Abstract

The role of the teacher as a teacher is the most popular so far. Teachers are not only required as teachers but at least as educators who educate. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the author at SDN Tanahbaru I Karawang, the role of religious teachers there play a very active role in learning Islamic religious education, resulting in a lot of student interest in Islamic religious studies. This research aims to find out what role teachers at SDN Tanahbaru I have and also to find out the obstacles PAI teachers have in learning the Islamic religion at SDN Tanahbaru I Karawang. This type of research is a type of qualitative field research (field research), namely to strengthen data theoretically and obtain information from informants related to the title. The research subjects namely, subject teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that students' interests, talents, abilities, and potentials will not develop optimally without the help of the teacher. In this regard, the teacher needs to pay attention to students individually, because one student and another have very basic differences. The Obstacles in the Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Learning Islamic Religious Education for Students at SDN Tanahbaru I, namely, the lack of several teachers, too many students, and parental support.

Abstract

To instill good moral values, indicators are needed that can direct better students. Because, morals at this time are very lacking, especially students who are teenagers. In instilling these morals, there is a contribution and cooperation in achieving good morals. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the cultivation of akhlakul karimah values at MTS Al-Barokah Tangerang. The research method used in this research is using a type of qualitative research and with a descriptive approach. Then the data collection technique, namely using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making or verification. The results showed that the implementation of the cultivation of akhlakul karimah values at MTs Al-Barokah Tangerang for the implementation of moral cultivation is going well because the cultivation of akhlakul karimah values, applies to school activities, religious activities, and methods used in learning that can shape the good moral qualities of students. However, it is still necessary to cultivate more intensive morals for students who are lacking and must be deepened through theory and practice.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an (TaḥfῙẓ Al-Qur'an) became a trend among the people. It can be seen from the increasing activities of Musābaqah Ḥifẓ Al-Qur'an both at the international and national levels. This study aims to determine the application of taḥfῙẓ learning with the ummi method and instructor strategies in improving the quality of student memorization at SDIT Al-Hikmah Pamulang South Tangerang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The location of the research was conducted at SDIT Al-Hikmah Pamulang, South Tangerang. The main data sources of the study were school principals, Qur'an coordinators, taḥfῙẓ instructors, 4th grade students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, and data conclusion. The results of this study show that the application of learning taḥfῙẓ Al-Qur'an through the ummi method in improving the quality of student memorization at SDIT Al-Hikmah can be seen from various aspects. First, the aspect of artificiality in reading the Qur'an of students. Second, the memorization aspect can be seen from the increasing number of memorization and the better quality of memorization. Third, the discipline aspect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of learning aqidah akhlak in SDIT Al-Ummah improves religious character education in students, as well as know what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research methods used are qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing of verification. The results of the research obtained are: The implementation of moral aqidah learning carried out in improving religious character education is by the existence of moral habits which are divided into 4 activities, namely routine activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary activities and programmed activities. As for habits that are carried out, such as the 5S culture (Smile, greet, be polite, polite), praying before and after studying, cooperating, helping, giving advice by teachers, discipline regarding health, midday prayer in congregation, study, memorization and repeating memorization and so on.. The supporting factors are the motivation and role of teachers, adequate facilities, and family environment. As for inhibiting factors, namely the lack of motivation in students, lack of family support, and the association of students.

Abstract

Literacy and character are essential issues in the national education evaluation system. Literacy is related to the ability to analyze qualitatively. Meanwhile, the character is a bond that helps students become good individuals. Therefore, this research aims to explore the effectiveness of parental involvement in the reading literacy program in developing students' religious character at SD (Elementary School) Emirates Islamic School in Jakarta. The researchers used a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researchers' data analysis underwent three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The research results indicate parental involvement in the reading literacy program's effectiveness in developing students' religious character, such as modelling, mentoring, and organizing. The description of students' religious character in their daily lives is the belief in carrying out the pillars of Islam, their obligations in worship, students involving Allah SWT in their daily lives, and students sharing. It means that the formation of students' character will be achieved if parents can carry out their duties and roles well, especially in strengthening reading literacy at home.

