Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dengan melaksanakan pelatihan kontrol diri. Subjek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu siswa kelas VII di sekolah X. Pelatihan kedisiplinan yang diberikan kepada siswa untuk membantu para siswa mengendalikan perilakunya menjadi lebih baik dan mencegah perilaku yang merugikan. Hasil intervensi menunjukan  bahwa adanya perubahan mengenai tingkat kedisiplinan pada siswa. Pelatihan kontrol diri menunjukan hasil yang positif dimana semua siswa menganggap bahwa pelatihan ini dapat memberikan manfaat untuk mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between emotional intelligence and self-adjustment in new students at Aisyah University of Pringsewu. The population in this study were new students at the Aisyah University of Pringsewu. There were 94 research subjects who came from various study programs at Aisyah University of Pringsewu. Data collection used the emotional intelligence scale (22 items with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.283-0.881; α = 0.951) and self-adjustment scales (38 items with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.255-0.696; α = 0.909). The effective contribution of emotional intelligence and self-adjustment is 39.56%, according to the coefficient of determination. A positive correlation between emotional intelligence and adjustment in new students was found through data analysis using the Product Moment correlation (r = 0.629; p = 0.000). This demonstrates a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-adjustment, and a negative correlation between emotional intelligence and self-adjustment.

Abstract

The research conducted by the author aims to analyze and describe the relationship between self-esteem in students and the psychological level called prosperity in students at Aisyah Pringsewu University. The population in the research carried out were students at Aisyah Pringsewu University. The research subjects were 97 students. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach system, using product moment correlation analysis techniques. Based on the coefficient of determination, the contribution of effective self-esteem to the level of psychological well-being is 41.86%. The research results obtained were that a positive relationship was found between self-esteem and psychological well-being in Aisyah Prinsewu University students (r = 0.647; p = 0.000). This represents that the higher the self-esteem of students, the higher the psychological well-being they have. This also applies vice versa, if the lower the self-esteem, the lower the psychological well-being of students at Aisyah Pringsewu University.

Abstract

Psychological well-being in students is a form of happiness or satisfaction for a student, where he can feel his psychological condition is good, prosperous, comfortable and positive so that he can function optimally and effectively in living his life as a student. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and psychological well-being in Aisyah Pringsewu University students. The design used in this research is correlation using a survey approach. The population in this study were all students at Aisyah Pringsewu University. There were 106 research subjects from various study programs at Aisyah Pringsewu University. Data analysis used Product Moment correlation to test the correlation and showed the results that there was a positive relationship between emotional regulation and psychological well-being in students (r = 0.530; p = 0.000). This shows that the higher a student's emotional regulation, the higher his psychological well-being, conversely, when a student has low emotional regulation, he also has low psychological well-being.

Abstract

The routine of students is to go to school and get their education at school. Of course, students have faced academic, non-academic tasks, friendships, teacher staff and other school equipment that trigger students' school satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parental support for autonomy, self-esteem and school climate on school satisfaction in high school students. This goal is strengthened by the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. To test this objective, the researcher tested 82 students of SMAN 1 Ambarawa, Pringsewu, Lampung Regency. The instrument used is four scales, namely the scale of parental autonomy support, self-esteem scale, school climate scale and school satisfaction scale. The finding of this study is that there is a positive correlation between parental support for autonomy, self-esteem, and school climate on school satisfaction for high school students. The data has a significance level of 0.001. Implicitly, this study finds school satisfaction is influenced by parental support for autonomy and a positive school climate. Individuals are able to feel satisfaction with the school which is an indication of a healthy school. Parental support that allows children to choose every decision and knows the risks taken is able to maintain children's school satisfaction. Children become comfortable with their environment. The implication of this research is that this school familiarizes the behavior and attitudes of students with polite and good words so that there is no bullying or aggressiveness that supports the satisfaction of students, teachers and principals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of self-compassion and gratitude on online FoMO in students. Testing the hypothesis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects in this research were 257 students in Lampung, Indonesia. Partially, in this research, the results showed that there was a very significant role between self-compassion and online FoMO, p = 0.007 and t value of -2.272. The partial test of the second hypothesis resulted in a very significant role between gratitude towards online FoMO p = 0.004 with a t value of -2.931. Based on the multiple linear regression test, the results showed that there was a very significant role between self-compassion and gratitude on online FoMO in students (F = 10.916, significance 0.000 p0.001). This means that the higher the compassion and gratitude, the lower the online FoMO and vice versa. The contribution of the effective variable self-compassion to online FoMO was 7.6% and the effective contribution of gratitude to online FoMO was 10.1%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran antara self-compassion dan gratitude terhadap online FoMO pada mahasiswa. Menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Subjek pada penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa di Lampung, Indonesia sebanyak 257 mahasiswa. Secara partial pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat peran yang sangat signifikan antara self-compassion terhadap online FoMO p = 0.007 dan nilai t -2,272. Uji partial hipotesis kedua dengan hasil terdapat peran yang sangat signifikan antara gratitude terhadap online FoMO p = 0.004 dengan nilai t -2.931. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda didapatkan hasil terdapat peran yang sangat signifikan antara self-compassion dan gratitude terhadap online FoMO pada mahasiswa (F = 10,916 signifikansi 0,000 p0,001). Artinya, semakin tinggi self-compassion dan gratitude maka akan semakin rendah online FoMO dan sebaliknya. Sumbangan efektif variable self-compassion terhadap online FoMO sebesar 7,6% dan sumbangan efektif gratitude terhadap online FoMO sebesar 10,1%.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah (MA) students. The method used in training is through lectures, discussions, assignments, questions and answers. The presenter delivers psychoeducation about careers to open up insight into the benefits and importance of careers for students, self-awareness to increase self-awareness, Johari window to increase knowledge about oneself, set the goals using the SMART method, reveal one's potential through SWOT analysis, and personality analysis through the RIASEC test to determine the suitability of personality with the desired career. Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.Keyword : career maturity; career training; students

