Abstract

The role and responsibilities of the school principal are very crucial in achieving learning goals. This study aims to improve understanding of the functions and leadership of school principals in achieving educational goals. In addition, this study also attempts to examine the influence of principal leadership on achieving educational goals. No field survey was conducted in this study. Instead, researchers collected data from books, magazines, articles, and other sources relevant to the principal's duties in achieving goals in elementary schools. They also reviewed previous research. The results of the study revealed that (1) the principal formulates school policy strategies and methods to achieve educational goals, and (2) the role of the principal has great significance for school success. This program was initiated by Nadiem Makarim, Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems found in SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua, namely the science learning outcomes that are still low at the elementary school. This is evidenced by the discovery of several problems, namely learning activities for science subjects lack of direct observation and experiments on the material being taught so that students are impressed only by listening to the teacher's explanations and memorizing textbooks, Student Worksheets (LKS) used are fixated on the subject matter. material texts and questions, and lack of developing student activities that are directly related to the student environment. From the problems developed by the CTL-based LKS, it aims to (1) create CTL-based LKS in the science learning of water cycle materials for class V elementary school, (2) to determine the feasibility of CTL-based LKS in learning science for class V elementary school water cycle materials. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall model modified by Sugiyono with 10 stages but the researcher only uses 5 stages. The stages in research and development are Potential and Problems, Data Collection, Product Design, Design Validation, and Design Revision. The product validation stage was validated by 2 validators, namely 1 media expert and 1 class V teacher. The validation results on the Contextual Teaching And Learning-based LKS by media experts obtained a score of 3.97 with a good category, and the validation results by class V teachers obtained a score of 4.27 with very good category. And obtained the average score of the two hali 4.12 in the good category. It was concluded that the LKS based on contextual teaching and learning in science learning for class V water cycle materials at SD Negeri 101797 Deli Tua was developed to be suitable for use as teaching materials.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak kelompok B Raudhatul Athfal Al-Fatih Dusun Tebat Kecamatan Muko-Muko Bathin VII Kabupaten Bungo melalui kegiatan small project, untuk mengetahui hasil peningkatan keterampilan sosial anak kelompok B Raudhatul Athfal Al-Fatih Dusun Tebat Kecamatan Muko-Muko Bathin VII Kabupaten Bungo melalui kegiatan small project. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dikenal dengan model spiral yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, refleksi dan perencanaan ulang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui kegiatan small project dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak kelompok B Raudhatul Athfal Al-Fatih Dusun Tebat Kecamatan Muko-Muko Bathin VII Kabupaten Bungo. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada pra siklus baru mencapai 45,83 masih dalam tahap mulai berkembang (MB), pada siklus I mencapai 63,19% termasuk dalam berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) dan pada siklus II sudah mencapai 84,02% termasuk kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB).

Abstract

Purpose This research discusses special buying and selling that is prohibited in the perspective of fiqh muamalah. Basically, Islam itself allows buying and selling anything as long as it does not conflict with shara' law. But the fact is that there are still many people who do not know the special buying and selling that is prohibited in Islam. this research uses qualitative methods because this type of research is in the form of literature, related journals and reading books. Then the search results are analyzed qualitatively and described with the intention of obtaining an explanation as intended in the discussion. Based on the study obtained are: 1) special buying and selling, among others; bai' wafa, bai taqsith (buying and selling), bay istighlal, bay'tawarruq, bay muallaq, bay urbun, bay mua'tah. 2) Prohibited trades include; bai'al 'inah, gharar trade, najasy trade, fudhuli trade, munazabah trade, mulamasah trade, hashah trade, habalul hablah trade, bay'ah fi bai'atain, bay dayn bi al-dayn, ihtikar, talaqqi rukban, hadhir libad, ghabn in price.