Abstract

In facing the dynamics of contemporary Islamic education, it is necessary to conduct studies that examine curriculum models based on traditional values that can adapt to the evolving times. This study examines the curriculum design of Imam As-Shafi'i and its relevance to Islamic education in Indonesia, particularly competency-based learning systems oriented toward character strengthening and knowledge integration. Using a qualitative approach through a literature study, this research conducts a descriptive- analytical examination of the educational curriculum structure of Imam As- Shafi'i and how its core values can be adapted to modern Islamic education systems. The findings show that Imam As-Shafi'i's educational curriculum emphasizes a balanced integration of Sharia knowledge, rational thought, and character formation based on dialogical learning that enhances students' critical and analytical thinking skills. Additionally, the curriculum developed by Imam As-Shafi'i highlights the importance of the ijtihad methodology in understanding religious texts, providing flexibility in its application across different historical and contextual settings. Furthermore, Imam As-Shafi'i's curriculum approach to learning ultimately encourages active interaction between teachers and students through discussion methods and argumentation based on textual evidence. This model not only shapes students with high analytical abilities but also encourages them to think independently in understanding and applying knowledge. This competency- based educational curriculum aligns with the needs of modern education systems, which emphasize problem-solving skills and adaptability to social and technological changes.

Abstract

In the course of education in Indonesia, 2020 was a year full of challenges due to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Almost all schools in the world are closing classrooms and moving to virtual (online) classrooms. This is a big challenge for teachers, so teachers must find ways to make learning run effectively and efficiently, one way is by gamification. This study aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of gamification in learning through the Bamboozle platform in increasing Islamic Studies learning motivation conducted on fifth-grade students at SD Islam Sinar Cendekia, South Tangerang. This research uses qualitative research (field research) and uses descriptive analysis methods with sociological and psychological approaches. Sources of research were obtained from the results of interviews with related parties, documentation collection, observation, and triangulation. Data analysis used the theory of Milles and Huberman. The results of the interviews showed that 20 student informants stated that learning activities made the spirit increase because it was fun, not boring, biased to reflect on the material, fun, and happy. This is reinforced by the results of interviews with parents and teachers as well as observations, so it can be concluded that bamboozling is one of the extrinsic factors that can increase students' learning motivation.

Abstract

The complexity of managing a swiftlet nest business requires an in-depth analysis of the income levels of the community, especially in developing areas such as Cempaka District. This research aims to analyze the income levels of the community from the swiftlet nest business in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The research was conducted in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The sample consisted of five respondents who owned swiftlet nest buildings. Data analysis included building and installation costs, maintenance costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and other variable costs, as well as business revenue from the sale of swiftlet nests. The swiftlet nest business in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City, provides a profitable income for the community. This is reflected in the net income earned, indicating that this business has good economic prospects and is able to improve the welfare of its owners. The income generated comes from efficient operational cost management and stable swiftlet nest prices in the market. Factors such as farming experience, building ownership, and management skills also contribute to the high income earned.

Abstract

. Latar  belakang penelitian ini berawal dari ketertarikan penulis terhadap penanaman nilai disiplin melalui pembelajaran  Maḥfūẓāt dikarenakan masih banyak siswa yang menyepelekan peraturan-peraturan khususnya yang diterapkan di Sekolah sehingga dengan adanya pembelajaran  Maḥfūẓāt  penulis melihat adanya relevansi terkait penanaman disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa relevan pembelajaran Maḥfūẓāt dalam membentuk perubahan tingkah laku (Behavioristik) siswa dan penanaman apa saja yang dihadirkan di MIT Al-Fatimiyah An-Nur dalam upaya menciptakan perubahan tingkah laku siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif dimana dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba menggambarkan kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan pada objek tertentu dengan jelas dan sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut, 1. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran Maḥfūẓāt yang dilaksanakan di MIT Al-Fatimiyah An-Nur sudah berlandaskan komponen-komponen pembelajaran yang meliputi: Tujuan, Materi, Media, Strategi/Metode, Sarana dan Prasarana, serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam pembelajaran Maḥfūẓāt teori Behavioristik sangat cocok direalisikan karena adanya hubungan antara stimulus dan respon pada saat pembelajaran yang memudahkan pendidik untuk menciptakan perubahan tingkah laku pada peserta didik. 2. Internalisasi nilai disiplin di MIT Al-Fatimiyah An-Nur dilakukan dengan melakukan beberapa proses di antaranya: a) Tahap transformasi nilai, b) Tahap transaksi nilai, c) Tahap transinternalisasi.   3. Adanya faktor pendukung dalam internalisasi nilai disiplin seperti minat dan semangat yang tinggi peserta didik serta adanya pembiasaan kegiatan rutin dan keteladanan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat salah satunya seperti kemampuan intelektual peserta didik yang berbeda-beda sehingga memengaruhi proses internalisasi nilai disiplin siswa.
