Abstract

Workers are essential organizational resources because they play a key role as the actors and drivers of the organization, carrying out its objectives. This indicates that employee performance has a significant impact on a business's success; as a result, in order to maximize corporate goals, every organization will make an effort to increase staff performance. The purpose of this study is to ascertain, evaluate, and elucidate the impact of work rotation on the enhancement of employee competence as well as the ways in which job rotation enhances employee performance. Interviewing is the method employed, and the outcome is descriptive. In conclusion, the application of job rotation in companies can affect the performance of their employees.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are one of the business sectors that can help the government provide employment opportunities for the community. In order to keep Indonesia's economy moving forward, the government has allocated a lot of funds to encourage the millennial generation to become entrepreneurs, especially in technology-based businesses such as startups. This is a training event aimed at MSME players. The target is to increase the ability of MSME players to develop their businesses with the help of information technology. They will be taught about financial management and e-commerce, and will become more proficient in using IT. The people who took part came from sub-districts in Karawang Regency. This MSME course involves fifty people. Mie Gacoan Karawang MSME employees gain an understanding of e-commerce and the importance of technology to develop MSME products so they can increase income. One way to carry out these activities is to use various promotional platforms available such as YouTube, Instagram and Google Business. MSME participants can learn the basics of using this platform..

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work stress and workload partially on employee performance at PT Nipro Indonesia Jaya and the effect of work stress and workload simultaneously on employee performance at PT Nipro Indonesia Jaya. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population used was 100 people in the employees of PT. Nipro Indonesia Jaya, while the sample taken by researchers was 30 people., considering the population is not too large, it uses Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results of the analysis revealed that work stress and burnout had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The regression coefficient for stress at work is 0.132, which means stress will increase the worker's productivity by 0.132. Furthermore, the regression coefficient for work is 0.405, implying that every increase in one unit of work will result in a 0.405 unit increase in employee productivity. This demonstrates that effective work stress management and scheduling can improve employee productivity and efficiency. However, unrealistic work demands can lead to burnout and a decrease in work quality. As a result, managers must ensure that work hours are properly managed in order to maximize employee productivity and well-being.

Abstract

In an era of social dynamics, the demand for quality and transparent services is increasingly becoming the main focus. Excellent and reliable public services not only increase bureaucratic efficiency, but also create a positive climate of trust between government agencies and the public. This research aims to evaluate the influence of service quality and trust on consumer satisfaction at the Karawang District Prosecutor's Office. The approach used is quantitative descriptive, with data collected through research instruments and analyzed statistically to test the hypotheses that have been established. The research results show that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a probability value of 0.005 < 0.05. This shows that the service quality variable has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at the Karawang District Prosecutor's Office. Apart from that, trust also has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, both service quality and trust have a significant positive influence on consumer satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of improving service quality and increasing public trust in the District Attorney in creating high consumer satisfaction. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of public service strategies that are more effective and oriented towards community satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by PT Telekomunikasi Selular, especially in the Karawang - Purwakarta branch, in an effort to increase sales of IndiHome products. In the current digital era, marketing through digital media is one of the key factors in achieving higher sales targets. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method to get an in-depth picture of the implementation of digital marketing strategies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the marketing team and document analysis related to the marketing strategies used. The research results show that the use of social media and paid advertising campaigns are the main strategies used. The effectiveness of these strategies is demonstrated by the significant increase in the number of customers and sales of IndiHome products in the research period. The conclusions of this research indicate that the right digital marketing strategy can significantly increase product sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menjelaskan dan menganalisis Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Pegawai serta pengaruh parsial dan simultan Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Serta Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karawang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 pegawai dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Tulisan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi pengembangan bidang manajemen khususnya manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dari hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Kompensasi pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karawang dinyatakan baik, Motivasi pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karawang sudah baik, Kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karawang dinyatakan baik, Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karawang dinyatakan baik. (2) Kompensasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. (3) Motivasi Secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Kompensasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (5) Motivasi Secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja.  (6)Koefisien jalur variabel Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 0,424 dan besar total pengaruhnya (langsung) sebesar 0,180 atau 18%.(7) Kompensasi dan Motivasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. (8) Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja.

Abstract

The research took place in hospitals in Karawang Regency, namely; Rosela Hospital. The research was carried out during the period of February – May 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Informants are selected using the snowball technique, which is the process of determining informants based on previous informants without determining the exact number by digging up information related to the necessary research topics. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between leadership style on work discipline, work discipline on employee performance. Directly, leadership style does not affect employee performance, but indirectly affects employee performance. These results show that the better the leadership style, the better the work discipline and employee performance will increase. Improving work discipline in company leadership is able to improve optimal performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the connection between worker productivity and job motivation at UMKM Cookies and Dessert By Me in Cikarang. Descriptive qualitative research methodology is used to examine the issue of work motivation and how it affects productivity in the setting of MSMEs. Employees are the most valuable source of labor production in the corporate sector, according to research. They contribute significantly to it. A company's ability to succeed or fail is determined by how persistent and productive its personnel are. Human resource development interventions are essential for enhancing the efficacy and competency of the workforce, emphasizing the significance of fostering a positive and encouraging work environment to boost output. The findings show that factors such as active involvement of the owner in task setting, pleasant work environment, constructive feedback, clear target setting, and job matching with skills, significantly contribute to increasing employee productivity. This approach not only supports the achievement of MSME business goals but also maintains employee satisfaction and engagement. Cookies and Dessert By Me's implementation of effective work motivation strategies has shown promising results, proven by increased daily sales thanks to collaborative efforts between owners and employees during production. Effective work motivation practices, facilitated by the owner's involvement in daily activities and direct guidance, have contributed to improved work results and business success. Thus, effective management of work motivation in MSMEs such as Cookies and Dessert By Me can be considered a key strategy in strengthening the productivity and success of the organization as a whole.

Abstract

Chocolate banana chips are a snack made from fried banana slices and flavored with chocolate. The aim of this research is to determine the total costs, total income, gross profit, BEP value and R/C value at the chocolate banana chips factory located in Karawang Regency. This research method is quantitative descriptive analysis. Locations were determined by purposive sampling. 100 respondents were taken using numerical methods. Primary and secondary data are used as data. This research resulted in total costs of IDR 4,444,10,151,719 per month, total income of IDR 14,422,500 per month, and total income of IDR 62,892 per month. The unit break-even point (BEP) is 810 packs/month and the weight of each pack is 250 grams. This value is lower than the break-even point (BEP) based on average production of 1163/month and price of 8650/pack. This value is lower than the product price of IDR 12,417. Chocolate Banana Chips have an R/C value of 1.43. Based on the R/C value, it is estimated that the R/C value is high and feasible for chocolate banana processing companies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation on employee performance at Bengkel mukmin. The compensation referred to includes basic salary, incentives, bonuses, and other benefits provided to employees. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees of Bengkel mukmin. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, particularly simple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and employee performance. These findings suggest that improvements in the compensation system can enhance employee motivation and performance, which in turn positively impacts the productivity and service quality of Bengkel mukmin. The implication of this study is the importance for management to review and implement more equitable and competitive compensation policies to achieve better organizational performance.
