Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what classroom management is, to know the objectives of class management, to know the principles of class management, to know the components of class management and the scope of class management. The research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method or systematic literature review, namely a literature review method that identifies, examines, evaluates and interprets all available research. Researchers conducted a review and identified journals in a structured manner that in each process followed predetermined steps. The conclusion of the research results on classroom management is that there are still many problems related to ongoing teaching and learning activities. Often there are various complaints or criticisms from students, parents or teachers regarding the implementation of these teaching activities. These complaints actually do not need to occur or at least can be minimized, if all parties can play a role, especially teachers as class managers in their proper functions. Meanwhile, the understanding of classroom management still seems to be wrong. Often class management is understood as the arrangement of classrooms relating to facilities such as seating, bookcases and teaching aids.

Abstract

Readiness is an important factor in the success of the counseling process. In counseling there are several factors that influence the counselor's readiness including; concept abilities/strengths and in giving/receiving information about oneself. Methods for preparing clients: discussing specifically the importance of carrying out counseling on problems experienced by clients, motivating clients to look for/contact institutions/agents who can provide assistance related to the problems they are experiencing, making referrals/handovers in cases where the problems they face require professional assistance. specifically, providing information related to client problems, motivating clients to take specific "education" and intensify problems. In the medical world, diagnosis means finding a hypothesis from the observed symptoms, not much different from that definition. Diagnosis in counseling aims to make a temporary hypothesis about the problem experienced by the client. This can be observed through the client's behavior, expressions, explanation of the problems they are experiencing. With a hypothesis, the counselor can more easily understand the client so that he finds the right technique/method to alleviate the client's problems and direct the client's independence.

The counseling process consists of 3 stages, namely externalization of problems, Mapping the influence of problems in a person's life and Mapping the influence of a person's life on the development of problems. This study used a pre-test post-test one group design. The subjects of this study were 5 students who experienced high communication anxiety. Data analysis of this study used non-parametric statistics of the sign test and IMCS. The results of the data analysis showed that ρ = 0.031 was smaller than α = 0.05. Thus H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so the accepted hypothesis was that there was a decrease in communication anxiety scores in junior high school students after narrative counseling was given. While the results of the IMCS analysis showed the emergence of different actions, reflections, protests, reconceptualizations and changes before the narrative counseling intervention. This means that the application of narrative counseling can reduce communication anxiety in junior high school students.

Abstract

Education is one of the basic human needs that must be met so that humans can be more respected and considered superior compared to people who do not receive education. This is because education has a more important purpose than simply ensuring human survival. Furthermore, education is a component that cannot be separated from a person in any way. Humans undergo a complete education process, which is influenced by their parents, culture, and environment, starting from when they are in the womb to adulthood and old age. To assess how educational democracy can be integrated into the learning process of students enrolled in secondary schools, the purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of doing so. An approach known as a literature study was used in this study. This approach involves collecting data from websites, publications, and journals that can be accessed via the internet. The information is then subjected to qualitative analysis, which involves the use of various methodologies for data analysis during a process consisting of four stages: obtaining data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. As a result of these findings, students are currently not only used as objects of learning, but also used as subjects who are directly involved in the arguments that occur during the learning process. Thus, it is hoped that teachers can provide a democratic learning environment for their students.
