Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Role Playing learning model by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class V students at SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024. The method used in this research uses quantitative research methods. The population is all class V students of SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency, 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 40 people and all of them were used as research respondents. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Role Playing learning model by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class V students at SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.580 > rtable(=0.05,n=40) = 0.312, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable ,dk=n-2=38)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable . b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 33.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=22, dk denominator=n-2=40-2=38) namely 19.27 > 1.51. Thus, Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of the Role Playing learning model by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class V students at SDN 173525 Balige, Toba Regency, for the 2023/2024 academic year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of Audio Visual Media on the learning interests of Christian Religious Education (PAK) students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive statistics. The population was all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung, totaling 175 people and a sample of 35 people was determined using random sampling techniques or randomly. Data were collected with a positive closed questionnaire of 45 items. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of Audio-visual Media on the learning interest of students of Christian Religious Education (PAK) class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.426> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 35) = 0.334 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 2.706> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 33) = 2.042 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Ŷ = 14.52 + 0.625. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 17.2%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount> Ftable, namely 7.32> 1.62. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be seen that the research hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between Audio-visual Media on the learning interest of Christian Religious Education (PAK) students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung in the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Think Talk Write Cooperative Type model on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Character Education of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population is all Christian students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year totaling 222 people and a sample of 55 people was determined, namely 25% of the population using random sampling techniques. Data were collected with a positive questionnaire of 40 items, namely 25 items for variable X and 15 items for variable Y. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an influence of the Cooperative Think Talk Write Type model on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Character Education of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong in the 2024/2025 Academic Year as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy value = 0.584> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 55) = 0.226. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount = 5.232> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 53) = 2,000. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation . b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 34.1%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = ( = 0.05, df numerator k = 25, df denominator = n-2 = 55-2 = 53) which is 27.26 > 1.39. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Big Data dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan di sekolah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini meneliti implementasi Big Data di beberapa sekolah untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan manajer sekolah dan analisis dokumen terkait. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sekolah yang mengintegrasikan Big Data dalam proses pengambilan keputusan berhasil meningkatkan kinerja siswa dan efisiensi operasional mereka. Big Data memungkinkan sekolah untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dalam jumlah besar, mengidentifikasi tren yang sebelumnya tidak terlihat dengan metode tradisional, serta mengurangi ketidakpastian dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program pendidikan. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam penerapan Big Data, seperti keterbatasan dalam interpretasi data oleh manajemen sekolah, investasi dalam pelatihan analisis data terbukti membantu mengoptimalkan manfaat yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Big Data bukan hanya alat untuk pengumpulan data, tetapi juga dapat digunakan untuk mendukung keputusan yang lebih cepat, tepat, dan berdampak positif bagi seluruh proses pendidikan

Abstract

Educational psychology plays an important role in shaping students' character through Christian Religious Education (PAK) learning. This article discusses how the application of educational psychology principles can improve students' moral, emotional, and social values. Using Piaget's cognitive development theory, Vygotsky's constructivism, and Bandura's social learning, PAK learning can be designed to support character formation more effectively. However, this implementation faces various challenges, including lack of teacher understanding, limited resources, and minimal parental involvement. To overcome these obstacles, this article recommends developing teacher competencies through training, innovation of teaching methods based on moral and spiritual values, and strengthening systemic support. Through this approach, psychology-based education can create students who are not only academically superior but also have strong moral integrity.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out about the basic concepts in learning motivation. By using qualitative research methods, with a literature review approach. Understanding the concept of learning motivation is very important, especially for educators because it can help in creating a supportive and effective learning environment. Learning motivation is the foundation for a student in achieving academic success. Without strong motivation, the teaching and learning process will not take place optimally. Therefore, learning motivation has become a very relevant topic of study for educators, psychologists, and education observers around the world. In this work, readers will be presented with a comprehensive understanding of the concept of learning motivation, the theories that underlie it, and the factors that influence motivation in the context of education. In learning activities, motivation can be said to be the overall driving force within a person that gives rise to learning activities, which guarantees the continuity of learning activities and provides direction to learning activities, so that the goals desired by the learning subject can be achieved.

Abstract

Administrasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan hal yang sangat menunjang bagi tercapainya tujuan dari pendidikan. Proses belajar mengajar akan semakin sukses bila sarana dan prasarana pendidikan memadai.Administrasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat menunjang bagi tercapainya tujuan dari pendidikan. Proses belajar mengajar akan semakin sukses bila sarana dan prasarana pendidikan memadai. Untuk itu sarana dan prasarana pendidikan sangat diharapkan tersedia dengan baik sesuai yang dibutuhkan untuk PBM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana pendidikan adalah keseluruhan prosedur yang disengaja, direncanakan, dan diupayakan dengan sungguh-sungguh, serta pengembangan objek pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. ,agar senantiasa siap pakai (ready for use) dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga proses pembelajaran semakin efektif dan efisien guna membantu tercapainya tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan.Dan perlunya pemanfaatan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

This article is based on the various characteristics of teaching staff or teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process for students.  The role of teachers in the student learning process is very important. So the value of the influence of characteristics in a teacher needs to be considered, especially how teachers use their characteristics to motivate and encourage students in the continuation of the learning process. The aim of the research is to explore the characteristics of a professional teacher, so that they can influence students in the learning process. The method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing and summarizing various opinions from books or journals from various experts regarding the characteristics of the teacher's role in supporting the student learning process. Understanding the various characteristics that exist in a teacher will help shape the characteristics of prospective teachers in understanding the relationship and role of teachers in the student learning process to answer the challenges of modern educational psychology, as well as improve the quality of the student learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the positive and significant relationship between the professional competence of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers and the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Balige in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive inferential approach. The population of the study consists of all class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Balige, totaling 149 students. The sampling method used is random sampling, with a sample size of 54 students. The research instruments used are a closed questionnaire to measure the professional competence of teachers and UH (Ulangan Harian or Daily Test) scores to measure student learning outcomes. The data analysis results show that: a) the correlation test obtained a value of rcount = 0.293, which is greater than rtable = 0.226, indicating a positive relationship between the two variables; b) the significance test yielded a value of tcount = 2.210, which is greater than ttable = 2.000, meaning the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the professional competence of CRE teachers has a significant relationship with student learning outcomes. Therefore, improving teachers’ professional competence is expected to enhance student learning outcomes. This study contributes to the development of education and can serve as a reference for teachers and schools to improve the quality of teaching.