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mempersiapkan para siswa dalam menentukan karir ketika mereka memilih untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi setelah lulus sekolah. Persiapan karir khususnya dalam pengenalan minat, pengenalan karir dan perencanaan serta penentuan karir para siswa/i kelas XII SMK Gholib. Sasaran Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Gholib dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 120 orang. Pengenalan karir dirasa perlu untuk prsiapan karir ketika memasuki perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diberikan dengan metode klasikan, yaitu disampaikan dalam bentuk paparan klasikal dan selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat diuraikan dalam indikator sebagai berikut: (1) Peserta dapat mengikuti dengan kondusif dari awal acara hingga akhir, (2) Peserta siswa memiliki gambaran karir yang mereka pilih, (3) Peserta terdorong untuk mempersiapkan karir ketika melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa sekolah menengah di provinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.  Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala dukungan sosial dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 78 siswa. Pengambilan data penelitian melalui google form yang disebarkan secara online. Data penelitian ini di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis Product moment dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution for Windows 26.0 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa ada peran dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa sekolah di Provinsi Jambi dengan peroleh korelasi r dengan nilai 0,543 dengan taraf signifikasi 0,000 (p<0,01). Artinya ada peran dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa sekolah di provinsi Jambi

Abstract

Indonesia is entering a phase of aging population structure, which is marked by the proportion of the population aged 60 years and over. In 2020 it had reached 29.3 million people or 10.82% of the total population (269.9 million). Elderly people tend to experience various problems. For example, weak physical conditions such as the ability to see, hear, walk and helpless and declining health conditions so that they are susceptible to disease. Some problems that occur in the lives of the elderly due to the inability to accept change make the elderly depressed, stressed, and lonely, thus affecting the psychological well-being of the elderly. The Tilik Ndelik Program is one of inovation, that Used by researcher togetherness with LKS Amanah Bunda to the finished of the problem. The Purpose of study is to Increase Meaning of life of Life and Psychological Well-being of the Elderly at the “Amanah Bunda” Social Welfare Institution, Pringsewu. This methode that use descriptive quantitative, with pra experimental pre and post intervention design. This program have  involved 70 participant, who had  implementing of Program “Tilik Ndelik” was act in Social Welfare Institution “Amanah Bunda Pringsewu”, Intervention of the program are given Logoterapy at Eldery, who had implemented during six month, then assessment is carry out afterwards about  the Meaning of life and Psychological Well-being. This program was implemented in July-December include as preparation, training, treathening, monitoring and evaluating. The Result study show that the data obtained were then analyzed to determine the difference in significance scores before and after the training was carried out. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, the t value = 4.222 was obtained, and the sig value = 0.000 0.05 showed that there was a very significant difference between psychological well-being before and after being given logotherapy training treatment. The Conclussion of Study prove that the influence of logotherapy for the elderly can increase the meaning of life for the elderly. Based on this study, logotherapy is very suitable to be given to clients who have feelings of meaninglessness in life.  Abstrak. Indonesia sedang memasuki fase struktur penduduk lanjut usia, yang ditandai dengan proporsi penduduk usia 60 tahun ke atas. Pada tahun 2020 telah mencapai 29,3 juta jiwa atau 10,82% dari total penduduk (269,9 juta jiwa). Lansia cenderung mengalami berbagai permasalahan. Misalnya kondisi fisik yang lemah seperti kemampuan melihat, mendengar, berjalan dan tidak berdaya serta kondisi kesehatan yang menurun sehingga mudah terserang penyakit. Beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan lansia akibat ketidakmampuan menerima perubahan membuat lansia tertekan, stres, dan kesepian, sehingga mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis lansia. Program Tilik Ndelik merupakan salah satu inovasi yang digunakan peneliti bersama LKS Amanah Bunda untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Meningkatkan Makna Hidup dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Lansia di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Amanah Bunda, Pringsewu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan desain pra eksperimen pre dan post intervensi. Program ini melibatkan 70 peserta, yang telah melaksanakan Program Tilik Ndelik di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Amanah Bunda Pringsewu, Intervensi program ini adalah diberikan Logoterapi pada Lansia, yang dilaksanakan selama enam bulan, kemudian dilakukan asesmen tentang Makna Hidup dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis. Program ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Desember meliputi persiapan, pelatihan, perawatan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui perbedaan skor signifikansi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai t = 4,222, dan nilai sig = 0,000 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara kesejahteraan psikologis sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan pelatihan logoterapi. Kesimpulan penelitian membuktikan bahwa pengaruh logoterapi pada lansia dapat meningkatkan makna hidup pada lansia. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, logoterapi sangat cocok diberikan kepada klien yang memiliki perasaan tidak berarti dalam hidup.
