Abstract

This research aimed to examine (1) the effect of natural centered model of learning method for group B children scientific skills (2) the effect of natural centered model of learning method for group B children speaking skills (3) the effect of natural centered model of learning method for group B children scientific and speaking skills.This research uses a quantitative approach which is using Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The reserchwas conducted in group B at TK PGRI 3 Pandaanand TK PKK V Pandaan.Experimental groups totaling 44 children and40 children for controlling groups. The research data are collected using observation method, documentation and observation guide used to collect data about scientific and speaking skills. Analysis data is using ANOVA and MANOVA statistic test with SPSS 21.0. This research results show that (1) Natural centered model of learning method is effecting group B children scientific skills,it is evident from the ANOVA test results demonstrate the value of Fcount is 163,661 with sig. 0,000 smaller than 0.05. (2) Natural centered model of learning method is effecting group B children speaking skillsit is evident from the ANOVA test results demonstrate the value of Fcount is 61,992 with sig. 0,000 smaller than 0.05.(3) Natural centered model of learning method is effecting group B children scientific and speaking skills, it is evident from the ANOVA test results demonstrate the value of Fcount or wilks’lambada is 163,661 with sig. 0,000 smaller than 0.05. Because the third hypothesis states <0.05 then declared acceptable.According this research result, it can be concluded as (1) Natural centered model of learning method is effecting scientific skills(2) Natural centered model of learning method is effecting speaking skills (3) Natural centered model of learning method is effecting scientific and speaking skills. It will be advised to early childhood education institutes to apply Natural centered model of learning method as one of learning model which stimulate scientific and speaking skills on group B kindergarten children. Abstract

La transformation d'un syntagme nominal en phrase canonique est l'une des façons de clarifier le sens des panneaux routiers pour les étudiants de second semestre. Le but de cette recherche est de transformer les syntagmes nominaux du livre “Le Code de la Route 2019” en phrases canoniques afin d'en clarifier la signification pour qu’il soit compris par les étudiants de second semestre. Cette recherche a été menée selon la méthode descriptive qualitative, et les données sont collectés par la méthode de documentation. Après l'analyse des données, le processus de transformation qui est appliqué sont: addition; subtitution et addition; addition et suppression; et subtitution, addition, et permutation. Le type de transformation le plus appliqué est l’addition. Dans ce cas, si l'on suit le principe de phrase économique (SN), ce type de phrase entrave la compréhension. Donc, il est necessaire de reformuler en phrase canonique qui contient des éléments de phrase plus detailés The transformation of a nominal phrase into a canonical sentence is one of the ways to clarify the meaning of road signs for second semester students. The aim of this research is to transform the nominal syntagms of the book “Le Code de la Route 2019” into canonical sentences in order to clarify their meaning to be understood by second semester students. This research was conducted according to the qualitative descriptive method, and the data are collected by the documentation method. After the data analysis, the transformation process that is applied are: addition; subtitution and addition; addition and deletion; and subtitution, addition, and permutation. The most applied type of transformation is addition. In this case, if we follow the principle of economic sentence (SN), this type of sentence hinders understanding. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate into a canonical sentence which contains more detailed sentence elements.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan sistem yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang saling terintegrasi dan mempengaruhi satu dengan yang lainnya. Agar terjadi proses pembelajaran di Taman Kanak-kanak memiliki kualitas baik, guru harus mampu membuat perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik dan sesuai dengan tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak. Penggunaan media yang tepat akan memudahkan dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Loose parts merupakan sebuah benda potongan yang bebas dimainkan dan tidak dapat diprediksi akan menjadi apa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pra-eksperimen. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya kenaikan kemampuan guru sebesar 25,7 berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a storybook containing Mathematics, Existence, Literacy, Engineering, Science, Art, Technology (MELESAT) to improve literacy skills among group B of early childhood education and to test the feasibility of designing a storybook containing MELESAT. This type of research is a Research and Development with Pretest - Posttest One Group Design, using the ADDIE model which includes five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluate. Subjects are children aged 5-6 years, including group B early childhood education totally 20. The instrument used a validation questionnaire and literacy tests. Results of this research indicate that the validation of the material obtained 3.04 of 4, validation of book design obtained 2.55 of 4 and validation of the media obtained 2.89 of 4. The effectiveness based on giving pretest and posttest to students totaled 20 subjects. The results showed that the pre-test score of 57% was developing as expected, and 43% was starting to develop. Post-test scores showed 7.5% progressed beyond expectations, 87.5% progressed as expected, and 5% started to develop. Through the content, design, and use of MELESAT books, there is an increase of literacy skills of children aged 5-6 years including group B early childhood education.

