Abstract

aboratorium memainkan peran penting dalam dunia kesehatan dengan memberikan informasi diagnostik yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Mutu pelayanan laboratorium secara langsung mempengaruhi perawatan pasien dan keputusan pengobatan. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, implementasi Sistem Informasi Laboratorium (LIS) telah secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran LIS dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Studi ini difokuskan pada tinjauan literatur yang terkait dengan dampak LIS pada operasional laboratorium dan pengaruhnya terhadap berbagai aspek mutu pelayanan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa LIS memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses laboratorium melalui otomatisasi, pengelolaan alur kerja yang terstruktur, dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih baik. Sistem ini juga berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap akurasi hasil pengujian melalui pencatatan data elektronik dan mekanisme validasi otomatis. Selain itu, LIS memungkinkan pengelolaan data terintegrasi, memfasilitasi akses cepat ke informasi pasien, hasil pengujian, dan data terkait laboratorium lainnya, sehingga meningkatkan analisis data dan proses pengambilan keputusan.Selain itu, LIS memfasilitasi pengelolaan alur kerja yang efisien, mengurangi waktu respons, dan memastikan pengiriman hasil pengujian tepat waktu. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan praktik pengendalian kualitas dengan menyediakan alat untuk pemantauan kualitas rutin, analisis tren, dan identifikasi penyimpangan dari standar mutu secara tepat waktu. Implementasi LIS membutuhkan pelatihan dan dukungan yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan potensinya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium.Sebagai kesimpulan, integrasi Sistem Informasi Laboratorium dalam pengaturan laboratorium memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan laboratorium. LIS meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi hasil pengujian, pengelolaan data, alur kerja, dan praktik pengendalian kualitas. Disarankan agar laboratorium mempertimbangkan adopsi dan optimalisasi LIS untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dan memberikan pelayanan laboratorium berkualitas tinggi.

Abstract

The development of laboratory information systems has become a primary focus in efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy in laboratory operations. This article discusses the need for system development and evaluates the existing systems, which may be inefficient or inaccurate. Through analysis, it is found that repetitive manual tasks, such as data entry, inventory tracking, and report generation, result in time wastage and increased human errors. Furthermore, fragmented and non-integrated systems in laboratories impede smooth information flow, reduce operational efficiency, and increase the risk of errors. Reporting is also limited and time-consuming. Based on this background, this journal aims to develop an efficient and accurate laboratory information system. The development methodology includes user requirement gathering, needs analysis, system design, development, and implementation. In the development process, tools and technologies such as RFID are employed to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. Integration among system components is also enhanced to facilitate smoother information flow. The evaluation results demonstrate significant benefits of the laboratory information system development. Manual tasks can be reduced, operational efficiency is enhanced, and the risk of human errors is decreased. Tracking and monitoring become easier, while reporting becomes faster and more accurate. With the adoption of an integrated laboratory information system, laboratories can improve their efficiency and accuracy in operations. In conclusion, the development of a laboratory information system is a crucial step in enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Through appropriate approaches and the implementation of information technology, laboratories can reduce reliance on manual work, improve data accuracy, and facilitate smooth information flow. The implementation of an efficient laboratory information system will have a positive impact on productivity and service quality in laboratories.

Abstract

Organizational Challenges Transformation of the HR function and redefinition of the role of HR has become an important issue in the modern business context. Rapid and complex changes in the business environment, advances in technology, globalization, and changes in employee preferences and expectations have driven organizations to change the way they view and manage human resources. In this journal or article, we discuss the importance of transforming the HR function and redefining the role of HR in facing modern organizational challenges. Background, we explain the factors that underlie the need for transformation of the HR function, such as technological changes, globalization, demographic changes, and changes in organizational paradigms. We also outline the goals of this transformation, including increasing organizational competitiveness, efficiency, employee experience, and organizational capacity. Implementation, we discuss the steps that need to be taken by organizations to implement the transformation of the HR function. This involves planning a clear strategy, engaging leaders in leading change, providing relevant training and development, and measuring and evaluating the success of the transformation. Our conclusion highlights the importance of transforming the HR function and redefining the role of HR in facing the challenges of modern organizations. In this ever-changing era, organizations must change their paradigm in managing human resources in order to utilize the full potential of their human resources. The transformation of the HR function brings benefits such as increased competitiveness, efficiency, employee experience and organizational capacity. Thus, it is important for organizations to take the necessary steps to implement this transformation in order to achieve long-term success.

Abstract

Discusses the strategy of developing organizational capabilities in the digital era, with a focus on organizational adaptation and innovation in the face of rapid digital changes. In this era, organizations must be capable of anticipating and adjusting to technological advancements, changes in consumer behavior, and increasingly complex market demands. The development of adaptive and innovative organizational capabilities is key to achieving competitive advantage. explains the concept of organizational capabilities in the digital era and identifies the challenges faced by organizations in developing their capabilities. These challenges include digital transformation, organizational cultural changes, change management, cybersecurity, and the integration of new technologies into organizational operations. Furthermore, the benefits of using digital technology in developing organizational capabilities. The benefits derived from this include improved operational efficiency, product and service innovation, enhanced customer relationships, and better access to information for decision-making. Additionally, presents a case study on the implementation of a strategy for developing organizational capabilities in the digital era by Organization X. The study analyzes how Organization X overcame challenges, implemented appropriate strategies, and reaped the benefits of digital technology utilization. In conclusion, emphasizes the importance of developing organizational capabilities in the digital era and identifies strategies that organizations can employ to achieve competitive advantage. In this ever-evolving era, organizations must adopt adaptive and innovative strategies to remain relevant and successful amidst digital changes.
