Abstract

Public relations has an important role in a company. The existence of public relations helps companies to form a positive image in front of the public. Tiket.Com is an Online Travel Agent (OTA) themed company. Tiket.Com has an innovative product, namely TO DO tickets with a choice of rides, attractions, music concerts, tourist activities, and other travel needs. The spread of business competition with fellow OTA competitors is a challenge for Tiket.Com to improve a positive image. The purpose of this study is to analyze public relations strategies in maintaining the image of Tiket.com companies through ticket sales for music concerts in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method through interview, observation and documentation techniques using the concept of data analysis used by researchers is the Miles and Huberman model. The result of this study is Tiket.com is an online ticket booking platform that has a public relations division that is responsible for building the company's image through various activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the depiction of community empowerment communication construction through tourism management, namely tourism villages in the Kuningan Regency area of West Java using the literature study method. The concept of community empowerment, the concept of community participation, the concept of tourism management and the concept of tourism village management are used to describe the process of tourism village management in Kuningan Regency through community empowerment communication so as to encourage active role and community participation in tourism village management.

Abstract

Online loans have become a popular phenomenon in the modern financial sector, allowing individuals to obtain additional funds quickly and easily without complicated procedures at banks. Despite its convenience, online lending also faces challenges such as the risk of fraud, lack of financial understanding and the problem of missed payments. This article discusses the growth of online lending in Indonesia, starting with the emergence of Financial Technology (fintech) companies that combine finance with information technology. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) notes that most online loans are used for financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, there is also the phenomenon of online loans that cause problems in society. Financial education is crucial in improving people's understanding of finance and managing online loans responsibly. In recent years, the use of debt to meet the needs of life has increased, but self-control in borrowing decisions is affected by the supply side. In conclusion, it is important to understand both the benefits and risks of online lending and the importance of financial literacy in managing personal finances.

Abstract

Ada beberapa masalah kesehatan yang melanda Indonesia. Permasalahan tersebut membutuhkan penangangan yang sangat intensif oleh Budi Gunadi Sadikin yang menjabat sebagai menteri kesehatan. Bagaimana citra kepemimpinan Budi Gunadi Sadikin dalam menangani permasalahan yang ada di Indonesia melalui kacamata media yaitu yang tergambarkan dalam media Detik.com. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian framing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational Budi Gunadi Sadikin dalam pemberitaan adalah dilihat bahwa: memiliki Pengaruh yang Ideal, dapat dilihat dari krediblitas menteri kesehatan Budi Gunadi Sadikin dalam melakukan kerjasama. Inspiration, dapat dilihat dari peran Budi Gunadi Sadikin dalam memberikan solusi untuk menghadapi masalah perkembangan omnicron, gagal ginjal akut pada anak, penanganan obat sirup bermasalah dan penanggulangan pemberantasan tuberculosis. Intellectual stimulation dapat dilihat dari berbagai data yang disajikan oleh menteri kesehatan dan Individualized consideration yang dilihat dari kemampuan menteri kesehatan menjangkau korban obat sirup dan gagal ginjal akut di rumah sakit.Kata Kunci: Kesehatan, Framing, Menteri Kesehatan, Sadikin There are several health problems in Indonesia. This problem requires handling by Budi Gunadi Sadikin who serves as the minister of health. How is the image of Budi Gunadi Sadikin's leadership in dealing with problems in Indonesia through the lens of the Detik.com media. This research is a framing research. The results of the study show that Budi Gunadi Sadikin's transformational leadership is: having an ideal influence, can be seen from the credibility of the Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin in collaborating. Inspiration, can be seen from the role of Budi Gunadi Sadikin in providing solutions to deal with problems with the development of omnicrons, acute kidney failure in children, handling problematic syrup drugs and tackling tuberculosis eradication. Intellectual stimulation can be seen from various data presented by the minister of health and Individualized consideration which is seen from the ability of the minister of health to reach victims of syrup drugs and acute kidney failure in hospitals. Abstract

The development of tourism villages in Bogor Regency, particularly in Sukajadi Village, Tamansari District, confronts various challenges, encompassing issues about establishing local tourism management institutions, small-scale business development, promotional strategies, product packaging, and environmental sustainability. These challenges are addressed through the implementation of the Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) initiative within the framework of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) in collaboration with the Tourism Awareness Group (Sukajadi Village) as the partnering institution. The objectives of the PKM CBT endeavour are as follows: 1) To enhance tourism awareness among Sukajadi village residents; 2) To augment the capacity of the Pokdarwis institution in effectively managing the tourism potential of Sukajadi Village as a CBT destination; 3) To improve the proficiency in crafting promotional content for tourist attractions to reach individuals beyond Bogor Regency and City; and 4) To enhance the skills in packaging products of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to render them more appealing as flagship offerings. The conducted activities encompass 1) The execution of the CBT Development Workshop involving diverse representatives of community figures; 2) The House Charm Competition targeting the general public; 3) Training sessions on the Analysis of SME and Village Tourism Potential with the participation of Pokdarwis management and community figures and; and 4) Training on the packaging of tourism products for SMEs, coupled with the promotion of CBT to Pokdarwis management. The outcomes of this PKM initiative reveal an elevation in knowledge, attitudes, and competencies related to tourism management among Pokdarwis administrators. At the institutional level, PKM serves to enhance the planning capabilities of Pokdarwis in the development of community-based tourism and the promotion of tourism initiatives. This, in turn, is anticipated to positively impact the local community's income through CBT enterprises and foster a heightened awareness of tourism among the general public.

Abstract

The climbing of Mount Salak in Sukajadi Village is one of the targets in supporting Bogor Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2020 concerning the Bogor Regency Tourism Development Master Plan for 2020-2025. The problem in managing digital promotional materials has not been maximized and uses conventional methods. This community service is carried out with the aim of community partnership-based empowerment through efforts to use digital media as a promotion and empowerment of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) towards the Sukajadi Tourism Village, Bogor Regency, West Java. By increasing the ability and empowerment of Pokdarwis through digital content, basic tour guide skills and skills in creating promotional narratives, it can attract tourists and introduce local tourism potential, especially climbing Mount Salak through the Kalimati route. The methods used include training and mentoring Pokdarwis members on social media use, digital content creation, and knowledge of tour guides in tourist villages. The evaluation of the activity was conducted by measuring the participants' involvement in the training process, as well as their capacity to use digital media independently. The results show an increase in the understanding and skills of Pokdarwis members in utilizing digital media for tourism promotion, which is indicated by an increase in the number of followers and interactions on social media. The conclusion is that empowering Pokdarwis through the use of digital media can significantly support the development of Sukajadi Tourism Village as a more recognizable and attractive tourist destination for local and foreign tourists Keywords: Empowerment; Digital Media; Tourism; Pokdarwis; Tourism Village
