Abstract

This study aims to examine the process of fostering independence in early childhood at KB Melati Indah. The main issue addressed is how this institution implements strategies to develop independence in young children, particularly through the habituation of thaharah practices. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that KB Melati Indah has successfully implemented various effective strategies in fostering independence, such as providing real-life examples and involving children in daily activities that require independence. The habituation of thaharah practices is also taught consistently, helping children understand the importance of cleanliness and personal responsibility. Challenges include limited facilities and support from parents, but these can be overcome through a more integrative and participative approach. Overall, this research demonstrates that with the right strategies, educational institutions can help early childhood develop the independence necessary for their readiness in entering the next level of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Sarana dan Prasarana, Tingkat Pendidikan, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng. Obyek pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng sebanyak 35 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sensus/total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 16. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng. (2) Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng. (3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng. (4) Sarana dan prasarana, tingkat pendidikan dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng

Abstract

The Tahfidz Al-Qur'an programme is one of the answers to various problems about the lack of cultivation of children's religious character in the face of an increasingly developing digital world and followed by the existence of outside cultures that enter the scope of children's lives. By looking at the number of crime rates, acts of discrimination, and attitudes of disrespect or intolerance with others, so that in the scope of especially elementary schools it is very necessary to make efforts to strengthen the character of students, especially the value of religiosity. In this study, researchers collected information, studied, and analysed in a qualitative descriptive form. Data sources in this study were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted based on the facts that occurred during the research which were described in a structured manner. The results of this study indicate that strengthening the religious character of students can be implemented using the tahfdz Al- qur'an programme and has a positive impact on the development of student competence both in the aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills.
