Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi konsumen tentang nilai kualitas, nilai emosional, nilai fungsional serta nilai sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor di Watansoppeng dan Untuk mengetahui faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi konsumen dalam pembelian sepeda motor di Watansoppeng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif,untuk memperoleh data yang valid tentang hal-hal yang diperlukan dalam penelitian. Analisis Deskriptif adalah suatu analisis yang menguraikan tanggapan responden mengenai persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor di Watansoppeng dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pelanggan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda adalah suatu analisis yang digunakan oleh peneliti, bila peneliti bermaksud meramalkan bagaimana keadaan (naik turunnya) variabel dependen, bila dua atau lebih variabel independent sebagai faktor prediktor. Dari hasil penelitian yang sebagaimana telah dilakukan yang menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial persepsi konsumen dengan nilai kualitas, nilai emosional, nilai fungsional dan nilai sosial berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli sepeda motor. Dimana semakin tinggi persepsi konsumen dengan nilai kualitas, nilai emosional, dengan nilai fungsional maka akan semakin tinggi keputusan konsumen dengan membeli sepeda motor

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the strategy for preparing teaching modules in the Independent Curriculum for elementary school teachers in Gugus X Parepare. The background to this research focuses on the importance of teaching modules as the main instrument in effective and efficient learning, which can support teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum better. Quality teaching modules not only function as a guide for teachers, but also play a role in developing 21st century skills in students, such as critical thinking and creativity. This research method uses a community service approach which includes four stages: observation and planning, implementation, mentoring, as well as evaluation and follow-up. At the observation stage, needs were identified and objectives formulated through in-depth interviews with teachers. The implementation phase involved direct training attended by 84 elementary school teachers in Gugus X Parepare, with a focus on preparing teaching modules and implementation strategies for the Independent Curriculum. At the mentoring stage, teachers are guided in preparing teaching modules that are relevant to student needs and the local context. The evaluation stage includes collecting input, analyzing results, and planning follow-up actions to improve the teaching module. The research results show that this activity was successful in increasing teachers' understanding and skills in designing teaching modules that are in accordance with the Independent Curriculum. In this way, it is hoped that the quality of learning at Gugus X Parepare can improve significantly. Keywords: Independent Curriculum, Teaching Modules, Training, Basic Education

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of brand image and store atmosphere on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions at Toko Surya Indah, which operates in the midst of fierce competition with today's modern retail chains. In this context, understanding how these two factors can affect consumer behavior is crucial. This study uses a quantitative method with sampling conducted through random sampling, providing equal opportunities to every member of the population that has been determined through the Lemeshow formula, namely Muslim consumers of Toko Surya Indah.The results of the study show that both the brand image and the atmosphere of the store have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Muslim consumers. These influences are seen both individually and simultaneously, indicating that the two factors complement each other in influencing consumer behavior.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in mediating the influence of the date twin’s promo event on Shopee e-commerce on impulsive buying tendencies. This study focuses on the phenomenon of increased impulsive buying triggered by limited promotions on e-commerce platforms and the fear of delays experienced by consumers. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach using literature studies from scientific journals and academic sources as well as other relevant research results. This shows that the date twins promo event on Shopee has a significant influence on consumers' impulsive buying tendencies. FoMO acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship where consumers who experience FoMO tend to be more likely to make impulsive purchases due to urgency and exposure to limited offers. These findings provide important insights for e-commerce business actors to design effective marketing strategies by considering consumer psychological factors such as FoMO.

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of financial reporting based on PSAK 101 on business stability at Karya Ilmu Book Business. PSAK 101 is an accounting standard for sharia entities emphasizing transparency and accuracy in financial statements. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results indicate that PSAK 101 has not been fully implemented, with financial statements still prepared manually and not structured according to standards. This condition leads to a lack of transparency in financial management that can affect business stability, especially in facing competition and strategic decision-making. The research emphasizes the importance of implementing PSAK 101 to improve operational efficiency and stability of MSMEs. The research findings are expected to serve as a reference for business actors in improving financial recording systems and for policymakers in supporting sharia accounting regulations for MSMEs.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Sorong adalah sekolah yang berada pada Maklibam, Kec, Mayamuk. Kabupaten Sorong. Papua Barat kami melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Sorong dengan tujuan dapat meningkat jiwa berwira usaha siswa siswi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Sorong. Pengabdian ini juga dapat membantu pengetahuan siswa siswi membuat usaha dengan memperhatikan kualitas produksi kemasan dan estetika kemasan, harga, tempat penjualan dan promosi. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan sebagai berikut: melakukan silaturahmi dengan pihak sekola, pelaksanaan kegiatan, memberi materi, tanya jawab penguatan materi, penutup, evaluasi.Hasil dari pengabdian ini berupa tambahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa-siswi dalam hal berwirausaha dan pentingnya panasaran dalam berwirausaha, sehingga siswa siswi memiliki motivasi untuk menjadi seorang santripreneur

