Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of several variables such as competence, leadership, and work discipline on employee performance. The method used is descriptive and causality. The statistical test in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. Respondents involved in this study were 82 employees who were permanent employees at the Human Resources and Facility Management Directorate at PT Gramedia Asri Media, Jakarta Head Office. The sampling method of this research is using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using multipleregression. The results showed that partially competence has an effect on employee performance, leadership does not affect employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of human resource management practice such as work stres, job satisfaction and organization climate on turnover intention of Finance Division PT. Mayora Indah Tbk Head Office Jakarta. The sampling in this research was purposive sampling, in which only 89 collected data that accordance with the criteria. Data for this study comes from primary source garnered by distributing LikertScale questionnaires. The data is then analyzed with SPSS version 23 program using Simple Linear Regressions and Multiple Regressions Analysis. The result on this research is work stres and organization climate have a significant influence to turnover intention individually. Job satisfaction not have a significant influence to turnover intention.

Abstract

This research was intended to analyze whether Motivation, Leadership, and The Discipline of Work affects employees work on PT. X. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT. X. the population in this study was 146 employees and the sample of this study was 92 employees and the sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. The method used in this research is a descriptive and causal method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The data used in this research is a data designed internal covered questionnaires, Based on the results of this study, it is known that motivation and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Work Discipline doesn’t affect significantly to employee performance on PT. X.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a must for companies, especially for a limited liability company. It is attested in chapter V Social and Environmental Responsibility in sections 74 subsection (1) until subsection (3) of law No. 40 year 2007 on limited liability company. This study uses secondary data and qualitative shape that is from the website of PT Unilever Indonesia regarding the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility the company has done and using research on Corporate Social Responsibility that has been done by researchers previously associated laws-an invitation about Corporate Social Responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility is also always associated with Green Economy. The management of PT Unilever Indonesia was successfully implementing Corporate Social Responsibility as part of a strong organizational culture and also PT Unilever Indonesia has been successfully implementing adaptive culture.

Abstract

Community economy activities that depend on natural resources but without damaging the natural resources named Green Economics, where the economy activities may take the form of mining activities, land use and other forest areas. It is also governed by Law no. 40/2007 on limited liability Company in sections 74 subsection (1) requires that any company which is engaged in businesses that rely on the natural resources it required to carry out the social and environmental responsibility. It thereby apply not only to companies rely on natural resources but also that business activities impact on the environment company. In this case cultural organization could help solve the problems of external adaptation and integration an organization. All economic activities of organizations if relying on natural resources then should be based on ecoregions where every natural resource exploration activities must go through the stages of AMDAL. Through empowerment culture good organization and right, then can avoid abuse sense of basic constitution of the Republic of Indonesia the 1945 constitution, article 33 paragraph (3), pertaining to concept state right of control and for optimal public welfare.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi antara lain diperlukan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. SDM merupakan elemen utama dalam suatu organisasi dibandingkan dengan elemen lain seperti modal, teknologi, dan uang. Manusia yang memilih teknologi apa yang digunakan, manusia yang mencari modal, serta manusia yang mengunakan dan memeliharanya, disamping itu manusia juga dapat menjadi keunggulan bersaing yang terus menerus. Pada dasarnya masalah SDM berkaitan erat dengan masalah produktivitas tenaga kerja itu sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepercayaan diri terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. XYZ yang berjumlah 505 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 96 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. teknik pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan data statistik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan kausal dengan pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ.

Abstract

This research was intended to analyse determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and self-confidence on the employee performance at PT. XYZ. The population in this study were employees at PT. XYZ has as many as 505 employees and the sample used was 96 employee. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique in which the sampling technique is taken with certain considerations. The data collection technique by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale. The data was then analyzed using statistical data. The method used in this research is a descriptive and causal method with testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, the data in this study show that work stress, work environment, and self-confidence positive affect employee performance at PT. XYZ

Abstract

e-HRM is an important strategy for companies to improve organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to examine how e-HRM affects organizational performance through mediation of job satisfaction and employee performance in several companies in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods, the sample selection in this study is non probability sampling using purposive sampling technique by collecting data through online questionnaires via google form distributed to respondents. The population of this study consisted of certain time work agreement employees with more than one year of service in several companies in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis method using SmartPLS4 software. Empirical evidence that the implementation of an effective e-HRM system can improve organizational performance through improved employee performance and job satisfaction is provided by research findings showing that employee performance and job satisfaction act as mediators that strengthen the relationship between e-HRM and organizational performance.
