Abstract

Bengkel motor adalah sebuah tempat yang untuk memperbaiki kendaraan bermotor baik kerusakan ringan maupun berat. Bengkel K41_Garage adalah sebuah bengkel yang menyediakan sparepart dan melakukan jasa service sepeda motor, dalam proses penjualannya masih mengandalkan konsumen yang datang ke bengkel untuk mencari sparepart atau manual. Hal ini menyebabkan admin kesulitan untuk melakukan cek barang, sedangkan konsumen kesulitan akan jarak dan waktu yang terbatas, serta adannya antri. Dengan adannya masalah tersebut, maka akan dibangun Sistem informasi berbasis web pada bengkel K41_Garage. Sistem ini akan menggunakan pemrograman PHP Mysql, Metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall, dan metode perancangan sistemnya menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Setelah terciptanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah admin dalam melakukan cek barang serta proses penjualan, dan memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi pembelian sparepart.

Abstract

The Semarang Police in the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Center) field has functions which include serving complaints from people affected by criminal acts, namely reports of fraud, robbery, embezzlement, theft, loss of valuables and so on. The high number of public complaints at this time so that people really need fast service in the SPKT section. SPKT is the spearhead of police services in providing services to the community to improve and facilitate services, an online complaint application is needed. This research is only used for reporting public complaints about traffic, crime and drugs that occur in Semarang district at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Semarang Police. The search method is only used to find the complaint number using the sequential search method. The results of the study show that the application of public complaints in the Semarang Police SPKT section makes it easier for the public to submit complaints to the Semarang Police regarding traffic, crime, drugs and searching for complaint numbers using the sequential search method

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, situs web telah menjadi alat komunikasi krusial bagi organisasi dan entitas pemerintah, termasuk Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI). Kualitas situs web memiliki peran signifikan dalam memastikan efektivitas dan keberhasilan organisasi, termasuk KONI Kota Semarang, dalam mencapai tujuan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna terhadap situs web KONI Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Dengan metode questioner pada 65 responden diperoleh User Satisfaction 4,00 dan Information Quality 4,01yang berarti pengguna setuju bahwa mereka puas dengan layanan web KONI Kota Semarang dan qualitas yang ada pada web cukup baik. Namun hasil dari Interaction Quality 3,97dan Usability 3,90 yang berarti bahwa qualitas interaksi pengguna web dan ketergunaan web masih dirasa kurang oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini mengusulkan bahwa situs web yang berkualitas tinggi tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi internal organisasi, tetapi juga memengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap profesionalisme dan komitmen organisasi terhadap olahraga. Abstract

Information systems cannot be separated from a database as the main database. As time goes by, the amount of data processed by information systems increases significantly. Currently, databases are not only stored in one storage media location, but can also be stored in different locations and locations. This is also supported by advances in network technology, both hardware and supporting software. The distributed database system model provides significant support for processing data stored in different locations. Many information system implementations use the concept of a distributed database system. The aim of this research is to study the development of database system implementation using distributed database system technology. This research uses a systematic literature observation approach. The results obtained are that the concept of a distributed database system is still used today to support information system governance that produces information tailored to user objectives. Systems created using development techniques based on the distributed database concept have advantages in several aspects of development.

Abstract

Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kabupaten Kendal is an organization that is authorized and responsible for managing, fostering, developing and coordinating all sports activities in Kendal Regency. The Kendal Regency KONI management manages 54 sports with a total of 689 athletes, while there are 100 coaches. To manage this, an athlete information system is needed to manage data and information about athletes, including athlete profiles, match results, training schedules, health and fitness other information related to athletes. The primary function of an athlete information system is to assist coaches, team managers, and other support staff in making better decisions related to athlete development and team strategy. In addition, athlete information systems can also help improve athlete performance and overall team management efficiency. The Stikubank University lecturer team has built an Athlete and Coach Information System. This community service activity is carried out to provide training and assistance in the use of the Athlete Information System. The aim of this activity is to provide insight and skills in using Athlete Information Systems to administrators, athletes, and coaches so that the information systems built can help sports teams achieve better performance and gain greater competitive advantages.

