Abstract

The use of mobile learning-based learning media technology in junior high schools (SMP) has become a major highlight in the modern education era. However, there are still many members of society who experience limited access to digital education. In an effort to increase the level of digital literacy among the community, we have initiated a community service activity by utilizing mobile learning-based learning media technology. We use learning media that can be accessed via mobile devices commonly used by the public, such as smartphones. This activity has great potential to provide a significant positive impact, namely increasing students' abilities. The use of mobile learning-based learning media technology can expand the range of access to learning materials, increase the level of student involvement, and facilitate the learning process. The implications arising from this activity highlight the importance of integrating technology in the world of education to create a learning experience that is more dynamic and in line with the needs of the times. For educators, implementing mobile learning-based learning media technology requires a deep understanding of the potential and challenges involved, as well as a commitment to continuing to develop skills and knowledge in utilizing technology in an educational context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana koping religius pada caregiver kanker payudara mampu membantu caregiver menghadapi permasalahan psikologis yang berkaitan dengan pengasuhan keluarga yang menderita kanker payudara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi interpretif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koping religius subjek berupa: menilai permasalahan sebagai hukuman dari Tuhan, memperoleh ketenangan batin dengan cara mendekatkan diri dengan Tuhan, berserah diri pada Tuhan atas cobaan yang dialami, mengalami perubahan hidup yang ditunjukkan dengan ketaatan yang lebih dalam melakukan ritual agama; dan terakhir dan memperoleh dukungan dari komunitas keagamaan (jemaah) berupa dukungan spiritual. Meskipun strategi koping religius dapat membantu S dalam menghadapi permasalahannya, S tetap membutuhkan bantuan berupa dukungan material agar semakin kuat dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pengasuhan.

Abstract

Advances in technology have made internet access easier, this has changed the way humans communicate with one another in life. Along with the advancement and development of technology, teenagers are internet users who spend more time in the virtual world than the real world. However, the use of the internet is widely blamed for use by teenagers, one of the phenomena of internet abuse is cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a form of harassment or humiliation through social media. Factors that influence cyberbullying are empathy and self-esteem. This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy and self-esteem with cyberbullying in vocational high school students. This research design uses quantitative, with the subject of Vocational High School students in Pringsewu as many as 90 students. The measurement tool for this study uses three scales, namely the empathy scale, the self-esteem scale, and the cyberbullying scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between empathy and self-esteem with cyberbullying in vocational high school students. That is, the higher the empathy and self-esteem, the cyberbullying behavior of low vocational high school students. On the other hand, the lower the level of empathy and self-esteem, the higher the level of cyberbullying among professional vocational high school students.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan dana pensiun dalam membangun masa depan keuangan yang stabil dan sejahtera. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Februari 2025 bertempat di Aisyah Medical Center (AMC) Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat, khusunya ibu-ibu yang ada di desa Tambak Rejo, Kec. Gading Rejo, Kab, Pringsewu yang tergabung dalam komunitas senam sehat di Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu. Rendahnya literasi keuangan di kalangan masyarakat menjelang usia pensiun menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang menyebabkan ketidaksiapan dalam menghadapi masa tua. Kegiatan edukasi ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya perencanaan dan pengelolaan dana pensiun secara cerdas dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 32 peserta yang terdiri dari pegawai aktif dan pensiunan di lingkungan sekitar Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu. Hasil survei pre-test menunjukkan bahwa 72% peserta belum memiliki perencanaan dana pensiun yang memadai. Setelah kegiatan berlangsung, hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 45-52%% dibandingkan sebelumnya. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya memilih instrumen investasi jangka panjang serta menyusun anggaran harian pasca-pensiun. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis kebutuhan nyata masyarakat efektif dalam membentuk kesiapan finansial di usia senja

Abstract

Abstract Online games are very popular among teenagers. One of the negative impacts of playing online games can increase aggressive behavior. Aggressive behavior is behavior that is carried out to express negative feelings, both physically and verbally which aims to dominate, damage, hurt. and can harm yourself and others. weak self-control is one of the factors in the emergence of aggressive behavior. This study aims to determine the correlation of self-control with aggressive behavior in adolescent online game players. This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques. The population in the study of adolescents in Banyu Urip pekon amounted to 274, with a sample size of 142 adolescents. Data were collected using a self-control scale and an aggressive behavior scale in the form of a questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant negative correlation between self-control and aggressive behavior in adolescent online game players with a product moment correlation value (r = -0.803; p = 0.000). This means that the higher the level of self-control of adolescents, the lower the level of aggressive behavior. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 64.48%, meaning that self-control contributes to aggressive behavior by 64.48%. Abstrak Game online merpakan permainan yang sangat popular dikalangan remaja. Dampak negatif dari bermainn game online salah satunya dapat meningkatkan perilaku agresif. Perilaku agresif merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan untuk mengekspresikan perasaan negatifnya, baik dilakukan secara fisik maupun verbal yang bertujuan untuk mendominasi, merusak, menyakiti. dan dapat merugikan diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Self-control yang lemah merupakan salah satu faktor munculnya perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-control dengan perilaku agresif pada remaja pemain game online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian remaja pekon Banyu Urip sebesar 274, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 142 remaja. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala self-control dan skala perilaku agresif dalam bentuk kuesioner. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara self-control dengan perilaku agresif pada remaja pemain game online dengan nilai koreasi product moment (r=-0,803; p=0,000). Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat self-control remaja, semakin rendah pula tingkat perilaku agresifnya. Hasil Koefisien determinasi menunjukan nilai sebesar 64,48%, artinya bahwa self-control berkontribusi terhadap perilaku agresif sebesar 64,48%.

Abstract

The phenomenon of women undertaking dual roles remains a persistent and multifaceted challenge, particularly for those who are simultaneously fulfilling responsibilities as wives, mothers, professionals, and students. This complexity is further heightened in the context of Long-Distance Marriages (LDM), especially when young children are involved. This study aims to explore the lived experiences of women managing dual roles within the framework of LDM. Employing a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with women who are engaged in professional work and higher education, while also navigating long-distance marital relationships and caring for preschool-aged children. The findings reveal that women in dual roles frequently experience role conflict, particularly in fulfilling their maternal duties, which often leads to feelings of guilt and anxiety. Moreover, social support plays a significant role in enabling these women to make informed decisions regarding role management and enhances their capacity for self-regulation. The involvement of extended family members during periods of marital separation also serves as a crucial source of childcare support, facilitating the preservation of emotional bonds between mothers and their children.

Abstract

This research explores how advances in information technology, particularly through social media, have transformed communication patterns and influenced teenagers' body image perceptions. Employing a qualitative approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews with three teenage girls aged 17-21 who are active on social media. The findings indicate that many participants experience dissatisfaction with their bodies due to comparisons with prevalent beauty standards. This aligns with social comparison theory, which suggests that individuals often evaluate their appearance by contrasting themselves with others. Social interactions on social media, including comments and likes, also play a significant role in shaping self-confidence. While the pressure to conform to unrealistic beauty ideals is a notable negative effect, some participants reported feeling motivated to pursue healthier lifestyles as a positive outcome. The study highlights the need for effective interventions aimed at educating adolescents about healthy social media use and raising awareness of its potential effects on body image.
