Abstract

Objek penelitian ini adalah implementasi program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) di Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketepatan implementasi program bantuan langsung tunai di kabupaten Majene berdasarkan berbagai aspek menurut teori implementasi kebijakan Van Meter dan Van Horn. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis implementasi program bantuan langsung tunai di kabupaten Majene. Penulis mengumpulkan berbagai data mengenai program BLT yang dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka dan wawancara dengan masyarakat dan aparatur desa setempat. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang dari desa Buttu Baruga Kecamatan Banggae Timur dan di Desa Tinambung Kecamatan Pamboang. Penetapan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode unit analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program bantuan langsung tunai bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Majene telah terimplementasi dengan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek pengukur, diantaranya adalah aspek standar dan sasaran kebijakan, sumberdaya, karakteristik badan pelaksana, dan disposisi implementor. Setiap aspek memiliki berbagai indikator yang menentukan terpenuhi atau tidaknya suatu aspek.

Abstract

This research aims to determine competency seen from the aspects of knowledge, skills, and attitudes of employees towards their work at the Makassar City Spatial Planning Office.The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were processed using qualitative analysis, which is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusionsThe results of this research show that the competence of employees at the Makassar City Spatial Planning Office is sufficient. This can be seen based on the results of the indicators of knowledge and skills However, based on attitude indicators, there are differences in the level of satisfaction among employees with their work. This needs to be considered so that employees can maximize their performance as a public service Key Word : Competency , Knowledge. Skill, Attitude

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter yang baik dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan manajemen dalam stres untuk peningkatkan proses belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun beberapa tahap yang dilakukan yaitu: 1) Pelaksanaan Capacity Building pendidikan karakter melalui manajemen stres pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2022; 2) Sharing Season pada tanggal 7 November 2022; 3) Praktek realising stress pada tanggal 15 Desember 2022. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode luring dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk melakukan pendidikan karakter melalui manajemen stres dan realising stres pada Siswa SMAN 1 Wonomulyo. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pendidikan karakter, sharing session dan releasing stres ini dapat memberikan peningkatan manajemen dalam stres untuk meningkatkan proses belajar dan hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the pentahelix model in the development of the tourism sector in Majene regency. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of secondary literature studies with qualitative analysis techniques. The end result of this research is a description of the causal context or cause-and-effect relationships. The results of this research show this. The tourism sector in Majene Regency requires the participation of five stakeholders, including: government, private sector, academia, community and media, each of which has a role that, if collaborated well, will produce world-class tourism destinations. However, these five actors need space and regulations formulated in a patented way so that a series of activities can be created as a sustainable program in the context of the development of the tourism sector in Majene Regency

Abstract

The problem studied in this research is the service quality of bureaucratic officials seen from the aspects of convenience, clarity, and certainty, security, openness of information, fairness, speed,economy, the efficiency of Building and Land Tax Services in Polewali Mandar regency. This research is descriptive research that uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. In this research, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire, i.e. collecting data using a list of questions and observation, i.e. direct observation of objects. The research results show that services measured based on indicators of simplicity, clarity and certainty, security, efficiency, justice, information openness, and economy in PBB services from the Regional Revenue Agency of Polewali Mandar Regency are very good. This is evident from the indicator score range of 3.15 to 3.42, which shows that the UN bureaucracy is in the good – very good category. Meanwhile, the Polman Regional Revenue Agency's PBB service speed indicator is classified as low with a score of 2.98. not satisfying the community, particularly about time constraints. Long bureaucratic procedures are one of the things that slow down service, this problem still needs to be resolved by government officials at the Polman Regional Revenue Agency.
