This study aims to ascertain the impact of the Box Skip Exercise on the leg muscle power of pre-service teachers at STKIP YPUP Makassar. This study employs an experimental design, specifically a quasi-experimental design. In this study, the population and sample were the pre-service teachers of STKIP YPUP Makassar, with a sample size of 30 people divided into two treatment groups and a control group. We used the t-test to test the research data. The research data that was tested with the t-test shows that the treatment group's data has a calculated T value that is higher than the T table with a value of 9.291>1.753. The significance value of 0.00 falls below 0.05, indicating that box skip exercise has a significant impact on the leg muscle power of physical education pre-service teachers. In contrast, the data from the control group revealed a calculated T value of 3.674, which exceeded the T table by 1.753. Additionally, the significance value of 0.00 was less than 0.05, indicating that the treatment group had a greater influence than the control group. Based on the above data, we can conclude that the treatment group exerted a greater influence than the control group in enhancing the leg muscle power of physical education pre-service teachers at STKIP YPUP Makassar.

Transportation tools such as trucks that play an important role in the distribution of goods, but trucks are often the cause of accidents in urban areas. One of the cases that occurred recently was a truck accident in Cipondoh, Tangerang. This study identifies the main causes of accidents and examines the legal responsibility of the parties involved. This study aims to provide an appeal to improve traffic safety and prevent similar incidents from happening again. The research method used is normative juridical with primary and secondary legal sources including a case study of the Case Study of Reckless Truck Accidents in Cipondoh. Library research is a technique used to obtain data in terms of techniques in data collection. The results of the study show that accidents often occur due to driver negligence, as well as in the case of a truck accident in Cipondoh, so strict action and socialization are needed about anticipating accidents to the public.

Leasing consists of two types, namely finance lease with an option right and operating lease without an option right. A finance lease refers to an action by a financing company in carrying out financing activities by providing capital goods to the debtor, which will subsequently be utilized by the debtor for a specific period as agreed upon in the contract. Meanwhile, an operating lease is a type of lease that does not result in a substantial transfer of economic benefits or risks associated with the leased asset to the lessee. Generally, leasing in the electricity sector adopts the finance lease scheme due to the minimal risks posed to both parties. The issue the author seeks to examine pertains to the implementation, regulation, and accountability of leasing activities in the electricity sector. The type of research employed is normative legal research. The term 'juridical' refers to an approach based on applicable laws and regulations, while 'normative' refers to an approach conducted through primary legal materials. Normative juridical research utilizes primary legal sources as well as legal literature. Any party intending to lease electrical power must submit an application to PT PLN (Persero) in accordance with the provisions of the Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 1169/KMK.01/1991 concerning Leasing Activities. A juridical analysis of lease agreements for power plants is essential. This analysis seeks to identify potential legal issues that may arise and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements in the execution of such lease agreements, thereby supporting the development of a sustainable and efficient electricity sector in Indonesia.

Abstrak Kasus Gregorius Ronald Tannur menggambarkan tantangan signifikan dalam penerapan sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia, khususnya dalam memastikan pemenuhan asas legalitas, keadilan prosedural, dan keadilan substantif. Artikel ini berfokus pada analisis yuridis normatif terhadap proses hukum yang dijalani oleh pelaku, yang dimulai dari tahap penyidikan, proses peradilan tingkat pertama, hingga kasasi. Berdasarkan alat bukti, termasuk rekaman CCTV, pelaku terbukti melakukan penganiayaan berat terhadap korban, yang meliputi pemukulan menggunakan botol hingga tindakan yang mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia. Tindakan tersebut memenuhi unsur-unsur tindak pidana penganiayaan berat sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 351 ayat (1) dan (3) KUHP. Artikel ini juga membahas prinsip keadilan prosedural. Melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya evaluasi terhadap penerapan hukum positif dalam kasus ini, khususnya dalam mengatasi ketidakpastian hukum dan memastikan penegakan hukum yang konsisten dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar keadilan sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana. Dengan mempertimbangkan fakta-fakta yang relevan dan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku, artikel ini memberikan refleksi kritis terhadap proses peradilan di Indonesia, yang sering kali dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara formalitas hukum dan nilai-nilai keadilan substantif. Diharapkan, analisis ini dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk perbaikan sistem hukum dan peradilan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi hukum dalam mewujudkan keadilan yang sebenar-benarnya. Penyalahgunaan narkoba telah menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi perilaku berkendara dan meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyalahgunaan narkoba terhadap perilaku berkendara dengan meninjau kasus sopir truk berinisial JFN yang terlibat dalam kecelakaan beruntun di Cipondoh, Tangerang. Sopir truk JFN terbukti positif menggunakan narkoba jenis sabu berdasarkan hasil tes urine, yang menyebabkan perilaku mengemudi ugal-ugalan dan berujung pada tabrakan yang melibatkan 16 kendaraan dengan enam korban luka-luka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengacu pada data empiris dari laporan media, regulasi lalu lintas, serta teori terkait pengaruh narkoba terhadap fungsi kognitif dan motorik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan narkoba memengaruhi kemampuan pengemudi dalam mengambil keputusan, mengontrol emosi, dan merespons situasi di jalan secara tepat. Selain itu, studi ini juga menyoroti kelemahan pengawasan terhadap pengemudi kendaraan berat, termasuk kurangnya tes narkoba rutin dan pengawasan operasional. Dari segi hukum, pelaku dijerat dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, dengan ancaman pidana hingga 10 tahun. penyalahgunaan narkoba memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keselamatan lalu lintas, khususnya dalam kasus pengemudi kendaraan berat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pengawasan berkala, pelatihan keselamatan, dan penegakan hukum yang lebih tegas untuk mencegah kejadian serupa di masa mendatang.
