Abstract

Hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Objective: to determine the completeness of medical records on patient identity, anamnesis, informed consent, medical resume in outpatients. Method: descriptive research with a simple random sampling technique of medical record files. The population is all medical record files of outpatients in the polyclinic totaling 2139 files. The sample to be studied is 91 outpatient medical records using a simple random sampling method. The dependent variable is the completeness of medical record files, namely patient identity, anamnesis, informed consent, medical resume, Data collection tools use a checklist sheet. The analysis method uses editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. Results: obtained percentage of completeness of medical records based on patient identity of 84.6%, anamnesis 94.5%, informed consent 52.7%, medical resume 61.5%, completeness of medical records as a whole 90.1%. The percentage of incomplete medical records based on patient identity was 15.4%, Medical Records based on anamnesis 5.5%, medical records based on Informed Consent 47.3%, medical records based on Medical Resume 38.5%, completeness of medical records overall 90.1%. Conclusion: The completeness and incompleteness of outpatient general polyclinic medical record files are due to lack of communication between health workers in filling out medical record files.

Abstract

The risks of soft drink consumption are such as overweight and obesity, dental caries, diabetes, osteoporosis and bone fractures. To prevent this, it is necessary to make efforts to provide health education so that people can control their lifestyle in a better direction. One of the objectives of health education is counseling on the importance of maintaining health in consuming packaged drinks in adolescents at Bethany Junior High School Medan. The result of the counseling that has been carried out on adolescents is to play an active role in counseling activities on the importance of maintaining health in consuming packaged drinks for adolescents at Bethany Junior High School in Medan. The purpose of this counseling activity on the Importance of Maintaining Health in Consuming Packaged Drinks in Adolescents was carried out as an effort to increase knowledge about the importance of maintaining health in consuming packaged drinks. To achieve the purpose of counseling, the methods used are lectures and the provision of health education information about the importance of maintaining health in consuming packaged drinks in adolescents. The results of counseling to teenagers at Bethany Medan Junior High School showed that the average knowledge score before and after health education was carried out had a difference of 2.37 points

Abstract

Background: The creation of service quality will certainly create satisfaction for service users. Service quality is important in health service organizations because it can make the quality of health services efficient. The quality of this service can ultimately provide benefits such as the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) value which is very important in assessing the quality of hospital services. Regarding the quality of service carried out using a questionnaire sheet that is categorized as less and good shows the results that the quality of service is in the Good category as many as 21 (60.0%) because patients felt that the service provided by Medan Adventist Hospital was good. The purpose of the study is to identify the Relationship between Service Quality and BOR Value at Medan Adventist Hospital 2025. The sample of this study are 35 respondents with a sampling technique of Quota sampling. The instruments used are questionnaires and Observation sheets. Data analysis with Chi-Square test. The results of this study obtain a good category of service quality for 21 people (60.0%), BOR value above the ideal number of 18 (51.4%). The results of the Chi-Square test obtain a p-value of 0.023 (p <0.05) indicating that there is a relationship between service quality and BOR value at Medan Adventist Hospital in 2025. It is expected that Medan Adventist Hospital will improve the quality of service with BOR value and control and evaluate in order to maintain service quality.

Abstract

Hasil kinerja pelayanan berkaitan erat Kepuasan tenaga kesehatan yang dapat diukur setelah membandingkan persepsi dan kesan petugas kesehatan terhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan persepsi dengan kepuasan tenaga kesehatan petugas rawat inap menggunaan rekam medis elektronik di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden terdiri dari perawat rawat inap dan petugas rekam medis yang diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisa data dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Penelitian ini menemukan persepsi tenaga kesehatan rawat inap rekam medis elektronik dengan kategori baik sebanyak 86.5%, dan kepuasan dengan kategori puas sebanyak 88,5%. Hail uji chi-square diperoleh p-Value = 0,026 (p<0.05), menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dengan kepuasan tenaga kesehatan terhadap rekam medis elektronik. Diharapkan rumah sakit memberikan pelatihan tentang pengoperasian rekam medis elektronik kepada tenaga kesehatan rawat inap.

