Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gaya kepemimpinan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 8 Kota Medan. Gaya kepemiminan merupakan salah satu posisi kunci dimana seorang pemimpin harus bisa mempengaruhi, mengarahkan dan menunjukkan kemampuannya agar semua tujuan instansi bisa tercapai sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membahas mengenai gaya apa saja yang diterapkan pemimpin dalam sekolah ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu penelitian yang pada dasarnya menggunakan analisis. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja madrasahnya melalui perecanaan pendidikan dengan menerapkan 8 Standar Nasional pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas menganai dari apa itu peran kepala sekolah dan perencanaan pendidikan melalui 8 SNP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu penelitian yang pada dasarnya menggunakan alnalisis. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. SNP adalah kriterial minimal tentang sistem pendidikan diseluruh wilayah NKRI, yang meliputi 8 (delapan) muatan standar. Implikasi dari penulisan ini adalah agar bisa mengetahui bagaimana seorang kepala sekolah bisa memerankan kepemimpinannya untuk meningkatkan kinerja madrasahnya melalui perencanaan pendidikan dengan 8 standar nasional pendidikan.

Abstract

The research that was prepared aims to discuss the implementation of correspondence management in administration at Sejahtera private SD schools, where this correspondence management can help educational staff manage all problems related to school administration. Correspondence management is an important element in school administration, playing a role in work efficiency, information security and accountability. This research discusses the implementation of correspondence management in schools, analyzing the practices implemented, the challenges faced, and strategies that can be taken to increase the effectiveness of the correspondence system. By using this research method, a descriptive qualitative research method is used through a literature review approach using book and journal reviews which are then analyzed and concluded from the research cited. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to schools in improving the effectiveness of correspondence management and creating a more orderly, efficient and transparent school administration.

Abstract

Evaluation is a systematic process for assessing program effectiveness, identifying areas that need improvement, and ensuring the achievement of established goals. Abstract

As a new policy, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum brings big challenges, especially in terms of teacher readiness to face it. Teacher readiness, both in terms of professional competence and ability to use technology in learning, is the key to the successful implementation of this curriculum. This research uses the literature review method. Literature review is a research method for identifying, evaluating and interpreting all relevant research results related to certain research questions, certain topics, or phenomena of concern. The aim of this research is to explore the role of the Independent Curriculum policy on teachers' readiness to implement it and its impact on student learning outcomes, Basic Concepts of the Independent Curriculum Policy, Teacher Readiness in Implementing the Independent Curriculum, Strategy for Developing Teacher Competence in the Independent Curriculum, Impact of the Independent Curriculum Policy on Learning Outcomes Students, Challenges and Solutions in Implementing the Independent Curriculum. The research results show that the implementation of this curriculum faces various challenges, especially related to teacher readiness. Teacher readiness, both in terms of professional competence and ability to use technology, is a key factor for successful curriculum implementation. This research emphasizes the importance of teacher capacity development programs, such as training and workshops, to increase learning effectiveness.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of higher education institutions in community service as the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly in the fields of education and social welfare. Through the community service activities in Kota Pari Village, this study explores the interaction between students and the community in identifying and seeking solutions to social problems. The results of the study indicate that this service not only strengthens social relationships but also provides valuable experiences for students in understanding social realities. Additionally, this activity serves as an effective means for the application of knowledge and the development of leadership character and social awareness. This research is expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective and sustainable community service programs in the future.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam merupakan upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan akhlak yang baik kepada peserta didik. Salah satu media yang efektif dalam menanamkan karakter ini adalah melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan. Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, memanfaatkan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan sebagai salah satu saluran untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di pesantren ini telah berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter Islam, seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan rasa hormat kepada sesama. Proses manajerial yang diterapkan mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan yang melibatkan seluruh elemen pesantren, mulai dari pengasuh, pembina, hingga santri. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek jasmani, tetapi juga pada aspek rohani dan sosial, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter yang islami.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the facilities and infrastructure services to improve the quality of education, the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided for students, the efforts made by the school so that students are interested in using the facilities and infrastructure provided, and the efforts made by the school principal to continue providing facilities and infrastructure in schools. This research method uses a qualitative research approach through research processes such as observation, interviews, literature and documentation. The results of the research show that the UPT SD Negeri 060806 school has implemented the required facilities and infrastructure provided by the school itself and was well received by all students and educators at the school so that the learning process carried out can be helped by the existence of this special service. creating a productive learning atmosphere to produce outstanding students to continue to improve the quality of national education.
