Abstract

Mekanisme pengelolaan dana tabarru’ ialah: 1. Dana tabarru’ berasal dari dana kontribusi yang dibayar oleh peserta asuransi, dimana jumlah dana tabarru’ ini 60% dari jumlah dana kontribusi yang dibayar. 2. Dana konttribusi yang telah terkumpul dikelola dengan didepositokan ke bank syariah sebesar 15% dari dana tabarru’ yang terkumpul, serta juga diinvestasikan kepada saham-saham syariah yang tercatat pada bursa efek syariah sebesar 20% dari dana tabarru’ yang terkumpul. Dana tabarru’ dimanfaatkan untuk membayar klaim peserta asuransi yang terkena musibah (kecelakaan diri, kebakaran, kebongkaran, kerusakan kendaraan bermotor saat terjadi kecelakaan).Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa pengelolaan dana tabarru’ pada PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Cabang Pekanbaru ini dalam bentuk deposito bank syariah sebesar 15%, serta saham-saham yang berlandaskan syariah 20% sesuai yang tertera di dalam fatwa DSN-MUI No:53/DSN-MUI/III/2006 tentang Tabarru’ pada Asuransi Syariah.

Abstract

: This article is entitled the hermeneutic method and its implications for understanding hadith. In understanding the hadith, there are hadiths that are not the same as the Koran, both at the level of certainty of the presence of the text (qaṭ'ī al-wurūdah) and at the level of certainty of the argument (qaṭ'ī al-dalālah). This article examines how the presentation of hermeneutics and its implications for the understanding of hadith. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this study examines the basic concept of an interpretive approach to understanding a hadith. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the hadith sciences that have been relied on so far, will be more evident in their effectiveness when complemented by a hermeneutic approach that examines not only the horizon of the text, but also the horizons of the initiator (Prophet), readers (rijal al-hadis, mukharrij al-hadith) and mufassir), and its contextuality. The hermeneutic approach in the interpretation of hadith can be carried out through three layers of interpretation, namely: (2) interpretation from "inside" the hadith text (meaning within the text); (2) interpretation of the things surrounding the hadith text (meaning behind the text); and, (3) critical interpretation of hadith texts (meaning in front of the text). These three layers of interpretation have focuses, goals, and methods that complement one another. Interpretation of hadith with a hermeneutic approach is felt to be able to generate meanings that combine the elements of textuality and contextuality of hadith at once, bearing in mind that a text can only find its meaning in context.

Abstract

This research deals with the statement about the approach of the Prophets, may God bless them and grant them peace, in raising children through their supplications for their offspring in the Holy Qur’an. They are the most knowledgeable of people about the methods of correct upbringing, and the most careful of people about their children and what is best for them. They, may God’s prayers be upon them, used to pray to God for their children’s righteousness before and after their birth. The research included an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The research aims to identify the greatest reasons for the well-being of the offspring - after taking into account the reasons - frequent supplication for them and supplication to God to rectify them, then highlighting the types of prophets’ supplications, their etiquette, and their methods of supplication. The importance of this topic is evident because supplication has a great impact on the welfare of children. We found the best of creation among the prophets and messengers asking God Almighty and urging Him, Glory be to Him, to improve their offspring. The status of the blessing of children in Islam, and the necessity of taking care of their upbringing, has become clear, and there is no clearer evidence of this than the Holy Qur’an’s explanation of the status of this divine gift. The supplication of parents for children is the approach of the prophets and the righteous among His servants.Keywords: Curriculum of the Prophets, raising children, light of the Qur’an
