Abstract

Letusan Gunung Lewotobi Laki-laki telah menyebabkan berbagai bentuk kerugian dan kesengsaraan bagi masyarakat, kerugian tersebut bersifat materi maupun non materi. Masyarakat terdampak bencana membutuhkan perhatian serius dari semua pihak salah satunya dari perguruan tinggi sebagai bagian dari Penta Helix Collaboration (Academic, Business, Community, Government, dan Media atau dikenal sebagai ABCGM). Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses tanggap darurat bencana alam letusan Gunung Lewotobi kaki-laki yang meliputi penyelamatan dan evakuasi korban dan harta benda, pemenuhan kebutuhan. Metode yang digunakan yakni pembentukan tim, analisis situasi, mengidentifikasi dan menetapkan masalah, melakukan koordinasi lintas sektoral, merencanakan dan menetapkan program yang relevan dan melaksanakan kegiatan tanggap darurat dalam bentuk evakuasi korban dan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar pengungsi baik ekonomi, pendidikan dan kesehatan fisik dan mental, Jumlah sasaran yakni 2.469 pengungsi yang tersebardi di 3 posko utama (Pos Bokang, Lewolaga Pos Konga). Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 5 hari yakni 05-09 November 2024 di Kabupaten Flores Timur Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Hasil kegiatan terdiri dari 14 orang petugas (6 Dosen, 7 mahasiswa dan 1 driver) yang mengelola paket bantuan logistik dan pelayanan kesehatan. Paket bantuan tersedia dalam berbentuk obat-obatan dan kebutuhan dasar pengungsi yang berhasil dikumpulkan dan disalurkan kepada sasaran. Selain itu terdapat ratusan anak-anak ikut berpatisipasi dalam kegiatan pemulihan psikologi (trauma healing) dan ratusan masyarakat memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan tanggap darurat bencana secara cepat dan tepat sangat penting dilakukan dengan perencanaan yang baik untuk mengurangi korban jiwa dan berbagai bentuk kerugian dan kesengsaraan akibat bencana. Kehadiran tim sangat membantu pengungsi secara fisik, psikososial dan spiritual

Abstract

Cancer is one of the diseases with the highest mortality rate in the world. Every year the number of cancer patients in the world increases to 6.25 million people. WHO estimates that 500,000 new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed with a death toll of approximately 3,750 deaths per year. Objective: Education with booklet media can increase patient knowledge about good nutrition during chemotherapy. This study aims to analyze the effect of booklets on the level of knowledge of cancer patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Hospital. Methods: This study used a pre experiment one group pre-post test design with 38 cancer patient respondents. The variables analyzed included the level of knowledge before and after the booklet intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilchoxon statistical test and cross tab. Results: There is an effect of education with booklet media, where it is obtained asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of education through booklet media about nutrition on the level of knowledge in patients undergoing chemotherapy at Prof. Dr. W. Z. Hospital Kupang. Johannes Kupang Hospital. Suggestion: It is hoped that this study can provide information and input to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang, about nutritional knowledge so that they can practice it and the hospital can explain more about nutrition to all patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Hospital

Abstract

Latar belakang: Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan salah satu point penting dalam pelayanan keperawatan karena melalui dokumentasi keperawatan kita bisa melihat semua kegiatan perawat selama memberikan asuhan kepada pasien. Melalui dokumentasi juga komunikasi inter dan antar profesi bisa terjalin sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien. Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Waikabubak mulai dari pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Waikabubak pada bulan Maret- Juni 2023. Jumlah responden adalah 72 perawat pelaksana. Variabel penelitian ini variabel tunggal yaitu pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Waikabubak. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran deskriptif pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Waikabubak yaitu pada tahap pengkajian 48,6% dalam kategori kurang baik dan 51,4% dalam kategori baik, tahap diagnosa keperawatan 75% dalam kategori baik, intervensi 79,2% dalam kategori kurang baik, implementasi 80% dalam kategori baik dan evaluasi 65,2% dalam kategori baik. Secara keseluruhan 58,3% pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan dalam kategori baik dan sisanya 41.6% dalam kategori kurang baik

Abstract

Background: People with a weak economy tend to apply poor parenting. PKH families are recipients of social assistance registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). This assistance is given to poor and vulnerable poor families with requirements. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of peemissive parenting experience on the application of parenting to children aged 0-5 years of the PKH group in the Pasir Panjang Village area. Methods: This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional design... Sample: the sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling technique totaling 52 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire filled out by respondents. Results: The results of multiple logistic regression statistical tests, there is no significant influence between the experience of permissive parenting of mothers with the application of authoritarian parenting as evidenced by p value 0.240, there is no significant relationship between the experience of permissive parenting with the application of permissive and democratic parenting, with p value 0.883 and 0.107.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus can occur in all age and socioeconomic strata. The number of metabolic diseases worldwide has increased by 25.0%. This study aimed to examine the effect of health education using peer group discussions on dietary adherence and oral antidiabetic medication intake in diabetes mellitus patients at the Fatukanutu Community Health Center, Kupang Regency. The research design used in this study was a one-group pre-post test design. The aim was to determine the effect of health education using peer group discussions on dietary adherence and oral antidiabetic medication intake in diabetes mellitus patients at the Fatukanutu Community Health Center, Kupang Regency. The independent variable in this study was the provision of health education using peer group discussions on the diabetes diet and taking antidiabetic medication, while the dependent variable was the dietary adherence of diabetes mellitus patients and taking antidiabetic medication at the Fatukanutu Community Health Center, Kupang Regency. The sample size was 44 people. Results: The results of the study showed that most of the respondents were male (52.3%), aged over 55 years (54.5%), had a junior high school education (50.0%) and worked as self-employed (27.3%) and retired (27.3%). The Level of Diet Compliance and Taking Oral Anti-Diabetic Medication in Diabetes Mellitus Patients at the Faukanutu Health Center, Kupang Regency Before Health Education Method Peer Group Discussion. The results of the study before the implementation of the intervention showed that most of the respondents (75%) did not comply with dietary compliance and most of the respondents (84.1%) did not comply with medication compliance. The Level of Diet Compliance and Taking Oral Anti-Diabetic Medication in Diabetes Mellitus Patients at the Fatukanutu Health Center, Kupang Regency After Health Education Method Peer Group Discussion. The results of the study after the implementation of the intervention showed that most of the respondents (81.8%) complied with dietary compliance and most of the respondents (79.5%) complied with medication compliance. The Effect of Health Education Using Peer Group Discussion on Diet Compliance and Oral Antidiabetic Medication in Diabetes Mellitus Patients at the Fatukanutu Community Health Center, Kupang Regency. Conclusion: Based on the Wilcoxon test results with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), it can be concluded that the health education intervention using peer group discussion has an effect on improving dietary compliance and medication adherence in diabetes mellitus patients at the Fatukanutu Community Health Center, Kupang Regency