Abstract

Curriculum is dynamic and it needed to change to adjust to the context and goals of the society, however it is also not always easy for teachers who implement the curriculum. This community service activity aims to help PAUD teachers, especially Kindergarten (TK) levels in understanding the existence of curriculum changes, namely the Kurikulum Merdeka so that teachers can understand, plan, and implement learning at the kindergarten level. The target of this community service (PKM) activity is 25 kindergarten teachers in Mojokerto City. The PKM design carried out were: socialization of the independent curriculum and training in preparing activity plans in learning in kindergarten. This community service uses the lecture, discussion, assignment, and simulation methods, this PKM is carried out both online and offline to provide experience in compiling and implementing learning in kindergarten. The results of this PKM can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test. Kindergarten teachers in the City of Mojokerto already have knowledge of the Independent Curriculum but not in its entirety. Based on the results of a questionnaire filled out by 25 kindergarten teachers in Mojokerto City, it was found that only 8.7% of institutions had used the Kurikulum Merdeka. 52.2% use a mixed curriculum (50% PAUD 2013 Curriculum and 50% Kurikulum Merdeka). As many as 39.1% still use the 2013 PAUD Curriculum, so it can be concluded from this PKM is the creation of the ability of kindergarten teachers in preparing, planning and implementing Kurikulum merdeka appropriately.

Abstract

Childhood is an important period for development and an opportunity to learn and develop motor skills and physical fitness through Movement-based play. This research will develop a play tool, "sandal wayang" (sayang), based on wayang characters, namely the "punakawan" family, to improve the physical motor skills of children with special needs in Inclusive ECE. The development method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analyze, Development, Design, Implementation, Evaluation) model, with data collection through observation, surveys, and interviews. The targets of this development research trial were teachers and students at the Kharisma Sidoarjo Kindergarten institution. The product of this research is a "sayang" game with wayang characters from the Pandawa family (Semar, Petrok, Gareng, Bagong) and Gatotkaca, as well as a guidebook on how to use the "sayang" game. The results of the material and media validation state that the "sayang" game tool that has been developed is suitable for use in learning. The implementation results show that there is an increase in balance and coordination of movements before and after playing "sayang".

Abstract

The characteristics of early childhood who like to play in various activities require games that are interesting, innovative, close and concrete for children. Based on these needs, the PKM Team provides a solution by providing game-making training according to the needs of students through STEAM-based Fun Games Making Training. This training was carried out for PAUD teachers in Benjeng-Gresik District with the aim of teachers being able to make interesting, innovative, close and concrete games for children and integrated in various STEAM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). This series of community service activities is carried out over a period of 8 months from April to November 2022. Implementation begins with the drafting of the PKM concept, submission of PKM proposals, evaluation desk, designing the needs of PKM implementation, implementation of PKM, data collection and analysis of activities, fulfillment of PKM outputs, progress reports, and final PKM reports. The costs proposed to fulfill this series of PKM activities come from Unesa 2022 PNBP funds with the Faculty of Education Policy PKM scheme. The PKM partner is IGTKI, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency. The implementation method is carried out offline by providing conceptual understanding and followed up with STEAM-based game practices. The activity continued with periodic guidance from the PKM team to participants with the target of participants being able to implement STEAM-based games in their respective institutions. The output of PKM is in the form of videos of activity implementation, scientific articles in scientific journals, articles in online mass media and an MoU with IGTKI Partners, Benjeng District, Gresik Regency. For participants, this activity is useful in providing interesting STEAM-based games made by teachers so that they can be implemented in their respective institutions.

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan masa golden age, yaitu  masa perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Perkembangan yang perlu dikembangkan pada masa ini adalah kognitif, psikomotorik, dan perilaku sosial. Oleh sebab itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang pemanfaatan media loose part dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perkembangan literasi  dan sosial emosional anak. Pembelajaran yang dikembangkan pengembangan literasi (pengenalan huruf, angka dan kata) dengan menggunakan media yang ada disekitarnya tanpa memberikan kesan belajar dan calistung pada anak usia dini. Penelitian  ini menerapkan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, subjek penelitian di semua rombel dengan 3-4 anak disetiap rombel dari usia 4-6 Tahun. Sumber data yang peneliti kumpulkan guru dan wali murid. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi data sesuai Model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan pengembangan literasi sendiri dapat dilihat pada kemampuan anak meniru menyebutkan dan menulis huruf pada media loosepart yang disediakan oleh guru dan kemampuan menyebutkan benda yang baru. Pengembangan sosial emosional anak juga muncul dalam pemanfaatan media tersebut, seperti kegiatan bermain bersama, mampu bekerja sama dengan baik, mau berbagi, sabar menunggu giliran, mendemonstrasikan kegiatan yang dilakukan didepan kelas.

Abstract

Pengaruh peran ayah terhadap rasa percaya diri anak merupakan hal yang sangat tabu dikalangan masyarakat. Bahkan tidak sedikit dari masyarakat menganggap bahwa peran ibulah yang sangat penting terhadap perkembangan anak, akan tetapi peran ayah juga tak kalah penting dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri anak. Rasa percaya diri bagi anak harus ditumbuhkan sejak dini, oleh karena itu peran orang tua juga ikut andil dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri pada anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran ayah terhadap rasa percaya diri anak studi kasus Dmitriev Abraham. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset berbasis digital, dimana teknik tersebut untuk mempelajari perubahan masyarakat dan kondisi dengan data daring (online). Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 2,5 tahun. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan rasa percaya diri terhadap anak ketika bersama dengan ayah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pihak pembaca.
