Abstract

The complexity of managing a swiftlet nest business requires an in-depth analysis of the income levels of the community, especially in developing areas such as Cempaka District. This research aims to analyze the income levels of the community from the swiftlet nest business in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The research was conducted in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The sample consisted of five respondents who owned swiftlet nest buildings. Data analysis included building and installation costs, maintenance costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and other variable costs, as well as business revenue from the sale of swiftlet nests. The swiftlet nest business in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City, provides a profitable income for the community. This is reflected in the net income earned, indicating that this business has good economic prospects and is able to improve the welfare of its owners. The income generated comes from efficient operational cost management and stable swiftlet nest prices in the market. Factors such as farming experience, building ownership, and management skills also contribute to the high income earned.

Abstract

. Latar  belakang penelitian ini berawal dari ketertarikan penulis terhadap penanaman nilai disiplin melalui pembelajaran  Maḥfūẓāt dikarenakan masih banyak siswa yang menyepelekan peraturan-peraturan khususnya yang diterapkan di Sekolah sehingga dengan adanya pembelajaran  Maḥfūẓāt  penulis melihat adanya relevansi terkait penanaman disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa relevan pembelajaran Maḥfūẓāt dalam membentuk perubahan tingkah laku (Behavioristik) siswa dan penanaman apa saja yang dihadirkan di MIT Al-Fatimiyah An-Nur dalam upaya menciptakan perubahan tingkah laku siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif dimana dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba menggambarkan kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan pada objek tertentu dengan jelas dan sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut, 1. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran Maḥfūẓāt yang dilaksanakan di MIT Al-Fatimiyah An-Nur sudah berlandaskan komponen-komponen pembelajaran yang meliputi: Tujuan, Materi, Media, Strategi/Metode, Sarana dan Prasarana, serta evaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam pembelajaran Maḥfūẓāt teori Behavioristik sangat cocok direalisikan karena adanya hubungan antara stimulus dan respon pada saat pembelajaran yang memudahkan pendidik untuk menciptakan perubahan tingkah laku pada peserta didik. 2. Internalisasi nilai disiplin di MIT Al-Fatimiyah An-Nur dilakukan dengan melakukan beberapa proses di antaranya: a) Tahap transformasi nilai, b) Tahap transaksi nilai, c) Tahap transinternalisasi.   3. Adanya faktor pendukung dalam internalisasi nilai disiplin seperti minat dan semangat yang tinggi peserta didik serta adanya pembiasaan kegiatan rutin dan keteladanan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat salah satunya seperti kemampuan intelektual peserta didik yang berbeda-beda sehingga memengaruhi proses internalisasi nilai disiplin siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membutuhkan suatu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mendapatkan suatu informasi secara mendalam melalui cara mengatasi adanya perilaku pelecehan di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan ini dapat mengumpulkan data, menggunakan teknik yakni observasi, wawancara maupun dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan (1) Strategi yang telah dicoba atau diterapkan oleh sekolah untuk mengurangi atau meniadakan tindakan bullying adalah dengan diberikan nasihat, orang tua dipanggil, diberikan surat perjanjian (2) Tindakan bullying yang terjadi di SMP Ibnu Hajar pada siswa kelas 8 adalah verbal bullying (Meledek dan berkata kasar, menertawakan /mengolok-olok teman, (Physical bullying) (perundungan fisik), dan penindasan sexual. (3) Proses penanganan bullying menggunakan suatu metode Behavior yang dapat melakukan empat tahapan yakni: (goal setting), (assessment), (evaluation-termination) dan (technique implementation).

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the implementation of the character education curriculum at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong, one of Indonesia’s leading Islamic boarding schools. Method: Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. Result: The findings reveal that character education is integrated into both general and religious subjects and reinforced through dormitory programs, daily moral guidance, and student activities. Key values emphasized include honesty, responsibility, discipline, religiosity, and leadership. Conclusion: The systemic and synergistic model that combines formal and non-formal education has proven effective in shaping students’ holistic character. The practical implication is that this integrative-holistic curriculum model can be replicated in other Islamic schools with contextual adjustments to meet local needs.

Abstract

Islamic education in the era of Society 5.0 is a process that fosters a learning environment capable of dynamically evolving with the global community's needs, thereby shaping comprehensive human resources. Muhammad bin Hasan Al-Syaibani, in this context, is one of the figures who espouses an integrated concept of education, combining Islamic education with entrepreneurial character education. The aim of this research is to explore the concept of entrepreneurial character by Muhammad al-Syaibani and its application in Islamic education based on entrepreneurship. This research utilizes a qualitative methodology with a library research approach. Based on the conducted research, the following conclusions can be drawn: firstly, the Muslim entrepreneur character elucidated by Muhammad bin Hasan al-Syaibani includes (1) reliance on God (tawakkal), (2) moderation in wealth accumulation (al-tawassut), (3) commitment, (4) simplicity, (5) continuous learning and innovation, (6) social sensitivity, (7) communicativeness, and (8) good financial management. Secondly, the process of implementing entrepreneurship-based Islamic education in the Society 5.0 era involves translating Muslim entrepreneur character into a curriculum document, which includes: (1) integrating learning materials, (2) shaping classroom culture, and (3) employing appropriate evaluation instruments.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an warga Muslim di Kelurahan Jelupang, Kecamatan Serpong Utara, Kota Tangerang Selatan, melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang menekankan pembelajaran dialogis, identifikasi masalah secara kolektif, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai subjek aktif dalam proses peningkatan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur’an. Dengan menggunakan desain metode campuran melalui observasi, wawancara, pre-test, dan post-test, program ini mengevaluasi peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam memahami tajwid, ketepatan makhārij al-ḥurūf, serta kelancaran membaca secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek teknis pembacaan, seperti pengucapan huruf, penerapan kaidah tajwid, ritme dan kelancaran bacaan, serta meningkatnya rasa percaya diri peserta. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong tumbuhnya motivasi, kesadaran spiritual, dan komitmen peserta untuk terus belajar Al-Qur’an secara mandiri maupun bersama kelompok. Pendekatan PAR terbukti berhasil membangun dinamika pembelajaran sebaya dan kepemilikan komunitas terhadap program, sehingga melahirkan kelompok belajar lokal yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis PAR merupakan model efektif untuk pemberdayaan keagamaan dan pendidikan Islam berbasis komunitas, karena mampu menciptakan siklus transfer pengetahuan yang berkesinambungan serta memperkuat keberlanjutan program literasi Al-Qur’an di lingkungan masyarakat perkotaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of differentiated instruction on students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (IRE), specifically in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, among tenth-grade students at SMAN 82 Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative associative research design. The population consisted of 92 students, with 90 students selected as the sample using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation of students’ IRE achievement scores and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis (MANOVA) with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that differentiated instruction has a statistically significant simultaneous effect on students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning outcomes. Among these domains, the affective domain showed the strongest effect, suggesting that differentiated learning is particularly effective in enhancing students’ attitudes, motivation, and religious awareness. These findings confirm that differentiated instruction is a relevant and effective pedagogical approach in Islamic Religious Education, especially in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes student-centered, inclusive, and adaptive learning practices.
