this field, analyzing keywords, thematic clusters, and temporal trends from scholarly literature published between 2000 and 2023. The findings reveal that sustainability and environmental education are central themes, with strong connections to innovative approaches such as game-based learning and digital advocacy. Generation Z emerges as a key driver of environmental consciousness, leveraging digital platforms to amplify awareness and action. However, the analysis also identifies gaps, including the limited integration of technical solutions, such as renewable energy technologies, with behavioral and educational themes, and a lack of intersectional approaches to examining cultural and socioeconomic influences. This study underscores the need for interdisciplinary collaboration to advance the discourse on environmentally conscious generations and offers a roadmap for future research and practical applications in education, policy, and resource management.

Abstract

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) have become essential components of modern workplace strategies, with Human Resource Management (HRM) playing a critical role in fostering inclusive cultures. This study employs a bibliometric analysis of literature from the Scopus database to examine the evolving role of HR in DEI initiatives. Using VOSviewer, the research maps key themes, influential authors, and emerging trends in DEI-related HR studies. Findings indicate that organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee engagement are central to DEI discussions, emphasizing the need for HR to embed inclusivity into workplace policies and practices. The study also reveals increasing research on psychological well-being, mental health, and intersectionality, highlighting a shift toward a more holistic and people-centered approach to DEI. Despite the progress, challenges remain in effectively implementing DEI strategies, particularly in measuring inclusion, addressing unconscious bias, and adapting global DEI frameworks. The study concludes that HR must adopt data-driven, context-aware, and intersectional approaches to foster sustainable and impactful DEI initiatives. Future research should explore the integration of AI and big data in DEI measurement, as well as the role of leadership in driving long-term inclusivity.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of content quality, data-based targeting, and service personalization on consumer loyalty in Jakarta's e-commerce sector. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that content quality exerts the strongest influence on consumer loyalty, followed by data-based targeting and service personalization. Content quality enhances customer trust and satisfaction, while data-driven targeting effectively tailors marketing efforts to consumer preferences. Service personalization, though significant, has a smaller impact compared to the other variables. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating content quality, targeting, and personalization strategies to foster loyalty in the competitive e-commerce landscape. The study provides valuable insights for businesses aiming to optimize their marketing strategies and enhance customer retention in Jakarta’s dynamic digital marketplace.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of recommendation algorithms and the provision of digital facilities on purchasing patterns and consumer loyalty in e-commerce platforms in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 180 respondents through a structured questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale (1-5). The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results show that recommendation algorithms have a significant positive impact on both consumer loyalty and purchasing patterns, with path coefficients of 0.454 and 0.419, respectively. Additionally, the provision of digital facilities also influences consumer loyalty (0.360) and purchasing patterns (0.405). The study found that enhancing both personalized recommendations and digital infrastructure can significantly improve customer retention and sales, emphasizing the importance of these factors for e-commerce platforms in Jakarta. The model’s R² values suggest that it explains a substantial portion of the variance in consumer loyalty (0.567) and purchasing patterns (0.580), with high predictive relevance. The findings provide practical insights for e-commerce businesses to optimize user experience and strengthen consumer relationships, contributing to improved competitive advantage in the digital market.