Abstract

The Mobile JKN application is a government innovation in the health sector managed by BPJS Kesehatan in providing public services to participants. This Mobile JKN application is expected to reduce queues at each BPJS Kesehatan branch office by helping to serve all participant administrative activities. However, many people do not have the Mobile JKN application and still, many participants come to the office for services. This study aims to determine the use of the Mobile Health Insurance (JKN) application to increase the effectiveness of services at BPJS Kesehatan Wonogiri Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study took informants as many as one staff and nine BPJS Kesehatan Wonogiri Regency participants. The study results show that participants' understanding and awareness of the Mobile JKN application is still low. The use of the National Health Insurance Mobile (JKN) application at BPJS Kesehatan Wonogiri Regency has been running. Still, it has not been effective and efficient in terms of measures of effectiveness, namely, program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, achievement of goals, and real changes. The obstacles participants face in using the application are system disruptions, full storage of participants' mobile phones, and networks, participants who do not understand the application, and incomplete login requirements. Abstract

The module facilitates students' comprehension of physics lessons. Previous research indicates that multiple representation based physics module can improve conceptual understanding and scientific attitudes. This study aims to develop and evaluate a physics module based on multiple representation on the topic temperature and heat using the ADDIE model. The module was validated by three experts based on specific indicators and assessed for practicality by three teachers and 20 students. This study employs a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. Eleventh grade students were divided into an experimental class, which utilized the module, and a control class, which used conventional textbooks. Validation results indicate scores of 3.80 for content, 3.67 for pedagogy, and 3.67 for media aspects. The module's practicality was also rated highly by teachers and students, with scores of 3.76 and 3.70, respectively. The use of this module significantly improved students' conceptual understanding and scientific attitudes (Sig. < 0.05), demonstrating that the developed module is valid, practical, and effective for physics learning

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is lower abdominal cramping pain during menstruation which is usually experienced for 1-2 days every month. Dysmenorrhea can be treated non-pharmacologically, one of which is done warm compresses, with warm compresses can increase muscle relaxation and reduce pain due to stiffness and provide a sense of warmth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of giving warm compresses on reducing dysmenorrhea pain levels. This study uses pre-experimental (one-group pre-post test design). The population and sample were all adolescent girls who experienced dysmenorrhea pain with a total sampling technique of 30 respondents. Data collection using Close Ended Questioner Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Data were analyzed univariate by measuring the degree of dysmenorrhea pain before and after warm compresses and bivariate to determine the effect of warm compresses on dysmenorrhea pain using the Wilcoxon statistical test method <0.05. It was found that before being given a warm compress most respondents experienced severe pain as many as 16 (53%), after being given a warm compress most experienced mild pain as many as 15 (50%) in adolescent girls. Wilcoxon statistical test results obtained Asymp. Sig. <0,01. There is an effect of giving warm compresses to adolescent girls. This effect needs to be applied independently by respondents in overcoming dysmenorrhea pain by doing warm compresses. Health workers provide education about references to complementary dysmenorrhea pain management (warm compresses) which have minimal side effects.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, ada peluang yang lebih baik untuk mengembangkan pendidikan berbasis budaya, terutama dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan seni batik sebagai warisan budaya Indonesia.  Dalam artikel ini, kami melihat bagaimana pelatihan membatik berfungsi sebagai media pendidikan dan usaha kreatif, menggabungkan nilai-nilai budaya tradisional dengan teknologi digital kontemporer.  Selama workshop membatik, peserta tidak hanya memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang teknik pembuatan batik, tetapi juga memperoleh kemampuan untuk secara mandiri mengelola, memasarkan, dan mengembangkan produk yang mereka buat sendiri.  Produk batik yang dibuat oleh peserta kemudian dijual melalui platform toko online, yang mampu secara efektif mendukung pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan akses pasar.  Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh keterampilan membatik yang lebih baik dan semangat kewirausahaan sebagai hasil dari pelatihan ini. Selain itu, evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya melestarikan budaya di era digital yang terus berkembang saat ini. Transformasi digital ini menjadi kunci utama dalam mengintegrasikan nilai kultural dengan inovasi bisnis kreatif, sekaligus mendorong keberlanjutan budaya dan pemberdayaan ekonomi komunitas melalui eduprenurship budaya batik secara berkelanjutan.