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee workloads vary depending on their specialized fields. For example, in the production area, workers are required to work swiftly due to the constant operation of production machinery. Certain positions, like the Hercules section operator assisting with the depanelizing process, are not appropriate for people in those professions. Support staff members have to put in extra hours because of the incoming and unloaded items. There are challenges due to data mistakes, the human calculating method, and the manual lifting of 5–10 kg objects. At PT Excelitas Technologies Batam, the goals of this research were to ascertain the effects of workload and work stress on manufacturing employee performance, as well as the results of measuring workload utilizing the NASA-TLX technique and measuring work stress using the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) technique. Using the technique of multiple linear regression, the HSE method, and the NASA-TLX approach, the study methodology is quantitative. The High mental load group's average score was 70.20 according to the data. Mental Needs is the most prominent measure of mental workload, with an average score of 5509.87. The average result of the job stress measurement was 142.3 and 81.31%. Employee performance is negatively but negligibly impacted by workload. Employee performance is negatively and significantly impacted by work stress. At PT Excelitas Technologies Batam, the performance of production staff is negatively impacted by workload and work stress.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah utama pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di kelas XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 5 Palu pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan melaksanakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar di Kelas XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 5 Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tes akhir siklus I terdapat 10 siswa tuntas dan 18 siswa tidak tuntas. Sedangkan pada siklus II terdapat 25 siswa tuntas dan 4 siswa tidak tuntas. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa melalui pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi turunan fungsi aljabar, dengan mengikuti fase-fase model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, yakni: (1) menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dan memotivasi siswa, (2) penyajian kelas pembelajaran, (3) mengorganisasikan siswa kedalam kelompok belajar, (4) membimbing siswa dalam menyelesaikan LKS, (5) memberikan tes, dan (6) memberikan penghargaan kelompok. kata kunci: model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, hasil belajar, turunan fungsi aljabar The main problem in this study was the low students learning outcomes in class XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 5 Palu in the material deviced of algebraic function. Oneway to solve this was by implementing this cooperative learning model STAD type. The purpose of this study was to obtaina description of the application of cooperatif learning model STAD type to improve students learning outcomes in the material derived of algebraic function in class XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 5 Palu. This type of the research was used class action research (CAR) which refers to the research design of kemmis and Mc. Taggart, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. This research was condcted in two cycles. The result showed in the final test of the first cycle there were 10 students completed and 18 students were not completed. The second cycle there were 25 students completed and 4 students not completed. So, that it can be concludedthat through cooperative learning STAD type can improve students learning outcomes in material devided of algebraic function, by following the phases of the cooperatif learning model STAD type. Namely: (1) conveying learning objectives and motivating the students, (2) presenting learning class, (3) organizing students into study groups, (4) guiding students in completing LKS, (5) giving test and (6) giving group awards. Abstract

Indonesia, with more than 1,340 ethnic groups, has abundant cultural wealth, including various traditional dances. One that stands out from South Sulawesi is Paduppa Dance, a distinctive cultural expression of the Bugis people. Originally performed to welcome kings and grand guests at weddings, Paduppa Dance is now also performed in various events such as welcoming guests, circumcisions, and weddings. However, the threat of modernization and globalization risks threatening the preservation of this dance, highlighting the importance of preservation efforts to maintain this cultural heritage. This study aims to preserve Paduppa Dance through training conducted by Batch IV KKN students of Muhammadiyah Bone University in Sanrangeng Village. The method used was action research, with training conducted for three days a week from August 22 to September 4, 2024. The training involved 15 students from SDN 97 Sanrangeng and SD Inpres 6/80 Sanrangeng. The results of the training showed significant improvement in students' skills and understanding of Paduppa Dance. Before the training, students did not know the dance movements, adjustments to music, and cultural functions of Paduppa dance. After the training, students successfully mastered the dance movements, understood the meaning of the dance, and realized the importance of preserving traditional dance. The program proved effective in addressing threats to the preservation of Paduppa Dance and preparing students for various cultural events, as well as deepening their appreciation of Bugis cultural heritage

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi motivasi intrinsik dengan pendekatan Maqasid Syariah serta melihat bagaimana hal ini dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, dan bentuk realisasinya ditinjau dari perspektif Maqasid Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena sosial, pengalaman manusia, dan interaksi sosial melalui data deskriptif seperti observasi dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan kepada karyawan dan pemilik cafe okita untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor pendukung motivasi intrinsik, meliputi pengakuan berupa apresiasi verbal, penghargaan atas tugas, keramahan atasan, bonus, kepuasan pelanggan, serta lingkungan kerja yang nyaman adalah faktor yang dapat menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik di dalam diri karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa realisasi motivasi intrinsik dalam perspektif Maqasid Syariah tercermin dalam implementasi nilai-nilai agama seperti kesabaran dan kejujuran sesuai dari prinsip hifz al-din, terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan hubungan interpersonal yang baik sesuai prinsip hifz al-nafs, kesadaran terhadap pentingnya kesehatan mental sesuai prinsip hifz al-aql, serta terciptanya keseimbangan antara kehidupan pribadi dan professional sesuai prinsip hifz al-nasl. Meskipun demikian, terdapat perbedaan persepsi terkait keadilan kompensasi yang diarasakan oleh beberapa karyawan karna merasa beban pekerjaan dan jam kerja tidak sesuai. Sehingga prinsip hifz al-mal masih memerlukan kajian lebih lanjut. Secara keseluruhan, cafe okita telah menunjukkan upaya yang sejalan dengan mayoritas prinsip maqasid syariah dalam memotivasi karyawannya. Motivasi intrinsik menjadi fondasi penting dalam mewujudkan maqasid syariah. Dorongan dari dalam diri untuk berbuat baik, menjaga agama, jiwa, akal,harta, dan keturunan, serta mengembangkan potensi diri merupakan implementasi nyata dari tujuan-tujuan syariat islam. Dengan demikian, motivasi intrinsik tidak hanya relevan dalam konteks meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan tetapi juga sangat selaras dengan nilai dan tujuan maqasid syariah dalam membangun individu untuk menjalani hidup bermakna,produktif, dan sesuai dengan tujuan syariat.