Abstract

Penerimaan rekam medis adalah proses penerimaan dan pengelolaan data pasien yang datang ke rumah sakit, untuk menerima layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerimaan rekam medis elektronik di Rumah Sakit Advent Medan Tahun 2025. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 72 responden dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dan analisa data multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistic berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh faktor manfaat yang dirasakan berhubungan dengan penerimaan rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit Advent Medan Tahun 2025, dengan p-Value 0.011. faktor kemudahan yang dirasakan berhubungan dengan penerimaan rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit Advent Medan Tahun 2025 dengan p-Value 0,004. faktor sikap terhadap penggunaan berhubungan dengan penerimaan rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit Advent Medan Tahun 2025 dengan p-Value 0,043. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik berganda, diperoleh satu subvariabel yang paling berhubungan dengan penerimaan rekam medis elektronik yaitu faktor kemudahan yang dirasakan dengan nilai koefisisen (B) 8,600 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa petugas pada penerimaan rekam medis elektronik yang memiliki faktor kemudahan yang dirasakan yang mendukung mempunyai kemungkinan 8,6 kali akan menerima Rekam Medis Elektronik (Acceptance of EMR). Diharapkan bagi petugas kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Advent Medan yang menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik dalam kegiatan pelayanannya diberikan pelatihan dan seminar terkait rekam medis elektronik sehingga ilmu petugas kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Advent Medan dapat menjadi update.

Abstract

Dalam situasi era globalisasi saat ini Perilaku mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sosial yang memiliki pengaruh positif maupun pengaruh negatif. Selain itu, sering juga didapati mahasiswa melakukan perilaku belanja berlebihan. Kebiasaan ini sering disebut perilaku konsumtif.Tujuan Penelitian untuk melihat tingkat ketinggian dan berkurangnya perlaku konsumtis kepada mahasiswa stikes santa elisabeth medan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan pada bulan Juli. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total sampling test, atau pengambilan sampel total, yaitu seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diadaptasi dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Stefany Puspita (2020) Perilaku Konsumtif Merupakan kecenderungan membeli atau mengkonsumsi barangbarang yang sebenarnya kurang diperlukan secara berlebihan serta tidak didasarkan atas pertimbangan yang rasional dimana karena individu lebih mementingkan faktor keinginan daripada kebutuhan. Berdasarkan survei awal tentang perilaku konsumtif di kalangan mahasiswa Prodi MIK STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Dari 10 partisipan terdiri dari 60% perempuan dan 40% laki-laki. Sebagian besar partisipan (70%) berusia antara 18-34 tahun, bahwa Dalam satu bulan terakhir, 55% partisipan mengaku berbelanja di luar kebutuhan pokok sebanyak 3-5 kali, sementara 30% lainnya melakukannya lebih dari 5 kali.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Morbus hansen is an infectious disease that attacks the skin, mucous membranes, respiratory tract and is caused by the acid-fast bacterium Mycobacterium leprae. The Christ's Power of Love approach is everyone's ability to radiate Love in everyday life, especially for lepers. To analyze the morphology of Mycobacterium leprae and the Christ's love approach to Morbus hansen sufferers at the Gema Kasih Galang leprosy rehabilitation center. The research design is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in April-May with a total sample of 19 with total sampling technique. Data analysis used Univariate analysis. The results of the study found that 9 positive samples (47.4%) contained Mycobacterium leprae with bacilli-shaped morphology, were gram positive and had a bacterial index +1 in 5 samples (26.3%), a bacterial index +3 in 4 samples (21.1%). %). Meanwhile, for the other 10 samples (52.6%), Mycobacterium leprae was not found. The Christ's Compassion Approach felt by 19 respondents at the Gema Kasih Galang Leprosy Rehabilitation Center was in the good category. The morphology of Mycobacterium leprae in Morbus hansen sufferers is in the form of bacilli, is gram positive and has a bacterial index of 0, +1 and +3. And Morbus hansen sufferers have felt the power of Christ's love in everyday life. Keywords: Mycobacterium Leprae, Morbus Hansen, DKK  ABSTRAK Morbus hansen merupakan penyakit menular yang  menyerang kulit, selaput lendir, saluran pernafasan dan disebabkan oleh bakteri tahan asam Mycobacterium leprae.  Pendekatan Daya Kasih Kristus merupakan kemampuan setiap orang untuk memancarkan Kasih dalam kehidupan sehari-hari khususnya bagi penderita kusta. Untuk menganalisis morfologi dari Mycobacterium leprae dan pendekatan daya kasih Kristus pada penderita  Morbus hansen di Panti Rehabilitasi kusta Gema Kasih Galang.  Rancangan  penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April- Mei dengan jumlah sampel 19 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan analisa Univariat. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 9 sampel positif (47,4%) terdapat Mycobacterium leprae dengan morfologi berbentuk basil, bersifat gram positif dan memiliki indeks bakteri+1 sebanyak 5 sampel (26,3%), indeks bakteri +3 sebanyak 4 sampel (21,1%). Sedangkan 10 sampel lain nya (52,6%), tidak ditemukan adanya Mycobacterium leprae. Pendekatan Daya Kasih kristus yang dirasakan 19 responden di Panti Rehabilitasi kusta Gema Kasih Galang berada dalam kategori baik. Morfologi dari Mycobacterium leprae pada penderita Morbus hansen berbentuk basil, bersifat gram positif dan memiliki indeks bakteri 0, +1 dan +3 Serta penderita Morbus hansen sudah merasakan daya kasih Kristus dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Mycobacterium Leprae, Morbus Hansen, DKK.

