Abstract

Pendidikan karakter yang baik dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan manajemen dalam stres untuk peningkatkan proses belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun beberapa tahap yang dilakukan yaitu: 1) Pelaksanaan Capacity Building pendidikan karakter melalui manajemen stres pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2022; 2) Sharing Season pada tanggal 7 November 2022; 3) Praktek realising stress pada tanggal 15 Desember 2022. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode luring dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk melakukan pendidikan karakter melalui manajemen stres dan realising stres pada Siswa SMAN 1 Wonomulyo. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pendidikan karakter, sharing session dan releasing stres ini dapat memberikan peningkatan manajemen dalam stres untuk meningkatkan proses belajar dan hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Accountability of public services in the Department of Youth Sports, Culture and Tourism of Majene Regency. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of secondary literature studies with qualitative analysis techniques. The end result of this research is a description of the causal context or cause-effect relationship. The results of this research indicate that public service accountability is not yet optimal and needs to be improved in terms of visitor interview results and direct inspection of tourism sector facilities. The author found that tourist facilities such as places of worship, toilets and In addition, the consistency of levies set on each tourist attraction is not optimal, which differs from visitors, and there are still many waste scattered around tourist attractions, disrupting the comfort of visitors.

Abstract

The presence of the Golkar party in the areas is intrinsically linked to the authority and resources wielded by its chairman. In the Mandar mayoral race, Golkar, during the New Order period, leveraged Masdar's influence derived from a bureaucratic foundation. Following Masdar's leadership in the Golkar Party, his son Andi Ibrahim Masdar assumed leadership. Internal issues within the Golkar party prompted Andi Ibrahim Masdar to resign, thus leading to his replacement by Samsul Mahmud. Despite Andi Ibrahim Masdar's departure from the Golkar Party, he retains devoted cadres. This study seeks to evaluate the current influence of Andi Ibrahim Masdar within the Golkar Party. The power of Andi Ibrahim Masdar will be examined through the lens of Pierre Bourdieu's capital theory and Suzanna Keller's elite theory. This study employs a qualitative methodology through in-depth interviews with multiple informants knowledgeable about the issue to generate a thorough analysis. The study's findings indicate that Andi Ibrahim Masdar emerged as a pivotal elite inside the Golkar Party due to his possession of social capital, cultural capital, and financial capital, hence affording him distinct advantages over other party cadres.