Abstract

Pelaku usaha UMKM adalah kelompok penting yang menggerakkan perekonomian mikro dimasyarakat. Paguyuban UMKM Lentera yang terletak di Mranggen Demak, sebelah timur pinggir kota Semarang, juga perlu mendapatkan perhatian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan dan pendapatan. Hal ini dilihat dari maraknya pembukaan minimarket yang tumbuh dibanyak area penduduk. Permasalahan yang dihadapai saat ini dalah area pemasaran yang terbatas dan jumlah pendapatan yang saat ini stagnan dan cenderung menurun. Solusi yang ditawarkan atas permasalahan adalah adanya ekspansi pasar melalui pembukaan toko online. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan teknik Participatoty Action Research (PAR) dengan bentuk seminar, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah meningkatnya pemahaman anggota UMKM Lentera terhadap manfaat, resiko penggunaan toko online, serta keberhasilan para anggota UMKM Lentera untuk membuka toko online sebesar 64,28% dari jumlah peserta keseluruhuan. Toko online yang dimiliki perserta lengkap dengan foto produk dan harga yang siap bersaing. Sebagai bentuk refleksi perlua danya pendampingan dan kegiatan secara berlanjut untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dari berbagai aspek. MSME entrepreneurs are an important group that drives the micro-economy into society. The Lentera MSME Association, which is located on Mranggen Demak, eastern of the edge of Semarang city, also needs attention to improve management capabilities and income. This can be seen from the widespread opening of minimarkets which are growing in many populated areas. The problems currently faced are the limited marketing area and the amount of income which is currently stagnant and tends to decrease. The solution offered to the problem is market expansion through opening an online shop. The implementation of this activity uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) techniques in the form of seminars, training and mentoring. The results obtained were an increase in the understanding of MSME Lentera members regarding the benefits, risks of using online shops, as well as the success of MSME Lentera members in opening online shops amounting to 64.28% of the total number of participants. The online shop owned by participants is complete with product photos and prices that are ready to compete. As a form of reflection on the need for ongoing assistance and activities to improve marketing in various aspects.

Abstract

Pelanggaran tata tertib siswa masih menjadi permasalahan di SMP Negeri 44 Semarang, dengan komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pelaporan pelanggaran siswa berbasis web dengan notifikasi otomatis melalui Telegram. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah prototype, mencakup tahapan perancangan, pengembangan, dan pengujian menggunakan black-box testing. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, MySQL, API Telegram, dan Ngrok. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mencatat pelanggaran dan mengirim notifikasi ke orang tua dalam waktu kurang dari 10 detik. Sistem ini meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembinaan siswa. Evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan penerimaan positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan kecepatan sistem. Sistem ini berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut dan diintegrasikan ke sistem manajemen sekolah lainnya

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires teachers to present learning materials in a creative and visual manner. Informatics teachers at SMA Bringin face challenges in creating visually engaging teaching materials due to limited graphic design knowledge, which results in low student engagement and less effective delivery of content. To address this issue, a community service activity in the form of Canva training for informatics teachers at SMA Bringin was conducted. This activity followed a participatory and hands-on approach (learning by doing). The training took place over two days in the school's computer lab and was attended by 15 informatics teachers as well as several other subject teachers. Evaluation results showed 35% improvement in participants' understanding of Canva, based on a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. Participants also displayed high creativity and enhanced visual skills in their final tasks, which involved creating educational materials using Canva. The satisfaction survey revealed that 93% of participants found the training highly beneficial and expressed their intention to adopt Canva in regular teaching. Overall, this training successfully improved the digital literacy of teachers, particularly in designing visual teaching media using Canva. Participants provided feedback suggest the organization of follow-up training focusing on animation or interactive video-based learning.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk berinovasi, termasuk dalam sektor layanan kecantikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi reservasi layanan kecantikan berbasis website pada Resalon Facial & Treatment dengan konsep home service. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi permasalahan antrian panjang, kesalahan pencatatan, serta ketidakefisienan proses reservasi manual. Metode FAST digunakan dalam proses pengembangan, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website yang dibangun mampu mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan reservasi layanan secara online, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta mendukung pencatatan pesanan yang lebih terstruktur. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mempermudah admin dalam mengelola data pesanan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga memberikan nilai tambah bagi Resalon dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis di era digital.
