Abstract

Gudang PT.

Abstract

The Light Fire Extinguisher (APAR) Monitoring System at PT. Erje London Chemical in this case known as PT XYZ is currently not integrated. Several problems in APAR management are data that is not well documented, information on the location, condition, and maintenance schedule of APAR is still done manually so that it is difficult to arrange a periodic maintenance schedule. A Monitoring APAR information system is needed in the form of a Website-based application that is able to provide information on APAR in real time and facilitate data access. The system is designed to facilitate monitoring of APAR conditions, facilitate reporting, and ensure that APAR is ready to use. The data collection method is carried out through literature studies from previous research and books and based on the results of interviews with stakeholders. The system is built based on a website and the system development uses the Agile method and testing is carried out using blackbox testing, the results of which are that all features have been tested and the results are all successful. The system that is built provides fast and accurate information that is able to overcome problems that occur, reduce the risk of fire, improve work safety, and support the sustainability of company operations at PT. XYZ. The results of this study indicate that the use of the APAR Monitoring information system can provide benefits in terms of managing safety equipment and compliance with work safety standards.

Abstract

Four-wheeled vehicle sales are one indicator of the success of automotive companies in facing increasingly competitive business conditions. Outlet and promotional factors are important elements that can influence consumer purchasing decisions, thus impacting sales levels. This study aims to analyze the influence of outlets and promotions on four-wheeled vehicle sales. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who purchased four-wheeled vehicles at the dealerships being studied. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that outlets have a positive and significant effect on four-wheeled vehicle sales, with an influence of 83.9% on sales and an influence of promotions of 83.9% on sales levels. Promotions also proved to have a positive and significant effect on sales. Simultaneously, outlets and promotions have a significant influence on increasing four-wheeled vehicle sales. These findings indicate that the availability of strategic outlets, adequate facilities, good service quality, and effective promotional activities can increase consumer interest and purchasing decisions. Abstract

The ordering system at Café XYZ is still carried out conventionally where customers must come directly to the café so that service is slow if there is a long queue. The purpose of developing a Café menu ordering application is to simplify and speed up the café menu service and check order reports that can be done in real time. The data collection method is carried out by direct observation at Café XYZZ. The application development uses the Agile method, and a website-based system. Application testing is carried out using black box testing by testing the ease of use of the application and the completeness of the features. The cafer menu ordering application really helps customers in ordering menus and makes it easier for admins in terms of reporting and can reduce the length of the queue. The application will be developed in the future on a mobile basis to provide better service and convenience to customers