Abstract

Hospitals are health care institutions that provide comprehensive individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Hospitals are also places to organize health efforts, namely every activity to maintain and improve health and aim to realize optimal health levels for the community. The efficiency of bed use is an indicator that underlies the performance of all hospitals. Efficiency can be used to allocate existing resources to achieve targets more quickly and optimally. BOR is the utilization of beds in a certain time unit. This indicator provides an overview of the high and low levels of bed utilization in hospitals. To Identify the Efficiency of Bed Use in Adventist Hospital. The results of the study on BOR, the BOR value is not ideal as much as 7 (10.7%), the ideal value of BOR obtained a value of 51 (60.75%), the value above the ideal number of BOR obtained a value of 24 (28.6). AVLOS is not ideal 100%, TOI is not ideal 100%. The BTO value shows a value above the ideal number. The value above the ideal number of BTO is 84%. The instrument used in this study uses an observation sheet. The data analysis used in this study was univariate. It is hoped that Medan Advent Hospital will further improve the efficiency of bed utilization in 2025 to ensure proper patient care.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana, mahasiswa harus menyelesaikan tugas akhir atau skripsi yang diberikan. Namun, sejumlah siswa mengalami tekanan dan stres, terutama mereka yang gagal menyelesaikan skripsi mereka. Stress muncul saat tidak mendapat dukungan sosial. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diterima, maka semakin rendah tingkat stres yang dialami mahasiswa mahasiswa tersebut, begitu juga sebaliknya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi Hubungan Dukungan Sosial Dengan Tingkat Stres Mahasiswa Yang Mengerjakan Skripsi Di Stikes Santa Elisabeth Medan Tahun 2025. Jenis rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini 34 responden dengan teknik pengambilan non probability sampling metode convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dukungan sosial tinggi pada mahasiswa sebanyak 21 mahasiswa (61.8%) dan rendah sebanyak 13 mahasiswa (38.2%), tingkat stres tinggi pada mahasiswa sebanyak 20 mahasiswa (58.8%) dan rendah sebanyak 14 mahasiswa (41.2%). Uji statistik Chi-square dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 (p<0.05) menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa yang mengerjakan skripsi. diharapkan mahasiwa dapat membantu teman atau keluarga yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi dengan memberikan abntuan dan dukungan sosial untuk membantu mereka mengurangi tekanan dan stres. ABSTRACT To obtain a bachelor's degree, students must complete the assigned final assignment or thesis. However, a number of students experience pressure and stress, especially those who fail to complete their thesis. Stress arises when they do not receive social support. The higher the social support received, the lower the level of stress experienced by the students, and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to identify the Relationship of Social Support with the Stress Level of Students Working on Their Thesis at Stikes Santa Elisabeth Medan in 2025. The type of research design used an analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was 34 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique using the convenience sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The results of the study obtained high social support in 21 students (61.8%) and low in 13 students (38.2%), high stress levels in 20 students (58.8%) and low in 14 students (41.2%). A Chi-square statistical test with a p-value of 0.001 (p<0.05) indicates a significant relationship between social support and stress levels in students working on their theses. Students are expected to assist friends or family members working on their theses by providing assistance and social support to help them reduce stress and pressure.
