Abstract

Menstrual cycle irregularity is a common reproductive health issue among adolescents. Various factors, including psychological stress, nutritional status, and sleep quality, have been reported to Influence the regularity of the menstrual cycle. this studi to analize the relationship between stress levels, nutritional status, and sleep quality with menstrual cycle regularity in adolescents. The results, The study showed that 40% of respondents experienced irregular menstrual cycles. Stress was significantly associated with menstrual irregularity (p=0.002), adolescents with high stress were 3.1 times more likely to have irregular cycles. Poor nutrition was also correlated (p=0.015), with undernourished adolescents being 2.4 times more likely to experience irregular cycles. Poor sleep quality had a significant relationship as well (p=0.008), with poor sleepers being 2.9 times more likely to have irregular cycles.

Abstract

Family Planning is a program designed to regulate birth spacing and manage pregnancies, creating quality families. While good public knowledge is crucial for the program, some fertile couples still lack the use of contraception due to their inadequate knowledge of the importance of family planning, particularly reliable contraception, for regulating birth spacing. They face challenges in selecting the right contraceptive method. Twenty fertile couples participated in this activity, conducted in Blabak Village. This community service program involved providing health information. Respondents were assessed for their knowledge before and after health education. After receiving health education, participants' knowledge about reliable contraception increased significantly. Health education on family planning helps communities create happy and prosperous families.

Abstract

One of the problems related to the reproductive system in adolescents that really needs special attention is the incidence of marriage at a young age, namely under the age of 19 years on the grounds that by marrying young, mothers will still be healthy and active at work when their children grow up and can Avoid getting pregnant out of wedlock. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dropping out of school on early marriage in Potil Pololoba Village, Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The design of this research is correlational research with cross sectional approach. Respondents were taken by total sampling technique. The number of samples is 30 people. The independent variable is dropping out of school and the dependent variable is Early Marriage. The results were analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The results showed that almost all respondents as many as 25 respondents (83%) in the category of dropping out of school and most of the respondents as many as 21 respondents (70%) in the category of occurring early marriage. The results of data analysis show that the significance level is 0.000 < = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is an effect of dropping out of school on early marriage in Potil Pololoba Village, Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. There is an effect of dropping out of school on early marriage.

Abstract

Edukasi tentang MPASI dengan materi kesulitan makan dan aturan makan penting diberikan kepada kader untuk memcegah malnutrisi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada 28 November 2024 di Kelurahan Pakunden dengan 23 kader. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pretest dilanjutkan dengan pemberian edukasi dengan media e-modul MPASI, dan dilanjutkan dengan posttest. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan edukasi. Kader pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi tentang MPASI berjalan dengan baik MPASI. Kader posyandu menunjukkan minat, antusiasme yang tinggi, dan penerimaan positif terhadap materi.
